Who launched the missiles is currently unknown. Some are speculating it has to do with President Westrick's decision to deport the Christians to the neighboring countries in the region. Back to you, Matt."

President R. D. Westrick, Kamered City, 5000 miles away:
"I do not know who has done this, but I assure you, they will be brought to justice! We will not sleep until the perpetrators have been cought and execut- I mean, given trial! Yes..."

Unauthorised missle launch from unknown source, reports tell us the missles were targeted at a city of population 8million "port angeles".
Casualties unknown. Missles used unknown.
In the process of finding more information, we will obtain more thorough information within the coming hours.


"Some help that is .." muttered the captain.

Defense Secretary Major General Charles Smith has come out of defense HQ, in Kamered City, and addressed the public.

"Port Angeles... was a closed city. Only 29 of the population were spared, because they were in one of the Kameredian Military Prisons, which are located on the freezing northern coast. The missiles used are believed to be Orion class missiles, although we are not entirely sure. Contrary to UN law... There were labor camps in the city, run by the Federal Intelligence Agency. the FIA used criminals and immigrants to run the Chemical and Biological weapons program. When an accident occured, the FIA wouldn't bother to give the workers suits to clean up with, seeing them as "human resources". The military had no knowledge of the prison camps, although that is now seen as a possible motive. To blast open our WMD. As of now, a toxic cloud is spreading through the world from our research facility. That's all I can say, for now."

Deep in the bowels of the head quaters of MI6 a group of analysts gathers round a table to hammer out details.

"Ok so what do we know?"

"Not a lot just that it wa s amasssed missile barrage, one of our piggyback satints (recon satilite hidden on board a more "freindly" Crookfur sat, officially these don't exist and are very very secret) caught the tail end of the missile trail, we can give a general direction for the launch and a minimum rnage but nothing much beyond that."

"Any chance it's one of ours?"(crookfur intel services can be rahter paranoid)

"Unlikely: all platfroms and operational groups capable of any such massed strike appears to be acounted for, also the fact that the nation still has some kind of coms network intact suggests that whoever carried out this attack was not operating on our SOPs."

"very well gentlemen please continue to monitor the situation, i would like as much detail as possible before i have to breif the foreign office at 9."

An aide runs over to Gen. Alexnder Popov.
"Sir, the missles have landed. We've crushed Port Angles and their WMD program. Phase one is complete."
"Hmm.... That seemed too easy. Are you sure they don't know it was us?"
"Yes sir. The missles were launched from a sub. They've got no clue."
"Well, let's keep it that way."

OOC: Hey, someone has to be the bad guy. I'll need some sort of map or something to plan the rest of my attacks. If you've got something planned out for this RP, just tell me and I'll go along.

We are deploying over 6 Warships to patrol our coast and massive amounts of jets to atrol the skies. We coudl use some more warships, but besides that, set up camp outside Renton."
