This treaty will help Hataria rebuild and reclaim land. However, enemies of Hataria get something out of it too.

1. Hataria must find a new land. The Whitter Pact gets his old land.
2. Hataria is given money and supplies needed to rebuild.
3. Hataria cannot invade any countries unless both countries agree to it.
4. Hataria regains independence from its enemies and does not have to follow the Whitter Pact. However, Hataria cannot reclaim his old land back unless the Whitter Pact decides he can reclaim it.
5.Hataria must except he lost the war.
6. Hataria is allowed to choose a person to lead his remade goverment.

If you agree with the terms, post your reply that you agree. If you don't agree, say so.

Hataria also must sign the treaty if this is to work.

What he needs to do is just make a new nation. Forget about Hataria and Hatarian Mammalia and start completely over. It is the only way he could even begin to try to gain respect from others.

And he never invaded any one else.
Hataria exists only in Earth 3.
As such he has no interactions with any one else.
That means there are no forigners.
