Kahta expanding oil procurement
The Government of Kahta is going to expand Oil procurement to a total of 150 Million Barrels Per day, from 100 Million BPD. 25 Million BPD has been purchased by a company already, but 25 Million BPD can still be bought.

Our current price per barrel is: $35.50. We would be happy and pleased to sell 10 million barrels per day for a total of $355M.

Oil simply cant be sold for $5 a barrel unless the company is going for a loss or no profit. They wont give into such pitiful threats.
