New legislation was just signed in Parthia that legalizes total destruction of all whales, manatees, whooping cranes, spotted owls, and any other pointless endangered species found in Parthia.

In other news the government has demanded that citizens release freon into the athmosphere.

Parthian crop dusters have now started spraying everywhere with DDT and other environmentally destructive pesticides.

Oh and the 1st annual Manatee ramming competition is about to begin, take a speedboat and mount an iron ram on the bottom right below the waterline. Whoever hits the most manatees wins.

Are naval vessels allowed in the competition? If so, Sir Peter's 7th fleet will be deployed. With among other ships in the fleet, battleships, destroyers, subs, and a carrier equipped with the latest in manatee hunting technology we hope to inspire the spirit of sportsmanship in this competition by wiping out those useless sea cows.

The competition will take place in Lake Van, no vessels too large for overland transport may be used.

Very well, we shall send a patrol torpedo boat equipped with the recommended manatee ramming gear as well as barbed manatee nets and depth charges. A seaplane will also be used. Dropping poison laced plants for the manatees to consume.
