As of 3:42am (EST) a large bomb has gone off in the city of Talabeim. As of now countless civilians are dead, and 2 goverment officials. The Lhami Terrorist group claims responsiblity and is currently in control of 2 cities on the West region of the Island about 400miles away from the capital.

4:30am (EST) Lhami Terrorist group takes Prime Minister Luthorian Hussbert (aka Luthor Huss) hostage from his own home, all of the gaurd were found flayed and hanging from the main hall.

4:45am (EST) Cathaynon is issued in a state of emergency and all routes from city to city have been blocked. Emperor Margoth asks any Nation for help, and vows vengeance for the death of many lives.

5:36am (EST) Heavy Fighting breaks out in the small city of Grendan. Cathaynon military force takes 2 casualties as fighting halted. Lhami group orders for all Cathaynon forces in the area to be retreat within 96hours or else the Minister and his daughter will be slain.

All ships entering or leaving would be searched with suspected terrorists executed after a long torture session.

Our response would be a total war situation, as Vastiva has no compunctions against wiping out terrorists at all costs. Vermin do not have a right to life, and we will pledge a full blockade and extermination of this vermin with a total of fifteen divisions of troops to be carried out over a six month period.

Anyone harboring a terrorist will be killed. Anyone helping a terrorist will be killed. Anyone with knowledge of terrorist activity in their area who does not report it to authorities risks being carpetbombed along with the terrorists. A bounty of 1 million USD would be placed on all members of the Lhami terrorist group, with 10 million USD on the head of their leaders - just the head, the rest does not have to be delivered.

Maybe you should let Emperor Margoth decide wat course of action to take, you and your tactics will claim more casulties then the terrorists will if you employ them.

To the nation of Cathaynon, we are willing to deploy five whole divisions to begin inmediat counterattacks on the terrorists, we are capable of taking cities intact with minimal losses to live on both sides and minimal structural damage. But before we can deploy anything at all, we will need your permission to enter your country.
