Tokarev Invades Korea (semiclosed)

OOC: READ THIS FIRST! If you want to join this RP, ask first! Either t-gram me or post on this thread asking, preferably t-gram. Remember, my nation is Tokarev, Turkmeny is a puppet and I won't read t-grams you send to it. That is all.

Also OOC, this is the first RP I have started on my own (my nation has been isolationist since December), so I apologize ahead of time if it isn't that good.

The sun rose slowly above the horizon. The outline of the mountainous islands of Tokarev took shape as the sky and sea lightened around them. As the sun appeared over the mountains, more forms began to take shape. Large concrete walls, bunkers, the silhouettes of guns .... the great defenses of Tokarev.

Trillions of dollars had been spent constructing a virtually impenetrable wall covering much of the coastline of Tokarev. So much money and effort had been spent that the country's economy was barely able to support and came on the verge of collapse, putting the nation over a hundred trillion dollars in debt.

The island of Tsushima, in the Eastern Passage seperating the Korean Peninsula from Tokarev, had been turned from a rock covered in small villages to a large, unmoving battleship. It was bristling with guns taken from decommissioned naval vessles, from anti-aircraft guns to missile launchers and radar.

The sun rose higher, illuminating something else in the pristine waters of the Eastern Passage. The light reflected off of steel. Tons of steel. Thousands, no, millions of tons of steel. As the sun rose higher, more and more steel appeared out of the darkness. A huge armada rested around Tushima, all the bows pointed towards Korea.

The sun was blotted out by planes, thousands of planes, launched from the mighty aircraft carriers or the inland airfields of Tokarev. People waking up in Pusan looked out, expecting to see the calm waters filled with fishing vessles, hoping for a lucky glance of a patrol boat or destroyer going through. They were greeted by a massive armada already underway, heading towards the coast.

At precisely seven o'clock in the morning, the firing commenced. The planes swarmed over Korea like gnats, in the next few hours bombing everything they could find, from Pusan to Pyongyang. The air force was caught on the ground and destroyed almost immediately by overwhelming numbers of Tokarev planes. Any coastal defenses or army posts within site were levelled, followed by southward-bound railway lines and energy distribution centers. Communications were cut off between Korea and the outside world as a massive blackout took hold of most of the country.

The mighty guns of the fleet joined with Tsushima to unleash a massive barrage against the Southern coast, from Pusan to Mokp'o. Soon, the clouds were yellow, reflecting the flames burning for thousands of miles across Korea. Black smoke filled the air so that people in Taipei looked north and saw a black smear on the horizon. The Korean navy scrambled, but were overwhelmed by the hundreds of Tokarev ships swarming northward, up the East Sea and Yellow Sea coasts.

Then a new site greeted the survivors. Hundreds of other ships appeared from behind the great rugged coast of Tokarev. But these were no combat ships. They were large, flat, and swarming with troops. The invasion fleet. Covered by yet more naval forces, they chugged up the burning cities on the Korean coast and disgorged thousands upon thousands of troops, followed by hundreds upon hundreds of tanks, artillery pieces, antiaircraft guns, and all the other equipment associated with an all-out invasion.

By the end of the day, over 700,000 troops had touched Korean soil. The Koreans who had avoided death and encarceration looked out over the once calm waters of the Eastern Passage. It was now choked with hundreds of ships. Escorts, aircraft carriers, destroyers, minesweepers, minelayers, transports, and other logistics ships. This invasion had been planned for months.

Miles away, in the Imperial Palace, Emperor Shokahito was walking through his well-groomed garden holding the hands of his two six-year-old daughters when a gruff looking man in the uniform of a Field Marshall strolled up to him. They locked eyes for a few minutes, and didn't say anything. The Emperor shooed off his children, telling them to go play.

He turned to his Minister of Defense, Field Marshall Prince Morimasa Nashimoto, also his youngest living son, and said "So it has begun?" Nashimoto nodded, his face expressionless. The Emperor turned to the rising sun and bowed, and talked in his traditional cryptic manner,

"Over the west country whose seas now run red
Spring wind blows across

Rampant for three hundred years"

The 7th Army Group has occupied Pusan and the surrounding areas, and is setting up defenses and reparing damage in preparation for a counter-attack. They area also overseeing the movement of supplies off of transports, into the city, and up the road to the 2nd and 3rd Army Groups, which have begun advancing up the coast towards Kangnung.

So far very little resistance has been offered to the East Sea Coast Expeditionary Army, scattered and unorganized guerillas have been crushed, and the army is moving up the coast ahead of schedule, and is expected to arrive in Kagnung in a few days (RL this evening or tomorrow morning).

The Peninsular Expeditionary Army has met more resistance, the only remaining Korean armies have organized and are fighting, although hopelessly outnumbered. The Mokp'o and Seoul Militia Forces are defending Mokp'o and the flow of supplies, while the rest of the army, some 470,000 men and 7,000 tanks, are advancing steadily up the road towards Seoul, fighting the Korean army of less then 30,000 men. There progress is slow, but steady, and they are expected to arrive in Seoul in a few weeks (RL tomorrow evening).

The East Sea Taskforce wiped out the last of the Korean Navy in a battle off Wonsan with only a few destroyers lost, and some easily reparable battle damage. Tokarev Marines have been deployed and have siezed all Korean port cities on the East Sea, with no resistance.

The Kido Butai and Korea Bay Taskforce have had similar successes in occupying Korean ports, and destroying what was left of the Coast Guard. However, ports like Inch'on, Changyon, and Namp'o are under constant attack by Korean militia, trying to force the Marines out.

Hundreds of miles away, in Tokyo Bay, a fresh force is assembling. Hundreds of troop transports, no longer needed in Korea, have been sent back. Now a fresh army is beginning to load onto the transports to be sent off to the front lines. The army is still being organized, as are the logistics of moving such a large body of men, but it is suspected that three new Army Groups will be sent, a total of around 300,000 men, and will be sent in a few months (next RL week).

The New Kyoto Task force set off from Tottori bay earlier today, laden with troops and armoured vehicles destined for the Korean city of Donhae protected by ships of the Tokarevan Navy.

An escort of destroyers and cruisers bound for the Eastern Passage escorts the New Kyoto Taskforce to Korea.

Meanwhile, the Tokarev troops have marched almost unmolested to approximately the halfway point of the penninsula. There, the Koreans have organized their army and have set up defenses. Preliminary reports suggest over 5 million Koreans have been organized, albeit with little air or armor support and poorly armed and supplied.

OOC: I was wondering when one of the Chinese nations would notice. :) Granzi still maintains a small naval base at Qingdao, China, left over from the various Daylami campaigns. Nothing major is stationed there, mostly a cruiser or two with escorts.

Official Communiqué

We officially comdemn the acts by Tokarev in its forcable annexation of Korea. Though we are allies through the OMP, the Commonweallth does not agree with this foreign policy. Granzian assets in the general theater will be on hightened alert, but will not execute any aggressive manuveurs. We will be keeping this situation under surveillance until further notice.

Minister Nanahara Yamada looks toward the emperor. The emperor nods his head. Yamada clears his throat and begins his speech.

"As you may all remember from the Soviet Expanse Wars, possessing bases in strategic areas can turn the tide of the war. While Crimsdale had a superior navy, we had a nearby base where we launched the glorious assault which effectively destroyed their entire naval presence. However, more bases are required in this region for our defense. Placing all our bases in Former Soviet Mafia would not be wise; If FSM was attacked, we would be dragged into the conflict. That is why we need more military bases in this area.
We will be launching ships from Vladivostok in Former Soviet Mafia. The map shows the plan of attack. From Vladivostok, we will launch cruise missile strikes on railways and power stations in Kimch'aek. From there, we will sail south. Airstrikes will be launched, and once defenses are softened, we can land our troops in Kangnung. The forces there will move inwards until they meet Tokarev's forces. After, they will begin the march northward.
Reinforcements will arrive after they resupply from their operations in Africa. We also plan on bring more forces from Japanese Antarctica, however it is unclear if China will interfere with those plans."

You spread your surrounding troops too thin. If you don't bring in more troops then the Koreans are going to take out one of your flanks and wreak havoc on your back.

General Mori's Corps from New Kyoto City are deployed in support of the Marines near Changyon, bringing the total number of troops there up to 60,600 men, 1,584 IFV's, and 792 MBT's.

Mori's Corps are followed up by 50,000 men from Japanese Antarctica, bringing troop strength on that flank to 110,600 men and 2,876 tanks of various types.

Inkanan reinforcements are sent to Wonsan, bringing troop strength in that area up to 63,000 men.

The munitions from the B-2's hit the Najin navil base with great precision, destroying all but 2 of the base's 13 cranes. The 16 GBU-36 bombs destroyed most of what was left of the several storage buildings in the base. Rail lines to the south were targeted, however the lines heading the Russia and China were spared, in order to avoid provoking the Chinese and to preserve the alliance with Former Soviet Mafia. The fighters at the Oran base wisely chose not to pursue and the B-2's and MiG-35's returned to base without taking any damage.

The ships at FSM have already left port and will begin a cruise missile strike once they arrive at their destination.

Bombing of Korean Lines and P’yongyang started today. 24 V-54 Jump Condors from the Krehid-Ali and 24 from the Stiov, raced off towards the capital, hoping to find no resistance, there they found SA-6 Mobile Sams blanketing the country side and even in trenches inside the city, luckily ECM Twin Tails had gone there first and were able to take out the radar of most of them. But not all. The Bombing commensed under light AAA fire, and with a few SAMs getting fired, they got out of there with only 1 plane down.

Meanwhile, 100 Mirage 2000s proceded to carpet bomb the hills of central Korea, where Intel. Reported there were masses of Korean troops, with just small-arms the Koreans were hoeplessly pinned down from the bombs, which fell like Niagra Falls, in a never ending flurry. Finally it stopped, but at a price. Casulties on the Korean side were rumoured to be in the quadruple digits, which is just what the brass likes to hear.

After deep consideration, The government in Beijing have gave permission to the Emperor to Declare war against Tokarev of invading a fellow ally of China. The fleets will break the Japanese Blockade and will swiftly invade Japan.

As soon as the Ikanan barrage was lifted, the Tokarev barrage began. Thousands of artillery pieces went off simultaneously, from 155mm howitzers to MRLS, the hills sheltering the Korean armies became ablaze.

The barrage continued unabated for several hours, added to constant air raids from high altitude and strategic bombers dropping their loads, everything from conventional bombs to napalm.

The Korea Bay Taskforce added its weight to the bombardment, huge naval batteries blowing entire hills into clods of dirt, naval planes dropping their loads into Korean defensive positions, and long-range missiles smashing into bunkers.

The barrage was lifted after nearly eight hours of continous firing It was now late in the afternoon. The area in front of the Tokarev armies looked completely barren, all vegeation had been burned to a crisp.

Over two million troops and close to 20,000 tanks surged forward over the remnants of the hills, opening fire on the dazed Korean survivors. They came in from three sides, while Marines from the coastal areas movied in to cut off the escape.

Meanwhile, the Musan Expeditionary Force had occupied the northeastern corner, and was now fighting the Koreans near the Kimch'aek-to-Hyesan railway.

IC: The Tokarev government, concerned with the increasing threat from the Xiaguo government of Northern China, has authorized the first deployment of the two Tokarev-class vessles in commission. The ITS Tokarev has been deployed along with the Eastern Sea Taskforce in the Sea of Japan, guarding that seaway.

The second, ITS Sengoku Daimyo has been deployed along with the Yellow Sea Taskforce, not far from the entrance to the Eastern Passage.

The coastal defenses have been put on alert and are being manned with the Home Guard and army units not yet deployed in Korea.

I have 2 statements. Both against North China.

1:after seeing your declaration of war, I did some research, as It turns out Neither Chinese nor US Troops will EVER cross the DMZ, in compliance of the Korean Armistice signed in 1953. I don not know if this applies to this situation, but I think that if you cross the boarder into S. Korea you would be violation the Geneva Peace Treaty.

2: If this does not hold truth to you, then I have taken several precautions. The newly bought carrier Khan-Ali and the Carrier Poli have been dispatched to Korea. Also, 1,000 More aircraft have been shipped to Korea. The Unit names will be posted soon. When I make alliances, I stick with them.

The Armed Republic oof Sino Navy has been ordered to step up the defenses along the Chinese coast, fearing that Tokarev take the war one step further and invade China (Xiaguo and Sino). The alert level of ORANGE has been issued.

Originally, the 3rd Battlegroup was an indispensible sight on the Taiwan Strait, now this force will be rediverted close to the Sinoese Blockade of the Po Sea.

Sino's leadership refuses to comment on the situation other than committing itself to the absolute defense of China.

IC: Meanwhile, on the mainland, the concentrated barrage followed by a massive three-flank assault shattered the Korean armies. Thousands were cut down trying to retreat, and thousands more were captured by the half a million Marines that had been deployed to cut off escape.

The main Korean army was devastated, with hundreds of thousands dead or captured, the rest fleeing into the hills to fight a guerilla war. 700,000 reinforcements shuttled in to Japan spread out across the countryside to begin the quelling of the guerillas.

The last conventional Korean army is the 300,000 man force near Musan.

The Tokarev army lost 60,000 in the bloody fighting, plus 2,000 tanks. There are now over 1.2 million Korean P.O.W.s. Officers are immediately executed, the rest are sent to the island of Cheju, which has become a large prison colony, now containing 2 million Koreans.

Considerable ground had been taken for little cost, and many Koreans had surrendered for the promise of a hot meal. The enemy was short on everything. Food, ammunition, clean water. Hope.

OOC: An armoured thrust along the coast has gained some ground, losing 8 tanks to enemy fire, with 59 unable to fight due to weather. The gap was quickly reinforced by infantry. Call it about 50 miles in and 20 miles wide.

Su-27's lead the assault, hitting the base's weak defenses. 8 Sinhung Class torpedo boats were encountered. But they were no match for the Ticonderoga cruisers, which fired harpoons at the torpedo boats. The victory came quickly and easily. The forces would now land at the base, secure it, then meet up with the Tokarev forces and aid in the push northward.

1: I know that some of the more super-like powers in this conflict have Nukes, so I ask that the banning of Nukes in this conflict be added to the terms of the Korean War.
2: Inkana recently bought 2000 Lepord 2 Main Battle tanks, so 1,500 Lepord 2s and 150 T-90s will be sent to Korea.

one hour later several cars drop their important charges at the same doors the admiral has taken so recently. A lively, heated debate springs up in the premier's offices over what the best stance should be regarding the Korean war.. Premier Alexei Zhydaniev sits back in his chair taking long drags from his pipe..

The Tokarev government, concerned about the entry of a new power into the war, makes a preemptive strike at Vladivostok.

The Eighth and Ninth Fleets, already stationed in the Sea of Japan, launch a massive air and naval raid against the Sarian port there. 635 carrier bombers and 506 carrier fighters attack, launching torpedoes and dropping bombs on enemy warships and fuel depots.

Twenty submarines sneak in close to the harbor and unleash torpedoes on the closest ships. Battleships and cruisers steam closer and unleash a barrage against the already devastated fleet.

All in all, over 400 bombs were dropped on the base, mostly on the airstrips, fuel depots, and barracks. Over 800 torpedoes were launched at the base, mostly at the ships themselves. Over 100 cruise missiles were also launched at the ships.

Twelve battleships and twenty cruisers unleashed a giant barrage of weapons ranging from 18 to 6-inch shells. To keep the remnants of the devastated fleet from escaping the harbor, during the battle some minelayers snuck to the harbors entrance and layed some magnetic mines.

80 Tokarev aircraft were shot down by anti-aircraft weapons and the few enemy aircraft able to get airborne. Two cruisers and one battleship were severely damaged and forced to retreat to Tokarev for repairs before rejoining the squadron in the Sea of Japan.

OOC: Barring the fact if you are resurrected, I highly doubt you have that many aircraft. I would suggest cutting those numbers in thirds or fourths. Everything else looks fine though.

Well you see, if youd look at a few of the threads with people looking for Maritime Aircraft You'd see why my airforce is so big. Also, I cut down on ground and naval spending so I can have more pilots and aircraft.

Seven Air Groups originally destined to reinforce Kyushu against possible Chinese attack have instead been relocated to Hokkaido. The Northern Composite Air Division already stationed there with two Air Groups joined the other seven to form the Hokkaido Koku Jieitai, or Hokkaido Air Self Defense Force.

"Hmm. If one shot is fired near the Chinese border, those animals will use it as an excuse to get in this war. We're going to have to prevent that. Send an airborne division to airdrop troops a few miles south of the border. We can't let the Koreans escape into China. "

"Yes sir, but I'm afraid we might have trouble with that. Russian Communists might join this war. Tokarev hit Sarian States base' in Vladivostok."

"That's not good. Our base is in the same city. Put them on DEFCON 3. Meanwhile, get the airborne division ready for the jump."

"Right away sir."

20 C-1's take off from Vladivostok. They watched as the destruction rained down from Tokarev's ships onto the Sarian base. Each carried 45 paratroopers that would attempt to stop the Koreans from escaping into China.

Vladivostok is in shambles.. Obviously the base cannot be used for a very long time.. The situation in the country however is much better then it would seem, despite japanese attempts at destroying the nations intrastructure, the railyards are too extensive and other routes can be found when railways are under repair.

The communist goverment of the Sarian Free-states has declared Saria to get into war-communism mode, directives are ordered directly from the Politburo, party sessions cancelled or will be conducted in secret, out of the house of parliament.

General Porovechio and Commisar Androv Nivikov are sent to the south to oversee the situation, major cities now bristtle with anti-aircraft guns and the SAF is conducting patrols.. The navy is gravely damaged.. the loss of most of its surface vessels have affected morale quite a bit, however, the submarines including the gigantic Soiyuv class BMS still patrol the area.. So, we don't need a shot from you, we are preparing a mass seige on Pyongyang. 7,000 paratroopers have been dropped off near the front lines and thousands of tanks begin to role in. Meanwhile, hundreds of planes of all types including the Type Su-30MKK has been called into the defense of Vladivostok. The entire operational theater is overseen by the 1st 19th 31st and 82nd Airwings which provides aggressive air-cover. Unfortunately, Saria's airforce has never been quite good at dog-fighting, which is why the ground forces have developped and keep such well designed anti-aircraft systems.

In transition: 1st Guards unit, 12th Guards unit and 15th Guards unit.. Guard units are a bit special and will be dealt with once deployed. 7th Armored out of Leningrad, 2nd and 3rd Infantry divisions, 2nd airborne, 6th airborne.

The Sarian Special-Warfare Department has already dropped several commando groups behind the front-lines which are doing everything to help the Sarian advance, rumor is that a special Naval Warfare Spetsnaz division has also been deployed.

Sarian forces begin with a rather aggressive shelling of the Japanese positions, airborne divisions are deployed to the back of the front line, as 2 Armored divisions concentrate on taking Khasan, the last Armored division attacks towards Musan, dragging behind it the motor rifle divisions, their aim is to sever the Japanese lines, trapping japanese forces behind the Khasan-Musan lines between Sarian forces and the Chinese border.

The Sarian Airforce, despite being a bit off-handed in dogfighting, does have considerable potential for carpet-bombing. All of the Sarian airforces available in the Theater converge on Ch'ongjin.. Dropping their payloads and returning to bases. Out of Nakhodka fly several Mi-27 Hind-D armored and heavily armed helicopters fly out to sea, trying to catch japanese submarines unaware, no considerable Sarian naval forces are in this theater at the moment.

Tech support for the air bases being set up on the Kuril Islands are being flown in from the Hudecian invasion fleet.

So far, the pre-existing facilities are capable of supporting around 100 fighters from the Hudecian Air Force. Promptly, 100 Hudecian Avro Arrow IIs are flown into island fortress.

A third fleet begins organizing itself near the Aleutiens in preparation to move to the front.

Presently, Hudecian fighters patrol the northern passages near Hokkaido. Any attempts by a navy to move around Japan around the north will be detected.

Here's a Description of a Typical Xiannese Soldier.

A Taiwanese made helmet with the imperial seal printed on it. (Hua)
A colt pistol, various Sinoese made primary arms, 2 grenades, an utility belt equipted with everything need. Blue goggles, and a gas mask located in the back pack because they don't want to look stupid with a mask on when its so frekin hot so they'll wear it if they need to.

Soldiers are required to learn to use a martial arts weapon and able to use it. The weapon must be less than 60 pounds. Most carry a sword, or a a refractible spear.

A light weight bulletproof vest is also required to be worn. Most are transported via armored cars and such.

OOC: More OOC issues. First, Pyongyang is over 100km from the front lines, that will not be the center of any battle for the present time.

Second, Khasan is a Russian city, so Sarian, your forces are bombing your own civilians. :P

Hudecia, any planes anywhere near Hokkaido will be engaged, as well as naval forces. Check the thread I posted at the bottom of page 3 of this thread.

And yes, the Xiaguo-Tokarev Conflict Limitation Pact does not apply to Saria or Hudecia, though if they would like to keep this conflict to the Korean Peninsula they can decide that now.

Xiaguo, at some point can you most numbers for your forces? All you have is a small fleet in the Korea Bay and a few thousand troops on the Amur River that I can find, and since this is getting to be quite large this can't be completely accurate. Maybe I missed something?

The Tokarev forces in the Korea Bay attack the Xiaguan fleet in the early morning.

All fighters are launched and swarm the Xiaguan fleet. More then eighteen-hundred Mitsubishi A6M Type 0 Fighters (modified F-14Ds) swarm the Xiaguan naval aircraft launched from the carriers, while more then twenty-two hundred carrier bombers swarm the ships, targeting capital ships first, escorts second, with bombs, missiles, and torpedoes.

Over one-hundred and thirty cruisers and more then seven hundred destroyers surround the besieged Xiaguan fleet and harry them with lighter guns, torpedoes, missiles, and the occasional mortar.

Torpedo boats, gunboats, some of the submarines, and a few destroyers hunt the edges of the massive naval action and immediately swarm and engage any Xiaguan ships trying to slip out. Fourty submarine chasers work in conjunction with anti-submarine destroyers and submarines to take down Xiaguan subs.

Finally, the two great Tokarev-class ships enter the engagement. Two kilometer long, armored monstrosities displaceing 27 million tons apiece, twenty 14" and twelve 5" guns engage lighter ships, while the gigantic 30" guns fire at the enemy capital ships, firing shells weighing over 5,300 pounds at over 2500 feet per second, creating gigantic explosions.

Almost one thousand surface ships and submarines and more then three thousand aircraft swarm the Xiaguan fleet, consisting of only about two hundred surface ships and twelve hundred aircraft.

The Tokarev fleet has been given strict orders not to let any Xiaguans escape, and to chase them and sink them, unless they slip past Port Arthur, which the Tokarev fleet is forbidden to pass in this campaign.

Meanwhile, three submarine divisions have been activated, comprising one hundred and thirty submarines, and the ships have been dispersed. One hundred of them have gone to the North Pacific, where they will hunt and destroy and Hudecian or Sarian ships, military or civilian. The main objective they have been given is to sink Hudecian transport and logistics ships for their naval and military forces.

The other thirty have dispersed through the South China Sea and surrounding areas, with orders to destroy any enemy military targets in that area.

Meanwhile, most of the Tokarev Air Defense Force has been relocated to temporary bases in Hokkaido, where they now launch daily sorties against Sarian territory, especially in the Vladivostok area.

The Tokarev task force at Hokkaido occasionally bombards a section of Kurile coastline, but for the most part at sitting back and waiting.

The task force in the Sea of Japan has come up close to the Korean coast and is launching a mass strike against Sarian armies entering Korea. Aircraft strafe and bomb columns of troops and tanks, while large naval guns tear craters in lines. After a few hours of bombardment, the task force makes way for Hokkaido, where they will join up with the task force already in place.

The minelayers of the fleet have begun laying a minefield between Hokkaido and the Kuriles and Sakhalin. Another group of minelayers is working in conjunction with the coastguard, planting minefields in the waters off the coasts not protected by fortifications. In case the Hudecians destroy the fleet, they will have to navigate these, which will give enough time to scramble an army to meet the invasion.

The Tokarev ground forces in Korea begin digging in. Their initial goal of reaching the Amur River foiled, they use the Chadang-do mountain range as natural defenses, setting up artillery emplacements, machine gun nests, barbed wire, and minefields on the slopes facing down towards the Chinese armies. On the Sarian side of the theatre, the troops dig on the Amur River, preparing to shoot anything that tries to come across.

Millions of tons of concrete, steel, and other construction equipment had been stockpiled on Tsushima. Now, Army and Navy surveyors have begun a massive construction project between Pusan and Mok'po. Already the foundations are being laid as eleven million tons of concrete and one million tons of steel, roughly one third of the massive Tsushima stockpile, has been ferried over to Korea.

With the concrete, steel, and equipment comes hundreds of crates filled with electronics equipment, enough to build one hundred massive, long-range radar stations. Nearly one hundred and fifty medium and high-calibre naval weapons, off of decommisioned warships, plus thousands of anti-aircraft guns, mortars, machine guns, howitzers, and other equipment have been stockpiled in Pusan to be placed in the casemates when they are completed.

Tunnelling equipment has begun clearing out tunnels and railroad track has been laid down for the underground system. Three hundred million mines, fifteen-thousand reinforced concrete pillboxes, and various beach defenses have already been set up. This massive construction project is a continuation of the great defenses of Tokarev, and it is believed the other two thirds of the Tsushima stockpile will be used in later years to construct yet more defenses along other stretches of Korean coastline.

Over a hundred Tokarev bombers sortie out and bomb Xiaguan troops and defensive positions from Yongbyon to Kusong. A massive artillery bomardment joined with the bombing to create a field of craters between the Tokarev lines and Yongbyon.

The heavy bombing subsided, and over 300,000 Tokarev troops and almost 3,000 tanks surged forward firing at anything that moved. They would move against Kusong, while the Nirevans moved against Yongbyon. As the forces moved forward, a 150,000 reserve troops followed them as support.

Hours later, as Nirevan troops mopped up resistance in Yongbyon, the entire Tokarev flank, nearly 800,000 men and 7,500 tanks, surged forward, moving the frontlines to Kusong.

The fighting was brief but fierce, resulting in 100 disabled tanks, which had to be towed back to Pyongyang to be repaired, and over 1,200 Tokarev soldiers killed or wounded.

OOC:I've posted the naval ships and 'carrier planes' I'll post the ground forces. I believe you forces and controlled cities are behind the line.

Overall troops, 800,000 and crossing.
Thousands are scattered in controlled groups along the front line, while permanent bases near Sinuiju, Kusong, and Manpo helps continue the flow of advancing supplies and men.

OOC:There is an earlier post with all my naval ships and such. With numbers. And they are all located in the Korean Bay so I dont understand how you would put it as a small number of ships, but I hope you re-read it. It is stationed there for the next attack and have not begun moving yet.

The Xiannese troops also began a major offensive, at least 80,000 troops are advancing in. Other divisions have been advancing strong with their Korean comrades. About 400 missiles, preferably the Siwom have been shot right at enemy fortifycations in the front. About 300 fighters and bombers have set out from Fushun to The eastern coast. The object is to weaken the frotn defenses, cut the supplies, and to charge in. Concrete Bunkers and walls have begun repair.

Logistics and supply ships were hit by Tokarev submarines in the early morning. Reports indicated 3 oilers and 1 transport were lost. Hudecian frigate and destroyer escorts countered the submarines, driving them off suffering light damage; 1 Ulsan class frigate was damaged and requires drydocking.

P-3 Orions begin overflying the straits between the Kuril Islands, dropping sonar bouys. As well, frigates begin actively searching for the Tokarev subs in the area surrounding the fleet. To counter their actions to the rear, additional submarines are arriving secretly.

The Hudecian fleet continues to gain strength as the third deployed fleet moves in about 300 km south of the Kuril Islands and the first two fleets. It continues is southernly course. Possible targets for this landing fleet include:

Hudecia, the attack on Vladivostok is over, I only fly occasionaly sorties over Sarian territory, and I have over six thousand planes in Hokkaido, which is more then enough to at least contest some of your planes.

Emperor Shokahito has declared a state of total war, and the powerful zaibatsus (a conglomerate of multinational corporations with many political powers) begin to put their factories into full war production.

The Mitsubishi Car Factories have been converted into tank and armored car production facilities, while their aircraft factories switch to full military gear. Eighty tanks are rolled out on the first day, and it is estimated that tanks will be rolled out at a rate of close to 30,000 tanks per year. Two hundred and sixty four aircraft are completed on the first day, and it is estimated that aircraft will be produced at a rate of over 95,000 per year. 945 armored cars and APVs have been rolled out, and will continue at a rate of nearly 350,000 per year. Nearly 1800 jeeps and similar vehicles were also turned out, setting a rate of nearly 650,000 per year.

Naval production was also increased. Two battleships, four large aircraft carriers, twenty smaller aircraft carriers, twelve cruisers, ninety-two destroyers, one hundred and twenty five other escort vessles, and fifty submarines were laid down. It is expected that in one month, five of the small aircraft carriers, one cruiser, ten destroyers, twenty-five other escorts, and five submarines will be completed.

Merchant ship production has skyrocketed to a rate of nearly twelve million tons a year, as opposed to the 800,000 tons per year of peacetime production.

Strike Missions from the IISs Stiov, Poli, Krehid-Ali I and the carrier Hussan are starting on Chinese positions in and around p'yongyang. First a wave of ECM aircraft will come in, then followed by pre-strike striking from Su-37s(they can carry the most) the the actual bombing will commence. I am giving any allied soldier in the area 12 hrs to to to a safe place before I bomb.

The Tokarev forces in Korea begin a major offensive. Once intelligence reports indicated only 800,000 Xiaguan troops, and only token Korean reinforcements in their way, two million Tokarev troops pressed forward on all fronts, while a gigantic air battle took place over the Korea Bay.

Two thousand fighters of various types took to the sky to intercept the massive Chinese air raid in progress, while one thousand bombers accompanied the pressing Tokarev armies in attacking the token Chinese resistance.

Weight of numbers and air supremacy ensured a victory, as the Xiaguans were pressed back over the Amur River. Korea is now completely under Tokarev control, while the air raid was turned back before it could deal any major damage to Tokarev installations.

The fierce fighting resulted in the disabling of 2,000 tanks and 4,500 men out of action, either dead, missing, or wounded. The massive air battle resulted in two hundred Tokarev planes damaged, about half of which were destroyed.

The naval battle in the Korea Bay has ended, with the loss of fourty Takao-class cruisers, eighty Shimakaze or Akigumo-class destroyers, fourteen submarines, and eight Nagato-class battleships, though not all of them are sunk, they have been forced to be recalled for repairs. Meanwhile, the force has split into two forces of approximately equal size. One of them stays in the Eastern Passage to defend the Korean Peninsula, the rest move towards the Ryukyu Islands to counter any offensive movement made in Southern Japan.

OOC: Tokarev.... I'm not online every waking minute.. I see posts saying you are attacking Vladivostok more hence your fighters are tied up there. It does take a while to fly from Hokkaido, drop bombs on the city and get back (around 3 hours at least) .. then factor in refueling, rearming.. blah blah blah... that ties up your fighters for another few hours... so I'm trying to keep in step with what is going on. In that time my fleet is busy doing stuff too.

That would be a good idea. You'd have undefiabable control of the Balkan Sea, a major shipping route.

Well, if we stay in Korea, all we're gonna do is get bogged down in a never-ending war with China. Which wouldn't be good.

Nireva: Since I destroyed the Asiatic Squadron of the Russian fleet, and you have control of not only the Baltic but access to the Barents Sea, I would recommend an attack on the Russian naval bases at Murmansk and Arkhangel'sk. Furthermore, a blockade of the Baltic will prevent them from sending any naval reinforcements east.

I say we stay in Korea, because as it is, Sino and Xiaguo have larger armies then I. A war in China would result in me wiping out their navies and just bombing them until they surrender, which looks good on paper but never works out the way it should.

Most of the fighters never make it back. (The Sen Tokus have three fighters each, which may sound outrageous but the Japanese did it during WWII, so I fugure I am allowed).

AS-92 Sea Hound Anti-Ship aircraft, these are outfitted with Blue Fox radar and 4 Exocet Anti-ship missiles. I'd like to test them against Hudecian shipping Tokarev, with your permission that is.

We have recently sold a contract to the United States of Credonia to construct a missile defense system for our nation, which will not only comprise of anti-ballistic missile defenses, but batteries of SAM, SSM, or A/S missiles for coastal defense. I am hoping to test them when Hudecian ships probe too close to our coast.

The Hudecian captain quickly relayed the message back to fleet. A few of the Hudecian frigates would be caught outside of the main fleet chasing the elusive submarines. These ones would make easy pickings off for any aggressive Tokarev fighter or bomber launched from the fleet.

Before actual engagement had occured, 3 Hudecian Ulsan class frigates were lost.

The Hudecian fleet would benefit from the land defenses available on the Kuril Islands to combat the Tokarev fighters and bombers.

Nireva: Since I destroyed the Asiatic Squadron of the Russian fleet, and you have control of not only the Baltic but access to the Barents Sea, I would recommend an attack on the Russian naval bases at Murmansk and Arkhangel'sk. Furthermore, a blockade of the Baltic will prevent them from sending any naval reinforcements east.

It is 6AM off the coast of Kurli Islands. The carrier Poli is humming with early morning activity. The Sun is just rising.
"Y' know, we're the first Inkanans to see the sun this morning" says Admiral Gustan.

4 Exocets are loaded onto each of 20 AS-92 Sea Hound A/S Fighters, after they are capulted from the deck, 12 F-92 Sea Hound Escorts are off the deck with their AIM-120s and AIM-54s.
Almost exactly 30 minutes later they spot a small convoy of Hudecian Ships, just out of port.
Captain Jarheem give the hand signal: Give 'em hell!
The Sea Hounds dive far below the Hudecian radar and fire 2 Exocets, then after they see the xplosions they start one strafing pass with their 20mm gattling guns. then go to the other side of the convoy and fire the remaining 2 exocets, then another strafing pass. All of this takes no longer than 7 minutes and only 1 AS-92 is lost. 5 out of 80 exocets are duds and fall to the sea after drop, and 68 seperate explosions are reported.
"That was fun" says Capt. Jarheem. "Now lets go have some coffe."

Saria, your offensive was flawed, read my post a couple pages back. The city you targeted is on the RUSSIAN side of the border, so before I can address your offensive you need to redo it.

Xiaguo, read my posts! I wrote an IC post involving my troops occupying Kusong BEFORE yours. I DID say where the attacks were, I stated the attacks were on ALL FRONTS. As in, my entire army pushed forward and forced your numerically inferior army back over the Amur. Read my posts, please, it solves so many problems. And please state what air cover your troops have instead of stating that they had it, after the fact.

Nireva, irrelevant, Finland still has access to the Baltic Sea. That was my point.

I will post IC posts sometime tomorrow, for now I just ask that Hudecia not attack Tokarev proper yet, simply because I don't want to miss that.

The city has almost completely been whipped off of the map.
Fortunately, soviet forces had not re-garrisoned the city, as far as the civilian population goes.. They have either fled or died during the bombings.
Officials in Moscow do not even know the number of dead or wounded yet.. Commisars on the field are scrapping up what information they can and relaying it to Moscow.


Sarian forces begin with a rather aggressive shelling of the Japanese positions, airborne divisions are deployed to the back of the front line, as 2 Guard divisions concentrate on holding Khasan, the 3 Armored divisions attacks towards Musan, dragging behind it the motor rifle divisions, 1 armored division and 3 infantry divisions who will be holding the line, their aim is to sever the Japanese lines, trapping japanese forces behind the Khasan-Musan lines between Sarian forces and the Chinese border.

The Sarian Airforce, despite being a bit off-handed in dogfighting, does have considerable potential for carpet-bombing. All of the Sarian airforces available in the Theater converge on Ch'ongjin.. Dropping their payloads and returning to bases.

Out of Nakhodka fly several Mi-27 Hind-D armored and heavily armed helicopters fly out to sea, trying to catch japanese submarines unaware, no considerable Sarian naval forces are in this theater at the moment.

OOC:Sorry, I've followed up by the map. Alright.

Xiannese casualties reach up to 1,250 deaths and at least 32 lost. More bodies have been counted for. Korean casualties reached up to 600, and about 123 lost. The Korean troops suffered mile casualties, they were in charge of bunkers and the attacks caught everyone by surprise and not much air defense had been set up yet. These figures came directly from the army itself and the official numbers may arrive as early as the next morning.

The Inkana planes may have thought their mission was a success until they found themselves confronted by about 70 Hudecian Arrows which promptly fired off their payloads at the poor fighters. These fighters were based from the Kuril Islands and intercepted the fighters having seen them coming in.

As well, naval warships fired off anti-missile weapons downing most of the missiles launched at the convoy. Their next targets were the remaining planes. Anti-air missiles destroy even more of the attacking fighters and bombers.

If the pilots were lucky, they might manage to eject. Because those planes which survived the first onslaught ran right into carrier based fighters which made mice meat of those who survived.

The 68 explosions were the Hudecian navy downing all but 6 of the missiles, which fell short and exploded in the sea.

Hudecian high command shakes its head at the pure stupidity of the Inkana commanders having sent 50 fighters straight into a death trap.

OOC: Inkana.. how the heck did you get fighters that far north without my fleet hitting them. You sent 50 fighters against an island port that has over 100 in defence, not to mention naval based anti-air weapons, land based anti-air and carrier based fighters... *rolls eyes* I want to just going to 100% ignore it for being simply bad, but this way I still leave you the option of just completely erasing your post and I'll erase mine.

IC: Over 25,000 Tokarev troops and 5,000 tanks were destroyed in the fierce rearguard action fought by the Xiaguan army as they retreated. 250 planes were downed by anti-aircraft fire and the few fighters that were able to scramble.

ooc: you should re-read my post... I know the baltic is a huge russian sea outlet... But, his use of carriers in the baltic or even large ship would of been by most military analysists foolish... VERY foolish... Since its so close to landm ships there can easily be targeted by land based artilery, missiles or ground based aircraft.

The Tokarev fleet engaged the Hudecian fleet, with every fighter and bomber available flying, plus about three hundred ground based fighters and bombers from Hokkaido. The Tokyo-class Cruisers and Michitsura Nozu-class Frigates unleashed hundreds of missiles at Hudecian ships before turning their SAM armaments to the skies to shoot down any enemies that make it through the fighter screen.

The gunboats and torpedo boats skipped around the Hudecian fleet, harassing them with torpedoes and mortars. Over one hundred submarines accompanying the fleet picked out targets and torpedoed them, while the Sen Toku-class surfaced far away from the engagement and launched their bombers (three each).

The destroyers picked out enemy destroyers and engaged them to prevent them from engaging the battleships, which in turn targeted the Hudecian capital ships.

As the Sarian fighters move in towards Ch'ongjin, they are intercepted by hundreds of Mitsubishi A7M Fighters (essentially F15s). With little fighter escort, they are torn apart.

The three armored divisions are allowed to enter Musan without resistance, but as soon as they are forced into single columns in the streets, they are ambushed. Rocket launchers, grenades, and bombs are dropped down at the lead vehicles and the end vehicles, disabling them, and infantry leisurely destroy the tanks and vehicles trapped in the middle, while gunning down the startled crews as they stagger out.

Meanwhile, a large force of bombers escorted by fighters converges on the motor rifle divisions trailing behind the armored divisions and begins strafing and bombing them at will.

As far as invading Japan, or China, this is RP if we get dozens of countries involved in here, its going to result to godmodding so what ever, from what ive seen so far this seems like a lot of people are taking these attacks personally, as Saria, is RPing Russia and is communist.. it makes sense to support north Korea, furthermore, a strong japan is not very favorable to the soviets... And I didnt declare war on Tokarev, I was considering it, Vladivostok was Pearl-Harbored (nice shot Tokarev =) ) and im just having fun with it. Now back to invading and such.. Tokarev even gave us specs on his defences, doesnt look to me like he didnt want to rp defending Japan, if indeed you want homelands left out of this then, contact the other parties involved, not just China, Russia (Saria) also has a stake in the issue as we also share a border with Korea. .. *Near the Kuril Islands*

Land based Hudecian fighters join the scrap and land based guns harass any of the Tokarev vessels that stray too close to the islands during the fray. With both sides equally matched the battle quickly dissolves into a free-for-all as both sides pummel each other.

Hudecian frigates and missile destroyers return fire on the Tokarev fleet before attempting to evade the incoming mass of missiles. Hundreds of missiles and torpedoes are exchanged within minutes.

For the most part Hudecian fighters are content to scrap with the Tokarev fighters above the Hudecian fleet, thus maximizing their defensive abilities. They do not stray into Tokarev SAM range as much as possible. Whenever possible Hudecian fighters try to lure Tokarev fighters close enough to land to allow land based batteries to be of use.

The Hudecian fleet after few minutes of taking a heavy beating slowly begins to withdraw.

*Bonin Islands*

The Hudecian fleet continued its southernly course and it is now obvious that an invasion of the Bonin Islands is imminent. Any fighters that were destined for these islands are now cut off as the Hudecian fleet has moved in between them and Japan. Any that tried would be forced to engage Hudecian fighters on near empty fuel tanks.

OOC: Near the Kuril Is, I expect that since I kept my fighters close to my fleet and the islands that I'll lose more ships than you, on the other hand, you'll lose much more fighters than I. Sound fair?

Also, how can you say that you just build several thousands fighters... please withdraw that statement because it is unrealistic. If they are from your air reserves then I apologize but your wording indicates you just built them. All the ships/weapons I have deployed I have already had.

Moreover, drydocking ships takes weeks to months (depending on the damage) So damaged ships are pretty much as good as sunk in our time frame. Moving a fleet from Japan to Canada takes about a week (that was my experience with boat mail while I was in Japan). So in the time that your ships are repaired in Nagasaki and moved out, I could be practically on the other side of the world.

Sorry, I was writing quickly and got ahead of myself. Anyway, by my calculations, at full wartime capacity I can produce 1131 planes of various types every week (just slightly more then U.S. wartime production in WWII), and I figured that with refueling and whatnot about a week had passed. I apologize if I sped up the time frame. If I have, I will gladly subtract from some of the fighters.

The ships that were being repaired were from the first naval engagement against the Korean forces, on Page 1 of this thread, so I figured enough time had passed for them to be prepared, as all the Koreans could really muster were torpedo boats and destroyers. After another two or three pages I will reintroduce ships repaired from the battle with Xiaguo (it takes faster because I am in full wartime production mode, and I will have a greater workforce working with more zeal to 'protect the homeland.'

When and where were you in Japan? I live in Tokyo.

As the Hudecian fleet withdraws, the Tokarev fleet begins to withdraw, continuing to fire until they are completely out of range. The superior Tokarev navy was able to prevent the loss of many ships, but Hudecian aviation proved superior, and took a heavy toll on the Tokarev planes.

They use similar tactics as in previous engagements, with all fighters launched as a screen and all bombers taking targets of oppurtunity, with torpedo boats, gunboats, and submarines harassing the enemy and engaging any ship that tries to get close to the carriers or otherwise outmaneuever the Tokarev fleet. The Guided Missile ships launch waves of missiles, while the smaller ships move as a pack to take out enemy escorts, while the capital ships square off with enemy capital ships.

The massive ITS Tokarev simply absorbs enemy fire and uses its 30-inch and 14-inch guns to literally blow targeted ships out of the water, while the citadel, bristling with more then two hundred anti-aircraft guns and SAMs, destroys waves of fighters at a time, and its hundreds of CIWS destroy missile targeting it.

However, the situation on land is going quite well. Russian forces sit on the rebuilt, refitted old Mannerheim line in Karelia... Massive numbers of artillery have already been deployed along with more then appropriate numbers of anti-aircraft guns. Several groups of soviet armor is hidden in the woods along the border covered by camo nets waiting for any eventual finnish invasion to be smashed flat by a great number of armored spearheads.

In Korea, Russian forces having linked up with the paratroopers in the back concentrate on solidifying their position.

Ooc: Uhm.. Hey.. All those defences in Korea, specially coupled with your new aircraft production cpabilities is a bit over done dont you think ? Japan has almost no natural resources, which was its big problem in ww2, it couldnt support a massive war effort like that of industrial super-powers like Germany (pre allied invasion) the US or the USSR who all had massive ammounts of natural ressources.

Meanwhile, back in Tokarev, transports were being scrambled. Iwo Jima and the Bonin Islands were the least defended parts of the archipelago, and their sudden vulnerablity was made apparent, and they couldn't afford to keep their taskforce anchored there, where it would be unable to defend the rest of Tokarev.

The Kobe Shipyards, defended by 100,000 men, has begun acquiring ships and transports to send 60,000 of those men and adequate supplies to Iwo Jima and Chichijima. The taskforce, after chasing off the Hudecians, anchored in Port Lloyd, deploying a screen of submarines between Iwo Jima and the fortress island of Tori-Shima.

The task force is going to leave most of its fighters and bombers on the Bonin Islands, which will later transfer some to Iwo Jima, and then the carriers will steam back to Osaka to be refitted.

Meanwhile, Hokkaido has reorganized its fighters and has called in the last reserves from Honshu (330 Shiden Kais and 761 Nakajimas). Now the only nondeployed aircraft are the ones coming out of the factories.

Which defenses in Korea? Presently, the only defenses you have to face are my troops, which are using the river and the mountains as defenses. Most of the resources in Korea are tied up building bunkers around Pusan and Mok'po, which you don't have to worry about (and if you beat me in Korea you will probably sieze these anyway).

As for my aircraft production, I will tone it down a bit if you find it excessive, but I think I am allowed it as there is no way Japan could support a population of 1.6 billion and still have a Frightening economy, so even without the aircraft production we have to suspend disbelief. But if you want me to tone it down I will.

(Actually, the production of new aircraft hasn't yet affected you, my fresh reinforcements are all planes that were stationed on the main island of Tokarev simply being redeployed to the front lines).

EDIT: I know they were fortified by the Japanese during World War II, but the fortifications are either gone or crumbling.

IC:The morning sun rose on the East beutifully nearby Pyonsong... Its spetacilur sunrise was suddenly dwarfed by a more beutiful sight... the 500 B-100 RAVAGER Artillery systems artillery barrage. Percision, Penetration, high explosive shells. The bombardment lifted and dazed and surviving Chinese soldiers raised their head and froze. Rolling towards them were 200 tanks supported by 20,000 infantry moving towards them... The soldiers ran forward and opened fire. Their guns flashing, their red goggles making their eyes glow, their armored gas masks hiding their faces.

Fortunately for the Hudecian forces stationed there, reinforcements were on the way and although the 1st naval task force was pretty much crippled, so was the Japanese fleet.

Mercilessly, the Hudecian fleet was pounded by the Tokarev aircraft. Hudecian pilots, however brave, could not hold back the waves of aircraft.

OOC: I never expected to win in a full out naval contest.. but I was hoping for some more help from my allies... AHEM XIAGUO! ... sheesh... the attack of the Bonin and near Hokkaido was expected to drain your reserves dry..... but it only works when I have allies with ships ready to finish the job

Actually this will probably end up being a long drawn-out war if it continues like this.

We agree that war is no longer profitable, but we wonder at what the partition would be. Saria will require that a part of Korea be incorporated into its landmassm thus Saria clains that for the end of war, all land behind the Wonsan-Kanggye-Mamp'o- Chinese border be admionistrated by the USSR.
What is left of Korea, does not interest us and may be partitioned as you see fit.

The cease-fire is temporary, war will still drag on as long as Japanese troops still touch foreign soil. If Japanese forces agree to withdraw all troops from Korea, we will hold out a hand of peace. We also hope the allied troops of Turkment, Tokarev will withdraw also.

OOC:You need to find a map on Korea. Pyongyang is North korea's capital. I believe it is under your control according to your map.

My little naval group has left the area, and Qingdao was ceaded to Xiaguo. From the looks of that map of the current situation in Korea. Saria and Xiaguo could launch a massive offensive that will encircle the 'bulge' you have in Northe Korea. Not a good military move you made.

Ooc. Yeah. But getting that line broken would be pretty easy, and then rescue the soldiers from there, or destroy the whole line. If they can co-ordinate the strike they could attack Xiaguo's soldiers from both sides, and that would be bad.

OOC: I'm agreeing with Granzi... strategies are more than just 'I attack here and with tanks in front of infantry'.

Take my movements against the Tokarev navies for example. (not to sound like I'm bragging but ...) I threatened parts of the precious empire and it caused Tokarev to move valuable resources away from Korea and off to defend faraway places like the Bonin Islands and the Kuriles. Places which have little real value, but high symbolic value.

Presently, Tokarev forces control ALL of Korea, the ENTIRE peninsula. I said this QUITE explicity a few pages back when I beat the Xiaguan troops out, and Saria has not forced its way onto Korean soil yet. The map I showed above was simply the land concessions I would grant if the war would end. I spelled that out quite explicity.

It is meant to be a negotiable map, meaning I provide that map, then the other powers make changes as they see fit, until we reach a mutual agreement.

And Hudecia, the carriers have not yet left the Bonin Islands, I said that was what they were planning to do if you made a thrust elsewhere. Sorry if I didn't make that clear. My fleet at the Bonins is still the same fleet as it was before.

OOC: I have been following this, but the thread is a little confusing with all the different theaters of war. I can't even keep track of where all the other forces are, especially those who post less frequently than Tokarev. It seems like troops are just popping up everywhere, with no post on when and where they move.

I was just pointing out the situation. The claim posts as of now are completely useless (not including Tokarev's), as the war hasn't ended yet.

All four fleets will attack the West(East CHina, South China, and Bohai Fleets), the Pacific Fleet and Yellow Sea Fleet will attack the East coasts.

3.7 million troops have been stationed near the Yalu border throughout this war and are prepare to reinforce the 1.2 million already in Korea. 130,400 troops are to mobilised and will attack through line directly to Hamhung, and Pyongyang. They will be defended by their own artillery and radar equiptment. Planes are also called in, numbering to 600+. J-10's, the Type 12's and several new Sinoese planes will make effort to contain any enemy aircraft.

The mission, is sucessfull, will cut a deep front from Pyongyang, to Hamsung, thus barricading 2 major millitary territories.

The plans have been sent to Sarian and Hudecian Governments in a call for support. A more generalized copy has been given to Granzi.

Thousands of missiles will be fired from several points in CHina, now, including Qingdao toward Japanese defensive postions, the Xiannese Fleets, Bo Hai, East, South, Chinese fleets, will attack directly with the Typical Russian Types 09 Radar support, they will attack directly at the Korean Coasts and will help detain the Japanese navy.

Xiaguo, what the hell are you doing? You DON'T have 1.2 million troops in Korea, and you need to tell me what the composition of those fleets are, and they still have to fight my fleet in the Eastern Passage.

Besides which, you need to respond to my negotiations for peace, and you never posted casualties for the fleet that you had in the Korea Bay I attacked (unless I missed them, in which case I apologize).

And Saria, your "offensive" was a few armored divisions and motored infantry divisions attacking one of my cities, which I DID address. Besides that pitiful attack against a much larger force with air supremacy, you posted no offensive, and you never posted losses.

Who says it would be plagued by uprisings and rebellion? If you would like to RP some insurrectionists, fine, but before World War II Korea put up very little fight against the Japanese when they were conquered. Besides which, I seem to recall mentioned my garrisons in Korea anyway ... yes, page 9 I wrote:

"Total Tokarev Land Forces in Korean Peninsula:

3,660,000 men and 36,400 tanks plus supporting equipment on active duty
1,320,000 men and 12,300 tanks plus supporting equipment in reserve"

Active duty refers to front lines, and reserve refers to garrisoned troops not on the front lines.

The word 'reserve' is a little misleading. You hold a unit 'in reserve' so that you can put it forward in times of trouble to stem an enemy offensive. There could be no such movement should the Chinese launch a major offensive.

Granted though, the further we push into Korea the more your garrisoned units become available.

Garrisoned units are the ones spread across the country to prevent uprising, and generally make sure that everyone knows who is boss.

Clarifications must be made as to a number of OOC issues involving some of Xiaguo's main allies (Sino and _Taiwan).

Participation and Recognition:

The reason why Sino and _Taiwan ain't participating in this conflict is the fact that we do not acknowledge its existence. In our sphere of NS, we own Japan (Japann), due to a past conflict (Xiaguo was also involved).

The Chinese alliance (Xiaguo, Sino, _Taiwan) have managed to avenge the century-old hatred and occupied Japann with an absolute iron fist.

Further more, in the matters of recognition, Sino and _Taiwan offically recognize Dra-pol and South Hanguk as the Korea(s).

There is far too much godmoding by the Japs in this war! It seems that the Japs, not even sharing a land border with the Koreans can somehow produce 1 million troops on Korean soil per hour. Now I don't know if they f*ck like rabbits or what?!
