The Civilians were under control. Suddenly the door slammed open:

Generalissimo Raddock slammed his fist on the table as a man in Military dress walked in, "What is the meaning of this!" The man pulled out a submachine Gun and loaded it. The General gasped, "Resign now! I am the leader of the Verdasian Liberation army and am here to return it to Civilian rule!" yelled the Man, "Very well, please I need somewhere to go." Begged the General "Thats your job, but for your service to the country I will 5,Billion dollars."

Raddock would most certainly be able to take refuge in the Republic of Agrigento. Our standard of living should be sufficiently high for the Generalissimo, especially with that extremely generous severance pay.

Generalissimo Raddock may also seek asylum in Falastur. He may take with him as many people as he chooses, and he will pay for living expenses as well as offer him a retirement salary. Our high living standards and plentiful amenities should ensure he and anyone he brings will live in comfort and security for the rest of their lives.

The Generalissimo can come to Marimaia if he wants; we can put him up on Fuishiban Resort Island. Fuishiban is Premier Suun's regular vacation destination, so it's heavily guarded and very exclusive. Also, the native Fuishibanese will cater to Raddock's every whim...or if he has a family, it's a pleasant tropical getaway.
