Andrey Nikoly'ich, President of Stalins Soviet Russia, has announced the start of a nuclear weapons program. Over the next 10 years, 150 missles will be built and stored in 3 bases across the country.

We would be more then happy to sell operating systems and what not to your nation provided that these weapons only be used in defense.
