Announcement - Senior Military Advisor required
Background:

The Armed Forces of The Free Land of Smagganuk recently got a huge increase in military funding. This year, our combined forces of 6000 men in total got fundings of 5 billions. We therefore require military expertise to learn us how to make effective use of those money.

Our candidate:
We expect candidates to be hghly skilled in leadership, logistics and strategical planning. The contract will last for at least 3 years, with the possibility ro extend the contract up to 10 years. Our focus will be on ground and air forces but naval forces will also be required. The selected candidate will be appointed to Deputy Minister of Defence during the validity of the contract. Contract conditions will be negotiated will approved candidates. Please supply a full CV. Applications will be treated confidentially.

Well, our government decided it was time to increase the military budget from virtually zero to around 16% of our budget. First time in 40 years the military budget increases.

Dear all,

the recent elections resulted in a change in government. The new government has increased military spendings even more. The new military budget is expected to be in the order of $9 billions annually for the next years. The responsibility, and therefore the salary, can be expected to increase accordingly.
