20 million male citizens aged 17-28 in Tennessee, Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, and Mississippi (Most in Mississippi) have been ordered to report to the local Army training centers for their induction into the Regular Army Infantry. The draft numbers were called up from a random lottery. No defermentwill be issued except for those who have over 12 children or over 50 million dollars of personal wealth, and wish to be exempted. You can also hire a replacement to fight for you at the cost of $500,000.




The soldiers are being asked to provide their own body armor, NBC gear, Night Vision goggles, and several other items (this is not a problem for most in CM territory, they've gotten them stockpiled over the years) Each soldier will be issued with either an XM-8 20 inch barrel version, or an OICW.

Ooc: This is when we let women enter the factories and labor force. Also 20 million out of 300+ million male workers, is nothing we cannot absorb, at least for now.

Ah well. DPUO was getting very annoying. However axis nova was even more annoying. We are continueing to supergun their defences, and systems attacking the satalites, along with their few satalites.

We are moving forces under the newly created CM - NATO Traty Act to defend CM from attack. This will involve carpet bombing of troop formations with conventional and flourine bombs, using bombers and superguns, and the legalisation of the use of < 50 KT nuclear weapons.

Jonothana, my policy on WMD use is that if they're used on my I nuke the user. Not a good move.

I said the use of them has been authorised. There are strict guildlines on their use and, basically, they can only be used if a) The aggressor uses WMDs or b) The aggressor is likley to use them, or has done similar things, sich as commiting ver serious war crimes/crimes against humanity/genocide. But we will still use the fluorine, as the Convetional War Act which is enforced at war states the use of fluorine is completely legal. The flourine has been "watered down" by making the bomb 25% tear gas.
