Message to the Internatonal community.
From the People of the Atana.
We of the Atana require assistance from one nation. The people are warlike, we can not help this, it is our nature, unfortunatly we are slowly destrying ourselves. We fight constantly, and it requires a great mind to stop us from kiling ourselves. Therefore, we are sending a request for a nation with the following atriutes. This nation must command us, with force if nesssercary. We will be like a new part of your empire, and we will protect anyone who wants to live in our nation. We would be yours to command, but we would be able to chose our own rulers, laws and be able to do things in the international community. In return you will get the population as warriors, as is our peoples way. YOu would, in effect, be getting a full new army of the finest warriors and all we need is to be armed and ordered.

1. No n00bs. AT ALL, I will tell you if your population is to low.
2.THe People must be willing to have something akin to slaves, because the Atana need to think they are just that to your people, otherwise they will kill each other.
3. No UN members, Sorry, but they annoy me.
