An unidentified biological form has entered OS airspace. It is about the size of a wall and roughly shaped like a triangle, with the pointy part in the back and two large apendages. Specifics of it's form remain uncertain due to radar jamming.

OOC: It's called an impromptu diplomatic meeting with uncommon transportation methods due to situational circumstances.

A large, transluctant creature that seemed a hybrid between a gorilla and a lobster floated above the OS capitol city. It slowly began to descend, and a humanoid figure could be made out at the core of the creature, sitting patiently.

The leviathan's torso opens up with several hundred lanky mandibles, and the humanoid figure steps out. It is clearly not human, possibly not even an animal: it seems to be a roughly sculpted figure of mossy clay. It begins to walk toward the capitol building with the leviathan hovering overhead.
"Where is a diplomat to which I may speak?"

Sutlan Selim came out of car and said " I am the leader of Ottoman Sultan,what the hell are you and do you taste good with Butter?"

The humanoid perks its 'head' a moment before making a sound akin to laughter.
"Very funny. You believe the warden to be a relative of the lobster and thus edible. I assure you that if you were to try to eat a warden, it would taste like uranium mized with mercury and have similiar effects on your bodily system.
"As for myself, I am an avatar of the acigoo. I believe you may or may not have heard of us previously?"

With our populations growing so fast no wonder you need all that land.
Finally we have a Nation that exsists or exsisted in the real world, where are
the nations of Europe, Latin America, Asia, Africa, Australia the Island Nation
Continent, Antartica there is one in game, I expected to find, there are a few of
them, on the other hand I must admit the Nations have been very creative
in their names, I myself created Santa- Nita but based on its no secret Cuba,
a democratic predominantly middle class nation as it should be, but that name
was claimed. We welcome relations with other nations, feel welcomed to
telegram us any time about any subject.

OOC: Acigoo is a biological substance. Kind of hard to get a hold of technology that way.

IC:A small caravan of 5 Fusche transports were approaching the capital city, granted access due to membership in the Ottoman Alliance.(No, I'm not going attack people) The caravan requested a council with Sutlan Selim, with news regarding THR. All the skaven were dressed in an imperial purple which meant a respectful sadness.

The Allied Staes Of Quintero would live to extend our hand to you for the future friendship between our nations. my nation does not agree with terrorism of any sorts, or those who harbor and groups that practice it. We feel that anyone that has been attacked or harassed by a terrorist nation should be protected. We are a peaceful nation excluding when my allies or I are wrongfully attacked.

My nation resides in North Italy, Next to the respectable Nation of ViZion.

OOC:Essentially what I mean, is a group of my allies, hate an alliance allied with the OA(so does the alliance I won't name), so to prevent a breaking of alliances, I wish to withdraw my allied region. But, if you or any OA member needs help(excluding against my allies), then I will give full support.
