Thats Mother of All Battle Ships.

The Piledriver II is a massive multi-national undertaking by Dontgonearthere and its allies, an ultimate ship.
The whole thing is based on a scale usualy associated with space stations. Its massive size makes it nearly impossible to damage without planetkilling weapons, while its own armament can usualy stop these devices.
The whole project is set to take more than eighty years. During this time DGNT will half its own ship production in order to conserve materials.

Nations which make donations will be able to provide a portion of the crew, as well as receiving protection and good terms with DGNT, and possibly other nations involved.
The command and main gun crews will be all DGNT citizens, though.

um, if i may, can you tell me the specs in detail on the Planet Busters, and Sunbusters?

The GC-5500 is basicaly an upgrade of the GC-5000 planetbuster, but more focused on ship-to-ship combat. The beam is less focused, resulting in a wider beam which can take out a number of fighters.
The Sunbuster isnt actually designed to blow up suns, what it basicaly does is build up a huge amount of energy into a small space. This is surrounded by a shield. Once the desired amount of energy is built up part of the shield is deactivated and the result is a huge shotgun effect with both focused 'meteors' and a sort of explosion. Its quite deadly within a short range.

I hereby transfer control of the MOABS project to whoever the hell wants it. DGNT is back merely in an OOC sense, we wont be marching massive armies across your nation anymore.
I will (of course) leave all of my contributions, including the use of Pax Drive Yards shipyards.
