I could have sworn I had an embassy with you. My nation is Tokarev, Turkmeny is a puppet.

We can host embassies in a simulated gravity ring that houses immigrants and temporary visitors. It's only half a kilometre rimwards from Dawnport City.

Spacers themselves can't survive in Earth gravity, so most of our personnel in the L4 embassy in Whittier would either be Earth natives, telepresence shells or cyborgs. We're still optimistic about this.

Yes, I seem to remember we were not in accord during the "NWO" debates. However, that is past, and I believe we can put it aside and have dialogue.

Omicron Alpha Government Inc. representatives would be stationed there to represent the consumers, and ultimate shareholders, of Omicron Alpha and their interests, as well as representatives from the most prominent companies here such as OMilitary and Alpha Police Inc. This is as close to an 'embassy' as we are capable of coming.

As payment for such a centre, you would be permitted to establish your own Liaison Centre within Omicron Alpha, rent-free with surrounding roads placed under your control if you wish to avoid road tolls.
