In a surprise announcement, the Russian Federation has decided to hand over production rights of the T90s Gun-Missile Tank to The Resurrected Empire of The USD as reparations for actions in war. Ever since the beginning of the 12 Year War, The Russian Government has supported the former Red Empire. Even as the Red Empire stole Russian armaments, former President Ivan Chekov made this statement:

“We, the Russian Federation, have decided to back the Sybling Movement (Red Empire) while refusing to take direct action against The Dictatorship of The USD. As to the rumors of theft on behalf of Sybling’s soldiers, I have no comment.”

Now, after his overturning and the election of President Vladimir Uleevor, the Federation has decided to hand over the T90s instead of monetary reperations. Had the Russian Government paid fines, they would have lost over 20 Billion USD.

King Charles Richard Caine had this to say:

“The Russian Federations offer has been accepted, and production will soon begin for The USD’s first foreign armor, the HA01 or T90s. We currently have 100 or so T90s in our ranks, and are highly impressed.”

There are minor differences between the HA01 and T90s such as a redesigned interior and armoring, lowering cost and weight. This allows for more rounds to be stored in the HA01, and I know from experience that the ground troops love more rounds.

As ambassador, I can tell you that unit cost will be 2.0 Million USD. We will accept pre-production orders, up to 100 HA01's per customer. The queue will be satisfied as quickly as possible.

OOC: I didn't say exclusive rights. Russia is the original manufacturer, though.
