“Hello and welcome back to BIN. Today Bhalk, Horatio’s son, was crowned emperor marking us having had 8 dictators in 10 days, one of them being a horse. Bhalk plans on making a constitution giving the peoples some rights but not many. He has hired construction companies to fix the damage in the Fonician province. He has however finished something in the time he was here. A division has been created with branches in every city. It is a fix division. Any building, government or home that needs fixing can be fixed for no fee at all. But if an expansion is desired they charge, but a couple of hundred dollars less than other companies. The division has already begun repairing buildings that are in need of it. Not that it matters in any way but Bhalk got a 40% approval rate after the creation, better than the 0% his dad had and the 10% he first had. Wait…it appears that a new order has been sent out. All unemployed and homeless persons are to go to the financial building in the Fonician district. There they will be given food, lodging, and work on rebuilding the city. After it is rebuilt they will be sent to diamond mines and receive jobs mining diamonds. They will also be given lodging, food, and a salary until they change jobs or get enough to get a house. Any homeless or unemployed not heading there should be told about it. After a week if they have not left the authorities will arrest and kill them. This will help combat the unemployment and homelessness. By tomorrow, if Bhalk is still alive or emperor we will bring you the constitution.”

The next day:

“To the surprise of almost everyone Bhalk is still emperor. I’m Gen Kennings with BIN. Bhalk’s approval rating has gone to 87% after the constitution was released. It is as follows:

Borman Constitution
Article 1-crime
All crimes except treason shall be punished by death. Officers, secret police, police, and members of the military may kill anyone they see commit a crime such as speeding, jaywalking, littering, etc. Crimes where the criminal is not present such as murders will have investigators. When a suspect is found and 3 or more sources of evidence point them to the crime they shall face hanging.
-Treason
All degrees before high treason shall be punished by 4 hours of torture and then the person shall be burnt.
High treason is punished by 4 days of torture and if the person is still alive they shall be hung upside down and be sawed in half from the genitals down.
The government shall seize all criminal’s property and funds.

Article 2-Housing, jobs, and income.

Housing-
All people in need of their house being repaired shall receive it from the Fix Division. All people without houses shall report to the nearest diamond mine where they will find housing, employment and money.
Jobs-
Unemployed shall report to the nearest diamond mine for housing, employment, and money.
Income-
Minimum wage is $2.50 an hour.

Article 3-Taxes
Minimum tax is 10% of income. Maximum is 60% of income. It may be exceeded in times of need when 2/3 or more of the imperial advisors agree to it, or the emperor says so.

Article 4-Buisnesses
Businesses shall be allowed like capitalism. Any business must visit the capital and speak to a guard to have a building advisor come to see them. Upon meeting them the building advisor must approve the business and what it does as well as the name. At any time the government or any branch of military or police may temporarily or permanently stop any business.

Article 5-Military
To retire at any age any person must have served at least 2 years in the military or 10 in the police. At any time a draft may be issued to draft any age, ethnic, race, sex, experience, and employment group. The military, as well as the police, is an extension of the Emperor, any assault in any form on them is considered light treason. The military will train soldiers to be fearless and emotionless, if any one person or group of persons cannot pass training they shall be sent back to the empire and receive minimum wage for whatever job they do. The military also reserves the right to take any child they wish to train from birth to become a life-long soldier. All soldiers will be given a period of time when they go to train with martial arts experts and gun experts. They will be able to do hand-to-hand with the best of them and have an impeccable hand with firearms.

Article 6-Civil defense
Every citizen upon entering the age of 18 shall report to the nearest military building for civil defense training. For the next two weeks they will undergo military training and then be sent home. Every two years they will take the two-week course again maintaining and building upon what was previously learned. This way when a draft is issued the people will have a much easier time with training and be able to defend themselves from assailants.

Article 7-old age
Upon turning 65 you are labeled an Oldie. You lose your license and if you haven’t already served in the military you are sent to join up. You can only have jobs that don’t directly affect the empire such as advisor, scientist, inventor, builder, etc.

When you become 100 you are sent to the diamond mines. If you do not meet the certain quota, you are killed.

Article 8-healthcare
Healthcare shall be in no way free unless you served 40 or more years in the military. If you did any form of healthcare ranging from medicine to life saving operations shall be given for free.

Article 9-influence
If any person such as an advisor, general, or common Joe tries to assume power over or equal to the emperor or influence the empire in any way it is considered high treason.

Article 10-Country access
People may ask for country access and exit. If they are approved then they must set up how long they will be gone and where they will be at least 10 years in advance. At any time during the wait their plea may be cancelled and their chance for that year gone.

Article 11-Freedoms
Speech-You may say whatever you wish whenever you wish so long as it does not in any way create slander towards the government or relate in any way to treason.
Press-You may tell any story in any way you wish ant any time so long as it does not slander the government or relate in any way to treason.
Assembly-Anyone may assemble anywhere they want to protest, demonstrate, or fund-raise, for whatever they want at any time so long as it does not slander the government or relate to treason in any way.
Religion-You may practice any religion so long as it is not related to any currently engaged enemy or long-standing enemy and it does not slander the government or relate to treason in any way.
Drugs-All drugs legal, all available at pharmacies.

Only the emperor may sensor things.

Article 12-Succession
When the current emperor dies if his son is over the age of 18 he may become emperor. If he isn’t the emperor’s brother or if he has no brother the highest-ranking general will take the title until the son is 18. If there is no son the emperor’s brother will become emperor. If the emperor dies with no son or brother then the highest-ranking general will become emperor. At no time, may a female become emperor.

The emperor reserves the right to do whatever he wishes whenever he wishes.

With this constitution people will have more rights then ever before, besides when they were a democracy, and have a solid line of succession.”

“Bhalk had the constitution carved into a marble slate which compliments each marble slate stating the punishment for crimes. Hi and welcome back to BIN, I’m Gen Kennings bringing you what matters. Bhalk has finished the rebuilding of the Fonician province today. It is now a thriving metropolis with skyscrapers beating at the clouds and people celebrate in the many clubs, bars, drug houses, and strip joints. He has also began drawing up plans for a ‘Forge city’. It will be a sort of Forbidden City where beside houses and food suppliers the only buildings are barracks, and military producing factories. Architects and security experts will design a city that can pump out weapons, tanks, helicopters, and ships at an amazing pace. Because the diamond mines just flooded the empire with wealth Bhalk has said that workers will be taken out of them and put to work creating military units. Besides that he has commissioned every construction agency and all available fix division personnel and machinery to begin putting cities in every open land besides park and conservations. A little more than 1/3 of the empire is completely uninhabited and he seeks to change that. Also to the joy of almost everyone he will lighten the time and resources to get out of the country. He says he may make the wall friendly to those inside. With these new proposals his approval rating has soared to 96%. I’ll se you tomorrow.”

“I’m Gen Kennings and your watching BIN. Contractors, architects, designers, artisans, fix division employees, and diamond mine workers have left for ‘the forge’. Those not on route to the forge are going to the uninhabited lands to bring civilization to them. Marines have already combed the land and removed any resistance the builders may find. We did get plans for one of the major cities, Shorak. John, bring it up!”

A blueprint fades onto the screen and the outlines of buildings thicken. After a couple seconds names appear on each building and in areas of land. At the north, west, and everything in-between houses were to be built. On the east there were large mansions with courtyards and pools. In the center of it was a massive square area with flowers lining it, trees here and there, a little pond in the middle, and benches to sit. From the west to the south were several factories. The top was a mattress factory and the bottom was a tank factory, the lower you went the more important to the military they got. From the east to the south large barracks with gates and statues provided a place for the military. In the center of the city all around the park were lots for sale, where restaurants and stores and maybe even houses could be built. Up near the manors was a large plaza with a massive fountain in the middle, on the sides of the fountain were statues of all the previous dictators, including Quentin. At the four corners of the plaza were massive statues of Bhalk when he is happy, excited, angry, and shocked. In-between the lots and the park were large building intended to be grocery store, large companies, and one fix division building. Names disappear as a single one fades onto the screen in a part of the park. ‘Statue to the savior Bhalk.’ The camera zooms in and a computer creation of the statue gains color. 50 steps from all side lead up to a massive platform where a pedestal juts out of the ground. Carved on it are intricate drawing of scenes from pass dictators, and bible passages. Jewels decorate eyes, shields, gowns, shoes, and belts. On top of the pedestal is a massive 50 ft. statue of Bhalk raising a golden cup in one hand and holding an Uzi in the other. He is dressed in flowing purple gowns and wears a sword at his side. Water sprays out of the cup and travels high in the air but eventually gravity brings it down into the pond. Gen fades back onto the screen and he is sniffing cocaine. After a couple of sniffs he drinks some beer then puts it down to smoke some weed. After a couple puffs a voice shoots across the room.

“YOU FREAKING IDIOT, YOU”RE ON!!!!”

Gen pushes everything onto the floor and shattering glass is heard as he rifles through his papers.

“Um…yes. Well that looks like a good city. Now we’ll see you tomorrow, same time, same place.”

An almost unrecognizable Gen Kennings is on the screen as you turn the T.V. on. He has huge bags under his eyes and his skin appears as if it is falling off. His hair has fallen out and what remains is spouting out of his nostrils. He wears a bathrobe and a pair of pants. He coughs after almost every sentence and is very tired.

“Your on.”

“Hi, good to see you *COUGH*. It’s been twelve years since Bhalk began construction of the rest of the empire, including ‘Forge city’. At *COUGH* the price of a couple hundred people and billions of dollars the empire has been finished. The ‘Forge’ can produce 5 tanks, 5 transport boats, 5 APCs, 5 helicopters, and hundreds of guns in one day. Plans are being put into to build at least ten more of these cities in various parts of the empire. Unfortunately it is a top security facility and we weren’t allowed in, but we did footage of other cities. Here is a maze in one city.”

A trellis comes in view and the screen enters. As it does a sin on the right says ‘The maze of Bhalk, Make him happy and he shall save you.’ As the screen enters it goes right, then left, after following several passages it comes to a statue of Bhalk, he has a look of anger on his face.

“You know what, I don’t care what’s at the end, let’s leave!”

The camera turns and goes back the way it came, but there is no entrance. A man appears in front of the camera and speaks.

“Send food, I don’t know how long we’ll be in here.”

The screen fades back into Gen Kennings. He sits at the desk looking at a playgirl foldout, one hand is not in sight and he’s shaking erratically.

“God damn it, Gen your fired! I’ve had enough of your crap.”

“You can fire me but the truth will be heard.”

Gen pulls up his pants as he stands up, after a couple seconds of straightening he takes out a gun. He shoots wildly and runs off.

Lieutenant H. Malachak cleaned off his gun. He sat inside the building next to the capital entrance. He was in control of who got in and who didn’t, and it felt good. He put down his standard issue AKM and pulled out his desert eagle, also standard issue. He checked the clip and put it down and began cleaning the gun. All of a sudden a truck came into sight. It kept speeding and was heading right towards the capital entrance. He dropped the pistol and grabbed his AKM. He walked out with the other marines taking place; he put the butt on his shoulder and aimed at the truck. It didn’t slow down and everyone opened fire. Someone hit the driver but the truck kept coming and everyone hopped out of the way. The truck smashed into the pole guarding the entrance and blew up. By this time marines were aware of what was going on and soldiers were filing out of the barracks towards the gate and taking positions around the capital behind the sandbags. A building by the capital blew up as armed rebels flew out of every corner. Grenades hit the marines and rebel fire sliced down opposition. A T-72 rolled out and ran over rebels, Rocket Propelled Grenades kept rebels away from the tank. More shot out and smashed rebels into the ground. Mi-24s opened fire on the biggest clusters of soldiers as teams of 8 dropped out from ropes. Snipers took out rebels who posed some threat to marines and after that the marine would engage another. Gen Kennings filmed all of the battle and after the rebels had been defeated he ran off with the tape.

“Edit it,” He said as he handed it to his computer guy.

Almost every news channel in the empire received a tape from an unidentified source. “We have received a tape from an unidentified source of a slaughter that the emperor has done.” The screen was black ad a voice was heard. “The emperor invited hundreds of people to come into his capital and feast with him. Upon arriving they were slaughtered.” A scene came up with a big bus slowly going towards the entrance, and then marines said, “You know what the emperor wants.” They began shooting and a tank blew the bus up. Hundreds of people had been on the side and they turned to run but marines shot them down as they tried to. Tanks came out and ran over them as marines, snipers, and helicopters killed the most vulnerable looking. Near the end the camera shifted towards the palace. It zoomed in and Bhalk was seen laughing in the window. “The empire has once again been divided in civil war. Half fight to stop the injustices he did and the other listen to the empires cry that it was a falsified document. Whoever wins, the rivers will run red.”

Mi-24 helicopters dropped off soldiers at the Fonician province. T-80 tanks ran over rebels as they shot shells at everyone in the marines’ way. APCs sped in and dropped of marines and army personnel. Then a new tank rolled in, the Bhalk-34. Scientists and inventors had just finished the design and they were rolling off the ‘Forge’. They had armor as thick as the M1 Abram. They had two mini-guns mounted on the front and one in the back, above the door. A single door was in the back and it could be lowered to create a ramp for the ten soldiers it stored to charge out. On the front near the top is a rotating turret that can fire missiles and the APG2. It moves slightly faster than T-100’s and has a metal casing come out from the sides and shield the tracks from enemy explosives and fire. A hatch in the top can be opened so a soldier can man the fifty cal. gun mounted near the back. It ran towards the back of the encampment where none of the emperor’s soldiers were yet. The back lowered and 5 men came out, two opened the door to the building as the other three held off rebels. The Bhalk-34 shot out a missile then an APG2. The men shut the door and clambered back in the tank. It turned and drove away incase any windows were open and the virus got out. Several more came in and began clearing out buildings. After 5 minutes the Bhalk-34 backed up to the building’s doors and lowered it’s back hatch, destroying the doors. Nine soldiers came out and began to clear the building as the last one manned the 50 cal. gun and slew all in the windows. Suddenly all of the emperor’s soldiers turned and fled the city and the rebels let out a victory cry. Then mig-21s flew overhead and napalm hit the city. When the fire went down the Bhalk-34s rode back in and cleared the city. With several more bombing and Bhalk clearances most of the rebellion had been put down. There are a couple major sites and they will be engaged soon.

“Hello I’m Peter Jenikson filling in for the crazy Gen Kennings. Today we have BIN’s John Richard on the scene of an encampment. We’ll take you to him now.”

“We’re right with the soldiers who are ready to destroy the encampment; heavy bombing and APG2 are out of the question because a general is in one of the buildings so tanks and infantry will have to remove the rebels. Wait...something is happening…point the camera there.”

The camera centered on the hillock right in front of the encampment’s entrance. Children were coming over wearing large baggy shirts.

“I smell sapper.”

A marine fired his AKM and one of the children blew up. More fired and the other children started blowing up.

“Fire, they’re walking bombs!”

Missiles and bullets started destroying children and they blew up, sometimes taking other children near them. When there were a couple left rebels charged over the hill under covering fire of mortars. Suddenly a T-72 tank came over the hill and began shooting at marines. A couple shots from the Bhalk-34 destroyed it and it showered parts all over the rebels. It also hit the remaining children and blew up various areas of the rebels charge. A constant fire from weapons and tanks stopped the rebel charge, their fallen lay all over the hill. The tanks drove forward with infantry behind them and when they got to the top they saw a man throw a torch in a ditch running along the hillock. Fire blazed creating a wall and the rebels fired mortars and bullets through and over the fire. The Bhalk-34s drove through and began running over and shooting rebels. Marines used extinguishers to put out a section of the fire and when it was they marched through. Mi-24s opened fire and cleared landing spots so their troops could get out. The tanks finished off all of the rebels who were out on the hill then began driving into the town. The soldiers cleared out eh buildings one by one, and eventually the general’s body was found. Plenty of evidence was there to prove that he had been tortured, beaten, raped, and abused. The emperor’s soldiers gave command of the encampment to the emperor and then went to join the force attacking the main rebel army.

Bhalk-34s aimed their missiles at the rebel army. Marines loaded into the Bhalks and jumped onto the T-90s. On the other side of the plain rebels took defensive positions behind their sandbags. T-72 tanks aimed at the marines and mortars set the leveling to hit the charge. Bhalks rolled forward towards the rebels and then began firing missiles. Rebels scattered as missiles hit the sandbags. T-90s rode towards the encampment with marines all over them. The rebel’s tanks filled in the holes in the sandbags that the Bhalks had created. Mortars and Ak-47 shots hit the marines charging the rebels. The rebels seemed to be preparing for victory when Bhalks rode up behind them with Mi-24s giving air cover. Ropes came from the helicopters and soldiers slid down them. AKM fire came from the soldiers who were pouring out of the Bhalks. A helicopter took a direct hit and crashed into a Bhalk, and then it rolled out from under the crash. But there were too many marines, the rebels were destroyed and marines burned the camp to the ground hoping to cause others to surrender. All the prisoners they found they killed.

Corporal Kurt Uhlman looked through his Rifle’s scope. The rebel leader’s head swayed as he gave a speech to keep the other rebels from surrendering. Behind him were 14 other high-ranking rebels; each of them was covered by a different sniper on a different roof. The 15 snipers were eagerly watching their targets anticipating the coming battle.

Colonel Max Butcherson was talking to Kurt’s spotter.

“Once your targets are eliminated marines and tanks will swarm in. Take down anyone who offers extreme resistance to them. Once the crowd is taken down the city can be easily recaptured. Make sure everyone knows what to do.”

“Yes sir. They all know.”

“Begin countdown in 10.”

Kurt’s spotter changed to all snipers’ channel.

“Safeties off.”

10 seconds ticked by and the spotter began a 5 second countdown. Then Kurt saw something. Someone was aiming a rocket launcher at him and others were aimed at other snipers.

“Shit! Abort!”

Before the spotter could react their corner of the building was blown up. Several more blew up and those who remained took out their targets, then they took the targets of fallen snipers. Marines came in but rocket fire and ak-47 shots held them back.

“Gas masks on, fire APG2.”

Canisters shot out of tanks and came from marines. Soon hundreds of rebels and several marines were throwing up blood. Marines with masks started killing those rebels alive. A rebel stood up and fixed his gasmask then ran off, a sniper shot killed him before he left.

Colonel Butcherson handed control of the city to the emperor, destroying the rebellion.

Bhalk has said that the previous gate entrance policy will stand. And that when someone enters the country they will be followed by seen and unseen soldiers at all time.

The sea wall started last year should be done in a year or so. People have died during it but not nearly as many as did during the wall. The sea wall will have three gates. On guarded parts of the wall grates allow water to come in. ON top every 25 ft AA guns are mounted and massive spotlights will be every 100 ft. Almost every caliber of mounted guns will be installed in the wall pointing outward and some by the gate pointing inward. Men and guard dogs patrol the wall that was recently conected to the priow one. Soon we will be completly encased. And Bhalk says sadly that we still wont be granted in and out priveledges.

"The wall is almost done. We will also set up satelites and missiles bases so if an army comes in we can hit 'em."

Bhalk's secretary walked away from the podium.

It's done. Our sea wall is done. Rejoice my people, we are protected.

Bhalk has stated that construction will begin on the Wall fortresses in a day or two. 5 fortresses will be constructed on the wall. Two in the sea. On inbetween the middle and right gate. ANd one inbetween the middle and left gate. One facing Greece, one facing Hungary, and one facing Austria and Italy.

The fortresses will be massive military bases. They will have missile launchers on all sections and massive guns mounted on. Tunnels will be created underground of the Fortress and extending a while ahead. AA guns will be mounted all over and radars will be installed going up to 2 and a half miles. Outside trenchs, mounted guns, sandbags, steel doors, mines, barbed wire, Tank traps, And pikes sticking out of the ground protect the Fortress. Soldiers are stationed all over and it will be near impossible to scale. Massive gun turrets will be mounted that can hit in 180 degrees. On the front defenses Ammunition storage areas, barracks, mees halls and more are accessed by thick explosive resistant doors which need access codes.

Train tracks are connecting the area. Mounted machine guns dot every passage and if possible almost all sections can be sealed off seperatly and APG2 pumped in.
More will be added as we find out later.

Also Bhalk is upgrading the wall with Missile launchers on sections of wall so they can hit anywhere. Each tower shall have radars installed to be able to tell if anyone is coming. Many more guns shall be mounted all along and many more AA guns. Also missile denfense systems shall be installed to provide protection to missiles and nukes.
The gates will be more protected with a new defense.
In a 150 feet radius of everywhere outside of the middile of the gate the land has been raised. This way when someone comes within 150 feet they will be facing a bunker. The bunker is 15 feet high with Barbed wire on top. There is a small opening near the middile so massive guns can stick out. At the event of an emergency the guns can be pulled back and a 5 ft. thick steel door can fall down (matching the 5 ft. thick concrete) and completly seal off the bunker from outside forces. Also steel doors can come up and lock into place dividng the semi-circular bunker into 25 sections. Then APG2 can be launched in and have the same opening mechanism as in the Bhalk, so the grenades will detonate. At the two sections next to the wall the bunker bends and runs along the wall. Also another 'passage' comes from the middile bunker (Underneath the hill entrance). The three met and formed a ladder that went up and emerged in front of the gate. In the event of an emergency a steel wall can come up and lock off the passages. Then a steal belt can lower the passages.
In the middile of the bunker 150 ft. from the gate is a steel ramp supported by 15 steel beames. The ramp can be brought down into the earth as well as the beams which would then be covered by a steel 'door' so noone could touch them. That would expose the bunker sheltered by the ramp. Once on top of the ramp there is a 30 ft. area in front that then makes the bridge. To the sides the land extends 10 ft. then drops. The land goes down 50 feet with sharpened steel poles in every square inch on the bottom. (when the passages were lowered, not a 100% they wouldn't crash down, they should stop just ontop of the poles with their own resting on top.) The bridge is a massive steel platform, very thick, with two pieces, one on left and one right. The bridge could bend in half with the midle coming up and then rest on the side. It could then lower down and like the passages rest on top of the pikes. At the end of the bridge was a 30 ft. semi circle which the gates would open and then people could acces Borman. Outside of all of this was a Trench with mounted machine guns and soldiers.

A person seiging the gate (Which without the defenses is the weakest part) would have to get past the trenches. Avoid bunker fire, get up the vertical hill without the ramp. Go across the bridge, have it break in half and lower, avoid falling onto spikes. With the bridge down find some way to cross the 90 ft. gap between each end and then seige the door itself. Also the soldiers in the bunkers could pull out and get up to the gate and inside before there is total lockdown. Then the cameras in each section could see when breached and decide when to lockdown.

Estimates for all of it is in the trillions. It should be completed in 5 years or less depending on the smount of labor.

Official Communique

We are staunch allies, but noone is invulnerible and every defense has a way over. Soldeirs may come through your territory either unhampered or let in. Borman must look to the future of her nation and prepare for any change. But we hope this does not offend you. If any great army does come to your land and are many allies can not stop them we will of course allow you to evacuate anyone and everything that can fit through the gate and accross the bridge. It will be used strictly for defense. Borman must prepare for the future.

The sea wall is surrounding the sea bordering our area. We don't want to cause problems with an ally, we would ask before building something in your territory. The fortress is also on our land just positioned to defend if an attack comes from Greece's direction. It is also near the beach. Noone knows what it will be like in hundreds of years. Greece may become an enemy or so/so to Borman so you may let or help and army come through. We hope it doesn't come to this, we're just looking at what troubles the future may bring. “Due to the amount of people who bear ill will to Borman she shall be increasing her defenses with WMD and Missile defense programs. It will all be under the name ‘HDP, Halo Defense Program.’ It will consist of minor missile launchers on each tower of defensive walls and massive missile silos at the capital of Borman and each province. In addition the corners or four major points of the lands will have missile silos. Theses will be patriot missiles, plain missiles, and more. These will be used to shoot down incoming missiles, WMD, ICBMs, and so on. The missile silos will also have WMD which they may fire. All missiles can be used as offensive weapons to hit enemies as well. If Generia or other members of the Balkland alliance agree the missiles will be programmed to shoot down incoming projectiles at their countries as well. The missiles may also be used to shoot down unidentified aircraft entering Borman air-space. It will also contain hundreds of thousand of AA guns, fighters, and ABM. It will be a very tight air defense.

For defensive as well as offensive purposes Borman will also begin construction on Missile launching facilities. An orbital rotating device will be built that can allow up to 100 people to live on it for various reasons. It can be moved to any position orbiting the earth. It will be able to launch tactical nuclear missiles, ICBMs, and more. It shall also be equipped with a number of non-WMD projectiles to destroy any threat to its existence. Borman however must finish research on it which has begun already. Rumor has it that a matching weapon will be built in either the shallows or deep sea of the ocean allowing for maximal missile functionality and maximizing Borman’s defenses. This is also part of HDP but for reference the orbital revolving launcher and sea launcher will be referred to as HOP1 and HOP2.

In other news the new tank that Borman has been researching and creating is finished and has to be tested and named. Upon that being done Borman will give a description.”

As the defensive forts and entrance securities were completed work began on the HDP, and HOP which was part of HDP.

Soldiers ran here and there all over checking and rechecking defenses and weapons. War was coming to Borman from a much bigger nation and if they were to go down they would do so, taking as many with them as possible.

It is a good fighting tank and was created to be in the thick of things. Most Borman tanks were more of powerful transports then tanks and this is meant to be more of a tank then a transport. It will be able to shoot into combat, take out opposing forces and pull out of combat.
The tank incorporates steel encased depleted uranium armour. Armour bulkheads separate the crew compartment from the fuel tanks. The top panels of the tank are designed to blow outwards in the event of penetration by a HEAT projectile. The tank is protected against nuclear, biological and chemical (NBC) warfare.

HDP is nearing completion

HDP is completed and includes vast numbers of fighter planes to defend against every aspect of air attack excepting Bio and able to bombard enemies.

The Star Wars defense program has been added to HDP. It can now also fry a missile while it is in the air. It took much time and funding was given from other nations to assist.

Bhalk is updating the Navy and Air force by adding hte followinf and upgrading all equipment.

IC:The BEWD is the pinnacle of gun design in all of Borman. With inspiration from weapons produced from allies Borman set about making one they could call their own. It functions much like the French FAMDAS, yet slightly improved in several areas, but the real part that makes it special is it’s ability to hold multiple clips. A complicated yet simple system allows for 5 clips to be held at a time and to allow 500 rounds to be shot with several empty clicks before reloading. To allow for the multiple clips the trigger is in front of the clips making the men operating the weapons have to reach a bit further. The specially designed clips have a small slanted out jetting that will move inward much like that of a doorknob when closed allowing the clip to slide into the gun. After the clip is first inserted it will then be slid back along the magazine track and come under tension as in interacts with a spring system. After 4 have been loaded the final clip can be put in place and will hold back the others. The out jetting, nicknamed metal hands, are spring operated and held in place by the ammunition. They are at the top so once the final round is fired there is nothing holding them in place and the tension on the outside of the metal hands will allow them to slide in and thus drop the clip from the gun.

With nothing else blocking it’s path the springs and some diverted gas power will push the next clip forward and up a small inclination that will give it some momentum to go into place. The next time the piston is pushed forward it will take with it the first bullet of the fresh clip. With this design the gun will go through clips and the piston may go forward once while the gun is changing clips for a sound much like that of a gun trying to fire an empty clip. After the clips drop the gun can be completely reloaded or for a time saver only one clip can be inserted into the gun.

Unfortunately the patented metal hands come with several side effects. The noise of the clip dropping may not be too appealing in a fight, there is the very rare occurrence that the metal hands will not grip and the fresh clip may simply slide right out of the gun, and the clip cannot be taken out until it is completely emptied.
