The Eldaimovey Advanced Research Laboratories

Located in the Central Plains of Schultaria Prime roughly 150 km north of the outermost edges of the City of Schultaria Prime, this facility is the closest thing to a physical embodiment of the Schultarian pursuit of science and technology. With a mandate from both the government and the general populous of the country, the Eldaimovey Advanced Research Laboratories are considered to be the greatest work of Schultarian science and technology outside of the expansive underground atriums under the megalithic capital city of Schultaria Prime.

Within the 1,400 square kilometers of plains and mountainous foothills stands over 3,000 buildings which contain the necessary factories, warehouses, power facilities, maintenance plants, and research facilities to keep the laboratory running on a world-class level. Of these 3,000 structures, 250 of them are technically deemed as "skyscrapers" by Schultarian standards; composed of domes and glass box high-rises that extend no less than 20 stories high and 250 meters at their base.

The entire facility, rebuilt from a catastrophic accident ten years prior to its official rededication, has cost the United Socialist States of Schultaria Prime approximately $3,750,000,000,000.

The Imperial Palace in Sdaeriji City.

Created in the early days of the First Empire of Sdaeriji, the Imperial Palace has been the home of the Emperor of the Empire of Sdaeriji for almost 10,000 years uninterrupted. Originally covering six square miles of land in the center of Old Sdaeriji, it has been expanded multiple times throughout the history of the Empire, to now where it covers almost 14 square miles surrounded by the ruins of Old Sdaeriji, with the palace proper having over 250,000 square feet of floor space. Less a palace and more a small town, the entire Palace grounds employs over 3000 Imperial citizens, including groundskeepers, maids, servants, mechanics, artisans, guards, etc. Its total worth, including all the works of art and ancient architecture, is considered priceless by the Imperial government, but more unbiased evaluators guage its total worth at $1.1 trillion. It has been labelled (by the Imperial government, of course) as the 8th wonder of the ancient world.

Probably the most expensive building, and by extension the real estate it rests on, is the Emperor's Palace. The building itself is hundreds of years old and the value of the marble that makes up the outside of the palace would outstrip most skyscrapers and could probably pay for an entire division's worth of equipment (considering how expensive my tanks and APCs are, that's saying something.)

The monument that sits in a pool is to the original seven High Justices who brought order to the Imperium after the ravages of the Unification War. The monument, known as the Blue Justices, gets its name from the rough-hewn cobalt dome that protects statue of the First Justice.

The Memorial of the Hero of the Soviets

This Monument which covers 10 Square Miles was build in the middle of the Malatosian National Forest.Its used as a resting place for past communist leaders as well as people awarded the Hero of the Soviet Malatose award.It cost an estimated 350 Billion and is guarded around the clock my Honor Guards.

The Roshenberg base doesnt look like much on the surface... a abandoned old Soviet Missile and Air Force base the only thing that looks new on the surface are the silo doors... But underground it turns out too be a top secret research facility for all sorts of wierd projects, most of it is research into paranormal activity, some of it is research into UFO's, another bit delves into odd conventional weapons, one particular project is work too increase the power of nuclear warheads, the remaining research studies biological weapons.

The entire complex is worth 700 billion dollars... any excess money in the military budget is added to the Roshenbergs base budget. Nobody outside the top echelons of the goverment knows about it. The people who work in it live in it... they are not allowed too leave.

Celtayoshi House, otherwise known as the Celtayoshi Parliament, it is the most expensive property due to its extravagent decor and massive size, topped off with an eloquent garden like something from a royal palace. It value is priceless.
