Ladies and gentlemen, today at 11.00 hours, the Dumpsterdanian council received a message from the communist nation of Vanderov claiming that they are preparing a first strike on Dumpsterdam sovereign soil with the use of Weapons of Mass Destruction. Our spysatelites are being brought into position over Vanderov as we speak to search for these weapons, because DSS lists Vanderov as a highly unstable country with nuclear capability I am forced to activate homeland defence and put our forces on TATLAS 2 defence status. I am aware that this is the second time in a short period that our homeland is being brought up to defensive strength but remember people: We cannot afford to let our guard down, not now, not ever.
Therefore I am ordering DMC to redirect our main retaliatory capability to the nation of Vanderov, we do not maintain a first strike policy but we will also not hesitate to defend our nation in case of a attack. As your Emperor, I bound myself to the defence of the homeland, never shall I leave this soil in time of peril. I urge the international comunity to not jump to conclusions before they have read each piece of evidence presented to them.
He walks away as his aide steps up the podium and started answering questions from the press.
Meanwhile all across the Dumpsterdam silo's are redirected, nuclear submarines are given new headings as anti-ICBM installations go online all over the country.

As for dumpsterdam, It has come to my thoughts that you are scared to let communists have WMD's. You need to just let me run my business b/c you havent even put a dent in it! You have only merely scratched the business!
