The Adeptus Ministorum Missionaries have begun an outpost in the adelphus Asteroid Cluster,and as a result, the Emperor of Mankind has personally agreed to allow nations into the Imperium with no combat involved.This will be a group of Nations who will remain autonomous, and will owe their allegiance to each other, and the Emperor of Holy Terra.
We will protect each other, give each other aid in times of strife, will support nations within the pact who have suffered natural disasters.

OOC: I'm new to Future Tech, this is a puppet nation of mine, and I just started out, but I have an interesting idea.

On the borders of Imperium space, a derelict ship, empty and of unknown origin, hurtles closer towards an unknown destination, floating in the emptiness. It would easily be detected by any nearby Imperium ship, but because of its unknown origin, it may be dangerous, and warrants investigation.
