OoC: Christ, this lot could be the entire military for many countries.

We of Industrial Experiment are interesting in procuring all the items you have for sale. Would you like to name a price, or shall we tally one that we think is appropriate?

We will purchase the entire Naval section for the sum of 1.568 trillion dollars. This averages out to be 1 billion dollars per ship, including the supply ships and whatnot.

This is well within our price range as our yearly government "waste" is 1.741 trillion as you can see here: http://www.thirdgeek.com/nseconomy.php?nation=Tokarev

Is that 7,500 Raptors, or 750?
Industrial Experiment
24-08-2004, 03:30
We will concede any claim we may have to the naval section to Tokarev, but we will retain our offer for the submarine and air force sections. We will be willing to pay a total of 450 billion for the air force and the submarines for an additional 100 billion. We will throw in up to 200 billion more if you desire.

EDIT: Didn't notice that the number of F-22's was 7,500, not 750 >_<

If you need the ships you can take them, I was going to use them as target ships and scrap for the Wall of Tokarev (here: http://forums2.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?p=6747027#post6747027)

Ooc: That may come soon perhaps, it all depends how much money we raise from other things.

Ic: I cannot sell anything pending the reply from the one man who offered to buy it all. He is on the waiting list to buy it all, pending his reply to my price I named... We'll know soon.

How much if you don't sell the naval ships to me?

How about the offer I made up here:

I will maintain that price, even if the F-22's are only 750 in number.

550 Billion for all the planes and subs. An upper limit of 750 Billion, if you wish.

As can be seen, my government always runs at a profit. We make 6 trillion per year, and have been doing so for the past 30 years. Name your price. Not to mention that the Emperor is paid 1 trillion a year as a salary.

Now that we have completed the deal, I have but one question; am I aloud to sell these (Not produce more and sell them, I mean sell the ones I just bought)?

No, that is the one condition upon which the sale was made. They must not be allowed to fall into foreign hands. Except members of the League of Empire Loyalists, you may sell to them.
