Any war against CM would affect me greatly being located right next to his nation. I have seen nations threaten with nuclear weapons and this would affect not just my nation but all nations of the world. That is why I have tooken it upon myself to try to get a agreement signed.

I was thinking of some basics and what not and so far I have very few. I would like all nations envolved in this conflict to voice opionions.

2. DontPissUsOff backs down off his blockade

I think it is royally rediculous that CM cannot build arms factories in his colonies. It needs to be altered ASAP.

I think he should be allowed to build them. Or I can allow him to do what Vandrov has done. Open shops in CL.
