Prime Minister Bolash is currently in negotiations with the Dominion of Greenmanbry, and is therefore, unable to attend this conference. In his place will be a delegation headed by Foreign Envoy Robert Cord.
Bedou welcomes the emmisarries of these two great nations.

Foreign minister Piruz Savhadkohi would like to attend on behalf of the Parthian government and people.
Parth, I will start a more formal thread, actually I have one and will tag you with the addy, however this thread is for specific nations that were part of a small 'incident' in Asia, you will note I said that failure to attend would mean blanket affirmation of Bedou policy, that would hardly be fair if I expected the whole of NS to attend.
