Over the last few hours, there has been a very unpleasant and tense stand-off in the Mediterranean involving Communist Mississippi's attempt to build arms factories in his colonies.

I contested that such construction was unnecessary given his massive standing army and its' extensive supplies. I further maintained that given his histoy, it was highly probable that he would use such plants to increase the size of his military in those areas, and to utilise such an increased military for conquest.

Understand this. This was not anything to do with NATO. I was instructed by AMF, leader of NATO, to let the matter lie, and refused to do so.

THIS WAS A TOTALLY INDEPENDENT ACTION, AND NATO WAS IN NO WAY INVOLVED. PLEASE DO NOT JUDGE NATO BASED UPON THIS.

As ever in these circumstances in this part of the world, Falastur stands by DPUO in their efforts to ensure CM lives up to the standards demanded by NATO. We will not come to blows over this, but we stand fully behind DPUO's decision to not simply let this drop.

We fully support and applaud DPUO's stance in this matter.

The Democratic States Of Eukaryote sees the current situation as mirroring that of the Cuban Missile Crisis. We realise that nations have every right to defend themselves by building up a military and defense network.

We also realise the situation is getting out of hand, and may have been precipitated by prejudice via pro-capitalist and pro-communist groups. Eukaryote would like to mention that neither form of government is perfect too. Perhaps toleration is the best way to settle the dispute. With the tension between both forms of government, it is no wonder both forms of government build up military and are arguing continously.

The Democratic States Of Eukaryote does not support either side in this situation. We call for a compromise between the governments.
