The Foreign Ministry

Greetings to the international community! The Commonwealth of Granzi is seeking wider diplomatic relations with NS nations of the world. We are looking to exchange embassies in the hope that our nations will mutually benefit and prosper. In the near future, we hope this will promote peace and understanding, which may include the implementation of trade agreements and alliances.

To this effect, the Foreign Quarter in Granzi City has been expanded and subdivided into dozens of undeveloped properties. Upon the acceptance of your diplomatic request, your nation will have the option to erected a custom embassy complex on the premises of your choice. Located a short distance from Parliament Hall and other administrative buildings of the capital, the Quarter also borders the Old City's cultural attractions. Security is of the highest standard, with the sector regularly patrolled by personnel of the Diplomatic Service. Your delegation will be reserved speedy access to the government should you so require.

As the Foreign Quarter has begun to fill, and the possibility of further expansion of that sector is impossible due to rapid urban development, a second area to the west has been prepared as the location of future embassies. Located in the Westolia suburb of Granzi City, the area offers spacious grounds and broad avenues to its diplomatic tenants. The Westolia Diplomatic Annex is within walking distance of the National Financial Sector and Commonwealth Stock Exchange, as well has offering easy access to the waterfront and harbor.

Unless specified by the Foreign Ministry, all embassies in Granzi must adhere to the following regulations:



1. The number of security personnel in an embassy complex must not exceed fifty. Authorized security will be allowed to carry standard handheld arms within the embassy.

2. No caches of heavy weaponry may be stored on embassy grounds. Small arms are not allowed outside the embassy complex, the exception being to provide security services to an official diplomatic motorcade. A maximum of two helicopters will be permitted for aerial transport needs, to be stored in the appropriate facilities on embassy grounds. No weapons of any kind will be allowed attached to these helicopters.

3. The embassy complex will be considered extraterritorial. As an extension of your nation's sovereign territory, Granzian personnel will only enter at the expressed permission of the Ambassador.

4. The Ambassador and up to 4 other personnel chosen by the Ambassador will be granted diplomatic immunity in the Commonwealth. All other employees and personnel will be bound by the laws of Granzi once outside the embassy. If, for any reason, Granzian soil is under threat from within the embassy, we reserve the right to revoke immunity. All diplomatic personnel will be allowed to leave, unharmed, in the case of armed hostilities.

5. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange for any reason.

Granzi and Morathania have fought side by side in many wars. We are brought together by our good ally Sarzonia and we work together in times of war. I theirfore put forth an alliance between our two nations. If Granzi accepts this proposal than that will bring our two nations closer and we will both gain a good ally. We await your response.

The holy Empire of Dailey and the TBA defence alliance wishs to exchange Embacies with your great nation.

We would like to trade embassies, we'll send one senior cleric and 40 security guards to represent our interests.

His Omniferocity has authorized the building of Embassies on Amida Island- the only port of entry to the Dominion. Travel outside the diplomatic compound must be escorted by EOE Internal Security personnel.

His Omniferocity's rules for Diplomatic personnel and stations are as follows:

1. Embassies are considered to be extraterritorial. EOE personnel may only enter with the permission of the Ambassador.

2. Embassies are responsible for their own security and law enforcement. Embassies are permitted a small armed force to accomplish this. No foreign nationals may carry weapons outside the Embassy compound.

3. With the exception of the Ambassador and five members of the Embassy staff (chosen by the Ambassador) who will be granted Extraterritoriality, all Embassy personnel are subject to His Omniferocity's law outside the Embassy itself.

4. His Omniferocity reserves the right to expel any and all members of any foreign government at any time, for any reason. With the exception of active hostilities between EOE and the government in question, any personnel so expelled are secure in their persons and personal baggage until after they have been removed from EOE territory (in other words, if we expel your Ambassador, he still has diplomatic immunity until he leaves EOE territory).

5. Diplomatic security outside of the Embassy compound is the responsibility of EOE Internal Security personnel. No foreign personnel are allowed to travel unescorted within EOE territory. All foreign nationals employed at the Embassy who object to this are free to live within the Embassy compound.

6. Each Embassy compound is permitted one- and only one- satellite communications station within the Embassy compound. Communications carried on this system may be encrypted or employ any other anti-intrusion measures the Embassy personnel consider prudent. All other message traffic must go through public communications circuits or be carried in the Diplomatic Pouch.

7. Messages between the Embassy and its parent government may be carried by one of the Embassy staff with Extraterritoriality in a Diplomatic Pouch- which may be no larger than a standard briefcase. This pouch will be secure against any search beyond external sensors. For safety reasons, the briefcase must be transparent to X-rays. Any anti-intrusion electronics within the briefcase must be demonstrated to Internal Security personnel before the establishment of the Embassy. Any subsequent changes to anti-intrusion electronics must also be demonstrated to Internal Security prior to its use being permitted within the Diplomatic Pouch. If any electronics within the Diplomatic Pouch do not match the X-ray signature of the agreed-upon system, the Diplomatic Pouch will not be permitted entry. Embassy security personnel are permitted unrestricted access to the Diplomatic Security screening station before, during, and after the Diplomatic Pouch passes through to ensure that EOE is not attempting electronic breaching of the Diplomatic Pouch.

8. Embassy personnel will be permitted to communicate with citizens of the Embassy's government accused of crimes within EOE territory. This communication will be monitored by Internal Security personnel and is not considered privileged information. His Omniferocity reserves the right to restrict any such communication in the event (in the opinion of Internal Security) it may jeopardize National Security.

9. Each Embassy will be permitted to import two non-military vehicles for use by Extraterritorial Embassy personnel. Diplomatic vehicles will be considered part of the Embassy compound when in use by Embassy personnel with Extraterritoriality. Prior to entry, any such vehicle will be thoroughly inspected by a team from the Ministry of Internal Security in the presence of Embassy security staff. All equipment installed in or on the vehicles will be demonstrated to IS personnel. Any additional equipment installed subsequent to approval must also be examined by IS and its purpose demonstrated. Diplomatic vehicles will be examined at random intervals agreed to by the Ambassador. Any alteration to the agreed equipment will be considered a violation of the Diplomatic Agreement. In the event of a suspected crime or threat to National Security, the vehicle and its occupants will be detained in place while His Omniferocity's government requests access to the vehicle from the Ambassador. Failure to grant such access will constitute a breach of the Diplomatic agreement. Under these circumstances and in the absence of a state of war, the Embassy may send Security Observers to ensure that the vehicle is not searched or entered by EOE personnel as it is destroyed in place. The remains of the vehicle will be returned to the Embassy once destruction is completed. The Embassy will be closed and all personnel expelled once this is completed. The destroyed vehicle will be permitted to leave with the Embassy staff.

10. Any Embassy personnel engaging in espionage will be summarily expelled (if granted Extraterritoriality) or executed (all others). Embassy personnel who escape (or attempt to escape) the supervision of their Internal Security escorts will be assumed to be engaged in espionage.

11. No Embassy personnel are permitted to depart Amida Island for any reason other than to leave EOE territory.

Nations desiring diplomatic contact with His Omniferocity’s government must agree to these conditions prior to the establishment of diplomatic relations.

The Freely Incorporated States of Andaman and Nicobar, having recently engaged for the first time in economic activity with The Commonwealth of Granzi (Re. GFB-26 Seabolt), and finding herself increasingly isolated (as old Nation States fade into the neverworld) is as a nation keen to improve relations with said Commonwealth.

ISAN's Vice President Giles has conveyed the nation's wishes with regards to establishing an embassy, and has invited Granzi to do the same. The situation in Andaman and Nicobar dictates that the embassy take-up part of an existing towerblock, as there is absolutely no space upon which to erect new facilities, and almost no low-rise buildings survive in the madly crowded Incorporated States. Liberation (the Nicobarese capital) hopes to situate any Granzi consulate upon one of the city's newer floating suburbs, allowing The Commonwealth to pick and choose as to which floor/s it wishes to occupy in the multi-story structures that ride the Bay of Bengal atop thousands of tons of concrete. It is understood that many foreign nations without the restrictions faced by the little islands often prefer not to set-foot on these floating communities or to land at the nation's floating airports, and as such the alternative of a setting on (or more likely high above) dry land does persist.

As you have said, we have fought side by side numerous time, united by our common values and ideals. We share mutual allies and alliances, so it is only natural that we take the final step. To the nations of Dailey and New Zambuda, we wholeheartedly accept your requests for an embassy exchange. You may begin construction on your respective complexes in the Diplomatic Quarter. The Evil Overlord, we find your regulations to be acceptable, and look forward to recieving His Omniferocity's representative in Granzi soon. The Commonwealth also wishes to thank the Freely Incorporated States of Andaman and Nicobar for their thoughtfulness in offering an embassy on one of your floating suburbs. To the nation of The Islamic Liberation, we apologize, but we can not accept your offer at this time. We have noticed international activities in recent times that may/or may not link to your country, most notably terrorism. The Commonwealth does not wish to become involved in these matters, and as such, must decline your request. The U.K.R. is more than welcome to maintain an embassy in Granzi. We await the arrival of your delegation. We hope this will lead to more contact on the international level. Senior Diplomat Ndjella Bonmarcher of the Department of Foreign Affairs will arrive at approximately 1040 local time to present her credentials to your government. Official Presidential Statement

Grenval is very interesting in extending relations to Granzi. If
permitted, we plan on sending two helicopters, along with a team of twelve to
act as ambassadors and assisstants to Granzi. If Granzi wishes to build an
embassy in Grenval, we suggest the Ambassadorial Building of Grenval located
in downtown Grenval City, just south of the seat of the government in
Grenval. Certain conditions apply as to weaponry and numbers of people, but
the largest requirment is that while in house, as in while inside the embassy,
the ambassadors and others recieve diplomatic immunity, but once outside,
become under the jurisdiction of Grenvali laws. Thank you and we look

Okay, I just like to have allies all over the globe, so i can learn more about foerign customs.

well it needs 2 helo pads (internal on the roof kinda slides back if ya know what i mean or opens up whats ever easyer to make), room for 50 Milltary personel (for the defence ONLY of the embassy if your nation was ever attacked) rooms for 5 Diplomats (larger then the MIlltary Personel rooms (also 2 of the Diplomats are Agents of the JSIA (Japanese States Intel Agency))). 1 of the Diplomats rooms is to be larger then the others for the Main Diplomat called Shuji Towada, room for 1 small arms armory and area to hold Fuel for the choppers.

His Omniferocity's government agrees in advance to any reasonable rules of conduct your government chooses to impose. This includes the temporary quartering of diplomatic personnel at your government's discretion.

If permitted, we would prefer to employ Evil Overlord Enterprises contractors to construct the Embassy proper. Your government will of course be permitted to observe any aspect of the construction, and EOE is willing to purchase construction materials locally and have the materials transported by local operators.

If this is not acceptable, the Dominion will conduct a thorough security inspection of the Embassy structures prior to occupancy.

Talthia would be honoured to enter into an embassy exchange with Granzi. We will happily comply with all of your regulations and we have assigned an ambassadorial delegation with a security contingent to prepare and be ready to leave for Granzi. We look forward to the opening of diplomatic relations between our nations.

We have a couple of ground rules that we would like your embassy, if you choose to have one within Talthia, and its staff to follow:

1) We will not grant full diplomatic immunity to any of your diplomats. We will be able to grant your ambassadorial staff partial immunity; for any minor infractions of our laws, we will be flexible to those persons.

2) You may provide security within your embassy with armed forces. You will be allowed up to 80 soldiers within the embassy and none of those soldiers may leave the embassy grounds whilst on duty. These security personnel may be armed with any weapons that; do not rely on concentrated explosions as an offensive mechanism, (no rocket or grenade launchers) and that are hand held and not mounted. Traditional grenades will not be allowed, but tear gas, smoke and stun grenades are fine.

You will not be allowed to house any artillery, aircraft etc but we would be willing to provide you with any vehicles you may require within reason. The only exception to this ban on military vehicles will be two unarmed helicopters and one unarmed armoured car.

3) The embassy will be regarded by us as your sovereign land and will be treated with the respect it deserves. However, your embassy will have to be open to our government at all times provided your ambassador is agreeable to their arrival.

We find the notion of openign diplomatic channels with Roach-Busters to be highly appropriate, due to the interaction with the Commonwealth on numerous occasions. Official Communiqué

A previous embassy exchange had already taken place between IDF and the Commonwealth. However, due to that incident involving the OMP and naval conference, our ambassadorial staff were given orders to leave the country, and the Granzian embassy was closed indefinantly until further notice. This was simply due to a conflict of interest, and we are pleased that this has passed. We accept your application, and hope this leads to warmer relations in the future.

It is the desire of the Sultanate of Vastiva to open and maintain strong diplomatic and economic relations with all nations desirous of such. We therefore offer an exchange of embassies and ambassadors, and a beginning of free trade between our nations.

A 25-man construction team from MGLF will arrive within four days with heavy equipment. The Dominion is willing to purchase construction materials locally, and temporary workers may be hired locally as needed.

Your nation would not be considered an AOH nation, your nation would not be privy to AOH decisions, and or policies. Your nation is unable to refuse the status. The Bedou nation in response to your very sympathetic diplomatic stance on their position in the near east, as request your nation being given this status.
Now that I have given the 'nots', i wll tell what it is.
The Granzi nation, is Protected.
Citizens of Granzi abroad may make full use of any AOH member nation embassies.
Granzi civilian aircraft may make full use of any AOH member civilian facilities.
Granzi political trade and military recieve priority just behind AOH members states and just ahead of none member states.
Granzi is simply put recognized by one AOH nation as 'friendly' Potectorate status makes Granzi recognized by all AOH nations as 'friendly'.
The status also can speed up the process of Granzi joining the AOH.
Again, the decision was made by Unanimous Consent, so reguardless of Granzi Government policy at this point, the Bedou have requested special treatment for your nation, in matters of civil rights,politics,trade and military matters. The receptionist noticed the entrance of several figures, distinguished in dress. Automatically assuming they were a diplomatic detail, she drew up the register of names on her console. Looking up, she noticed one man step forward. "Good afternoon, I'm Joshua Yadalis of Resquide." His tone was pleasant. "Where might I find our rooms?"

Typing in the name, she was able to match the photo in database with one Joshua Yadalis. With a few more clicks the receptionist checked them in and located their rooms. She turned and picked out a scan card from a rack under the desk. Sliding it over, along with a brochure, she gave him a wide smile.

"Here is the key for your floor suite, Mr. Yadalis. This is a sightseeing guide for Granzi City, with all the pertinent information regarding sites of interest. A more complete issue can be found in your rooms. If you need anything, please don't hesitate to give us a call. We would be happy to provide anything you or your detail might require. Above all, enjoy your stay in Granzi."

Notquiteaplace would happily exchange embassies and grants simular embassy rights to yours to your ambassador. The embassy would be in our capital. We would exchange economic data for analytical purposes as we feel both our nation's trading abilities will be improved by this sort of exchange. To further bolster this, we offer a mutual free trade agreement.

We would offer a site near our houses of parliament, and within 500 metres of a SAM battery. It is also less than 1 Km from the nearest tube line and train station. There is a small park with a few wild dragonfish in nearby and the tube goes directly to the centre of our nightlife.

Notquiteaplace is a safe nation as we have our crime uner control, your guards may not carry guns outside the compound unless your diplomat is on business, in which case it is classified as military work and they may do so when escorting him. Firing on civilians without a good reason, (or firing real bullets, rather than say, rubber ones without good reason) is likely to cause an international incedent, but obvioulsy if the life of our diplomat is threatended you may fire, as questions will be asked later.

The main Granzi embassy may be built in Tenochitilan. This would put your ambassadors in closer contact with our government officals. In regards to a Consulate in Veracruz, that also seems acceptable. This office would put your nation in the same city as our largest trade and transportation center.

About the ANL embassy's placement, we are interested in a complex in Granzi City. If not possible, then our second choice would be Boralis.

We agree to the every above request save one. Due to Granzian diplomatic protocol, we can not allow the UH-60 Black Hawks to carry any offensive weaponry on board. We stress that these helicopters may only be used for transportation of embassy personnel, therefore, we encourage the heavy use of countermeasures in its stead. If your ambassador should require, the Commonwealth would be more than willing to provide an armed aerial escort.

In response to your requests for specific building perameters, perhaps the ambassador would prefer a Silver Sky contractor to plan and lay the groundwork?

The UH-60s were never meant to be armed, they are meant purely for VIP transport or medical evacuations.
