Leader of the fledgling nation the Armed Republic of Hexica:
To whom it may concern:
My small nation is looking for figures who stand tall in the political world. Leaders and heads of powerful nations, rulers of large countries, individuals with connections. It is always good to have friends in high places and this is why I am blatantly advertising for them.
But surely I wouldnt ask this in return for nothing? No. Hexica is currently building a force which will be able to strike and to kill. Not immediately and not millions upon billions of targets at once. A force that will be able to monitor and track individuals and assasinate them.
Not currently available for deployment but when the time is right I will be offering my team to carry out high profile contract killings.
