What benifit would the countries that contribute recieve?

We need to see some term gain here

We of Ybronneb can help by contributing 10 Billion USD. That is approximatly 70% of our foreign relations budget. In return we would like a small portion of the station set aside for Ybronneb to use as we please. We thank you for considering this offer.

Yes, and Depending on how much you contribute as a percentage, is the same percent of authority you have on the station.

Alright then we will fund the Remaining 90 billion. On the following conditions that we maintain our 90% share in the station. However, once you pay us in full then we hand over our share in the station.

We Thankyou for you very kind donation. The Victory Star Destroyer is underway and you recieve 90% Percent of the Station. Furthermore, once the VSD is complete, the station shall be handed over to you and Ybronneb to share between you using your shares.

Lord Edwin Do'Calamar himself gave a speech to the 50 YIA(Ybronneb Intelligence Agency) people before they boarded the shuttle.

"You 50 are the pioneers of a whole new way to gather intelligence on our enemies and allies. You are the begginning of what is soon to blossom into a new organization: SPECTRE UNIT. You are the best of our operatives in the YIA. Do not let your country down. YOu will be briefed on the flight. Good luck, and good bye." Lord Edwin Do'Calamar spun around and walked away from the shuttle. He was flanked by nearly 20 soldiers, and soon boarded a jet back to the capitol.

The 50 YIA operatives got on the shuttle. After 30 minutes, it took off in the direction of the station. On the flight they were briefed about what they were to do once on the station. They would optimize crew quarters and ops rooms. They would also set up several training rooms. Then they were to await orders. They were also briefed on SPECTRE's purpose. SPECTRE would be an elite organization of perhaps 200 of the best operatives Ybronneb has ever seen. Members of Wraith, Poseidon, and Shadow units would be pulled to be part of SPECTRE. SPECTRE would be Ybronneb's new unit of choice, for the hardest of special operations.

Also on the shuttle was an archetect, who specialized in space station design. He was to see if more space would be needed, and if so, to design a way to add the needed room to the station.
