OK, as close as I came to actually having Raysia resurrected after it was deleted 4 months ago, the only way I could even think about restoring Raysia was to start a new nation... and, well, it has reached the decent size of 753 million, and I think it's about time to upgrade it from Avatar status up to a replacement! Although i pretty much ignored the issues up til now, I will now make this my new Raysia.

However, I will probably mostly RP as its seperated colony "Lumin."

Ah, just had to set the options.

Anyway, the first one was deated for general forum issues, apparently becasuse they thought a forum ban wouldn't be good enough lol Steph (the mod who deated me) tried to get me back, but rep wouldn't have it... no worries tho.
