Secret: CM economic advisors have privately declared to the Czar that, "Numerous cuts and slashes are necessary if our economy is to stay solvent." While CM has a massively large navy and air force, numerous ships were suffering from a growing lack of maintainence and were either going to have to be mothballed, scrapped, or sold.
Public: "CM is announcing for sale, numerous planes and ships. Since CM is officially acknowledging the end to the arms race and tensions (Cold-war) between himself and 'other nations', it has been deemed appropriate for the Fatherland to reduce armaments. We are now offering for sale on the world market, to anybody with the money..."
CM is looking to sell the following.
