Ali'Staan Accord Emegency Announcement

It is known to us that the majority of Ali'Staan Accord Nations have not yet committed forces to the Rapid Deployment Force (an international force to be commanded, in an emergency, by either the Presient or the War minister of the Accord. It is also known that, except the United States of Allanea, no nation has provided bases for the RDF. How do you expected to be defended by the Accord if there are no RDF bases on your land? What is this about?
We are now reminding all Ali'Staan Accord nations to donate money and troops to the Accord.
Below is the list of all RDF forces to date.


Allanea:
1 Allanean Marine Corps Divsion (10,000 infantrymen, using 1,000 BMP-3U's)
5 Yekaterinburg-class Supercarriers and 200 Ann Coulter Mark II fighter-bombers (carrier-capable). The Yekaterinburg-class supercarrier has a capacity of about 110 aircraft and will be used as a staging and logistics platform for the marines.

The Republic of Skirt Shortening is preparing to restructure its armed forces very soon. We've been concentrating on training infantry for peacekeeping mission, but we're turning towards an all-around defense military with a first-strike capability.

The effort by Allanea's so-called government-in-exile to amass a military force is in direct violation of the Allanea-FSP Treaty. Violation of the treaty is also in violation of Menelmacari policy regarding allowances for the so-called government-in-exile to continue to enjoy Menelmacari hospitality.

Therefore, Menelmacar must hereby REQUIRE that the so-called government-in-exile immediately either donate all above-listed equipment that originated in Allanea to the Accord and renounce all present and future claim to ownership of it, or turn over same to Menelmacar for long-term storage.

Menelmacar must also REQUIRE that the so-called government-in-exile do one or more of the following:
- Inform the Accord that all Accord business formerly conducted by Allanea will now be conducted by the Federation of Sentient Peoples.
- Withdraw from the Accord.
- Dissolve the Accord.

If both of these conditions are not met within the next 24 hours, the Eternal Noldorin Empire of Menelmacar will be forced to either expel the membership of the so-called government-in-exile or extradite them to the Federation of Sentient Peoples, as the situation may warrant.

By order of the Imperial President of the Federation of Sentient Peoples, the Federation Territory of Allanea is no longer a member of the Ali-staan Accord. Seeing as how its military force was either destroyed or placed in Menelmacari controlled storage, and all its bases were destroyed, and all its lands and capital now belong to the Federation of Sentient Peoples, and the Federation Territory of Allanea is no longer sovereign in its own right, it is withdrawn from all rights and responsibilities as a member of the Accord.
