Lord Sierus of the Dominion of Spencertopia sat back in Deathhooks calmly, the smell of death residing all around him. Yet he was unaffected, becoming immune to the immortal stench which wafted slowly, circulating through the evil chambers.

Dictating to a servant, he decided to start his plan into action;

Attention Premier Curtis Fabus of Communist Mississipi,

Please consider this transmission to you, as an official invitation to meet with me privately in the chambers of Deathhooks as soon as possible, to discuss diplomatic relations between our nations. We have taken notice of your nation as lately, and we think it best that we discuss some matters together.

Preparations of arrival have already been made, and we will accept nothing less than you to represent your nation.

OOC: Basically, its just an invitation to Spencertopia to discuss matters (unnamed), but relating to Spencertopian/CM relations.

Lord Sierus was enraged by Premier Curtis Fabus's response. How dare they deny the Dominion diplomatic relations. Sure, he may have been busy, but for him to outright deny diplomatic relations...

Quickly, he drafted a message of response;

"Perhaps you would like to reconsider sir. We can understand that you have matters of importance to attend to, but this coronation ceremony really has no impact on your nation, compared to that of which we will be offering you. Imagine a day, when Communist Mississipi becomes one of the most powerful nations of the globe, able to do whatever it wants without hinderance from others.

This is what is possible sir, perhaps you would like to make arrangements to meet with me after your ceremony. I do not make a habit of leaving the Dominion myself, I have diplomats come to me...."

IC: "How dare you insinuate I am a diplomat. I am the leader of an entire commonwealth. I have far more important things to do than meet with nations I hardly know of. Either you come here, or there shall be no meeting." Premier Curtis Fabus.


Ooc: Do you think I'm stupid enough to send him there so you can kill him? I have no previous dealings with your nation, I've never heard of you before. Get real!

"We do not see any reason for you to be fearful sir, nor do we see any reason for you to be offended. In fact, we think that it would be beneficial for the both of us to discuss the terms of what I have to offer you together. I will not leave the Dominion, however we do wish to establish diplomatic relation with your nation. I do not talk to ambassadors, as whilst they are representing a nation, they do not really hold value at all.

Anyhow, I restate our invitation to come to the Dominion. Perhaps you do not approve of Deathhooks, in which case we can choose somewhere very public, to ensure you are not fearful. Somewhere public would probably be beneficial anyway, as it would give the world a view on the powerful relationship building between our two nations..."

OOC: Dont be so arrogent. You might wanna compare the size of our nations ;) Sierus is simply an arrogent guy, which is why he refuses to leave the Dominion. Though he means no intention to be rude, its just the way he is.

In the meantime, in Deathhooks, Lord Sierus summoned Kayla Orlandis;

"It seems as if this Premier Curtis Fabus of Communist Mississipi the fool, is being difficult. You are to represent the Dominion if I should send you. You are to represent the Dominion as I would have, if he had come here... Understood?"

Kayla nodded, and walked out confidently.

In the meantime, in Deathhooks, Lord Sierus summoned Kayla Orlandis;

Ooc: Don't forget, the regulations for entering our nation.


Ic: Only whites may enter into Mississippi, and all planes must first stop in Tennessee where the plane and passengers are all searched again (They are searched before getting on the plane) All boats must first stop at the manmade "Fabus Island" south of Mississippi and be searched.

Sierus smiled when he heard the news. Perhaps these damn fools were quiet afraid of anything. Funny it was, that they should run and hide. Quiet right too. Nevertheless, it would not harm the overall plan, and the wheels continued turning, the clock kept ticking...
