Federation War History


JUUMO-GERMANIC WAR

After a devastating terrorist attack from orbit killing millions, the fleeing attackers were mistaken for Juumanistran Warships. The Federation High Council declared immediate war upon the Confederation of Juumanistra. The Esuing battle showed the entrance of the Federation Star Ship Bismarck, NRN001, which wiped out an entire Juumanistran Battlegroup, as well as destroying many other vessels.

OUTCOME: LOSS


THE SHIVAN WAR

After receiving a distress call from the Underwater Asylum Homeworld, the UFGZ dispatched a small battlegroup to assist in the fighting against a Shivan "Lucifer" class Destroyer. One UFGZ Light Cruiser was destroyed while ramming the Shivan vessel in a pipoint Jump. After the destruction of the UA Homeworld, a Shivan probe followed the UFGZ battlegroup to the Federated World of Normandeicht. The ensuing battle saw fleets from the AON, ESUS, USF, and others fighting against an enourmous Shivan fleet, and eventually a Shivan Worldship.

OUTCOME: (N/A) Peace Has Not Been Acheived


NEO-MEKANTAN WAR

While attempting to lure nations into an alliance that could probably have destroyed them, Neo-Mekanta threatened the UFGZ. The UFGZ reciprocated with its own declaration of war against the Machines. A large battle between the Federated Fleet and a detachment of the Machine Worldfleet continues now, the first battle of the war. This war is expected to last much longer than one battle...

OUTCOME: (N/A) Fighting Continues


MEKANTAN WAR

After an attack on the Monolith by a "Mekantan" fleet, the Federation was outraged. Seven freighters equipped with Temporal Erasure waves Jumped to a Mekantan system under cover of humanitarian aid. When surrounded by a Mekantan patrol fleet, a frieghter detonated its Temporal Erasure wave generator, destroying some 13 or more enemy vessels. Subsequent freighter explosions caused the destruction of yet more Mekantan warships. This attack was followed by a formal declaration of war on Mekanta. No other battles were fought in the war.

OUTCOME: Tie. It is believed that greater damage was inflicted by the Federation than in the minor skirmish at Normandeicht. However, the psychological impact of destroying the Monolith was a heavy toll upon Federal moral.

Can you insure losses of worlds? Because once Neo-Mekanta steals the SDC (Spacial Distortion Cannon) from Mekanta, GZ is machine chow.

OOC: Powerful enough to withstand a planet destroying weapon? You realize the energy required to destroy a planet in a single burst exceeds 1E22 megatons? As in, more energy then our Sun has produced since the times of Moses? Your shields might be able to delay destruction, but not prevent it.

No, seriously. The Black Fleet will tear you to shreds. AND, it can transport anywhere in the Federation in a Jiffy. (and yes, a Jiffy is a scientific measurement for those who don't know)

that weaponsis not as sronge as our Deminional rift cannon. capable of destroying planets and cuting holes in time and space. we dare not use it at full capacity. but miniaml test show that it could ripp time in to hell and destroy all that is matter. resulting in a big bang reversal. but thats not important.( we didnt build it we found it some planet of in who know where.)

So... Mekanta, what'll it be?

And in response to Turkmeny, With an entire core that can be replaced with a shield generator, or some kind of powercore, a Planet can hold out for months if not years. The power can be redirected to weapons, the shields, etc.

I guess I'm safe as long as Mekanta is too lazy to switch...

With my new shipbuilding tech, I'll be churning out hundreds of AI Warships... commanded by at lease 20 humans, however...

The one thing I am curious about is Minagoroshi. How powerful is she really?

Lemme put it into perspective... Keep in mind, all of this information is OOC and magical knowlage of ANY of this is a godmod. Nobody outside of Neo-Mekanta knows this. Other nations have only heard the name.

Mekantan ships are considered quite high grade. One on one, when not up against boarderline godmod shield technology, a Mekantan ship can rip apart just about anything simply through its sheer firepower, adaptability, and defense.

I'm working on a post now. Three Mekantan fleets converge on a Neo-Mekantan battle group, only to be caught in a trap. It's a large, dense Minagoroshi cloud VS about 600 Mekantan ships. Twenty-five of those are Commandships, the most feared ships in the Mekantan armada.

The battle lasts all of thirty minutes. The Mekantan forces are completely anihilated. Several well defended systems are simultaniously attacked. They hold out for about an hour before thier defenses are broken.

I didn't design Minagoroshi to be easy to beat or survive against, but unlike the Shivans I didn't resort to godmoding in her design. ^_^

borderline godmoddish shields? I'll admit, the nothingspace shields are a little over the line, but the Phase Shields and Standard Shields are definately not anywhere near a godmod.
