Xiaguo
24-08-2004, 05:35
The Emperor has invited national leaders to Beijing for a Foreign Diplomatic Conference centered at the new policies Beijing will lay forth toward foreign nations. Such policies include the banning of foreign ships within Bohai except for Sino. The banning of foreign troops in China, the relocation of embassies, and a probability of having the Hudecians relocate in Tianjin, away from Xiaguo proper which includes, Heilongjiang, Jilin, and Liaoning. Donguk Special Administrative Region will also be opened up to foreign trade and investment.

The Conference will be held outside the palace at the People's National Congress on the other side of Tiananmen Square.

This conference is important to the future diplomatic relations of China and foreign allies and nations. The conference welcomes anyone representing officially of each country respectively.

I will certainly attend this conference, however high the risk of congregating together might seem. We trust that your security measures will be more than adequate, and hope that we can help ensure a lasting peace in Southeast Asia. It is with high hopes that my nation comes to the table here, and we would be extremely glad if nations such as Dra-pol and Bonstock were to attend as well. Furthermore I thank Xiaguo for offering us all an opportunity to discuss such matters as those important to international stability like civilized people.

The first day of the conference.

First of all, we would wish to know if our map of China, the recent mapping is genuin and complete. We understand there may be a boundary dispute and such, but we wish to have the suggestions of all cnference delegates and representatives. Our current boundaries is shown on this map.

Second of all, our government has instituted a new set of laws which may effect foreign investment and governments.

The Bohai Sea, which is fairly close to Beijing and Tianjin is now banned to foreign millitary naval craft and some regulated ships. The Armed Republic of Sino however has been given special rights to have ANY ship enter as part of the North-South China diplomacy.Beijing has also decided to move all embassies in Beijing to Tianjin City.

The National Taxes and Trade Regulations Ministry has also placed tariffs on a number of 'topics" of manufactored items. Such tariffs will be based on a 4.25% on a bundle, 2.5% on each item of value more of stated, more tariff rates can be read in the Ministry of Taxes and Trade Regulations Handbook. Items include weapons, weapon related, cars, and various electronics. However, the Ministry has also lifted or lowered the tariffs on any food, printed matter, appliances, health;medicine, equiptment., computers;hardware, software, parts., personal electronics;cellular phones, cd players., Government Sold weapons, equiptment, and such. Many more are stated in the handbook which you have been given at the entrance desk.

Two representatives from the Dominion- Mr. Charles Green from the Department of Foreign Affairs, and Lady Samantha Ausbin from the Department of Economic Penetration- will arrive by commercial air tomorrow morning.

These representatives of the Ministry will examine the prospects for diplomatic and commercial ties between the Dominion and Xiaguo. The Dominion trades extensively around the Pacific Rim and elsewhere around the world, and His Omniferocity welcomes peaceful and profitable trade with friendly neighbors.

(Yeah, I mean a None Player Controlled real-life-alike China. It's just that too much of what Dra-pol's done in the past has involved a moderately friendly socialist-ish China, and changing to a potentially hostile neighbour would require a re-writing of most of our history (not to mention the re-deployment of a few million troops!))

All nations are allowed free passage through the Yellow Seas and all seas except for Bohai, since that Sea is relatively close to Most of the Xiannese cities. Dairen is the border point, that is where you will not enter, Dairen port however is available for free trade. Any ships seen on Bohai and not registered will be searched and crew arrested. Any Naval warship not registered will be sunk upon entry.

China has always opened up to all nations concerning trade. We have already opened several large ports to foireign trade this year.

To make the issue more clear, we would like to bring forth the naval base at Qingdao. As the other remnents of our forces in China throughout the various campaigns have been dismantled or ceded to the Chinese governments (in this case, Xiaguo) we would like to maintain the Qingdao base in it's present state. To ease the flow of traffic once on the coastal road now inside the base, we have constructed a new throughfare around the perimeter:

We will only base air refeuling aircraft and replenishment ships in such a base. If this is agreed to, Bonstock will allow Azn Resistance refeuling planes and replenishment ships into our ports, and will allow Azn Resistance ships to conduct port calls in Bonstocknian ports, with the exception of Sinoese ships as Bonstock has no diplomatic relations with (and no trust for) Sino.

1% would rather be part of Taiwan or Sino.

Bonstock is the rogue state that milk colonies dry and proliferate countless WMD to terrorists.

The Sinoese State and the Chinese people must preserve its territories and Bonstock has clearly violated the supreme will of the Chinese race!

Anyway, those results are rigged.

General Liu, although congratulates the artist's talent, has asked the Xiannese government to have that painting removed from public display as it is contrary to Liu's nature of not preferring personal worship. He is like any other Chinese citizen, just doing his job.
