IC: The USSCR officially announces that, after careful research, planning, an extensive study, followed by a unanimous vote that, Communist Mississippi is a n00b.
Premier Lobonsky had this to say, when prank calling "Czar" Fabus, "NOOOB!!!!!1111"
The Foreign Minister of Communist Rule has announced that, "..and after careful deliberation we've decided that Parthia is indeed a pet of Communist Mississippi, and Communist Louisiana is a little brother-n00b who tries to become as much of a political influence as Communist Mississippi, but can never see over CM's inflated head."
An average citizen asked on the street said, "CM is a n00b. What else to say."
He then ran off screaming, "I r teh HAX0r!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
