Shelbin, Jarridia - Jarridia's Capital
12 men arrived at Jarridia's international airport in Shelbin, Jarridia. They were here on a mission they believed in. They quickly got to their motel, which they had more than 25 boxes shipped to. Six days later, they were ready to completely their mission.

It was 7:20 AM. School was soon to begin, the students excited because it was their first day back to school.

As the last cars dropped of their kids at Shelbin Middle School, and the last bus departed, the bell rang. The halls packed, everyone running to find their class. It was a new building, so even those returning to the school were not sure where they were going.

As lunch rolled around at 11:30, the halls were busy again, and loud as ever, as the kids crammed into the lunch room.

Two vans pulled up, one full of explosives, the other full of men with guns. Ak-47's to be specific.

The two vans pulled as close to the lunch room as possible before the six armed men jumped out, rushing into the building. They rushed through the halls, shouting in their dialect, aiming guns at the kids, and pushing them into the lunch room. As they arrived into the lunchroom, they opened fire upon the nearly 2,000 kids, and herding them out towards the van with the explosives. As the kids started passing the van, it exploded.

Very quickly, Jarridian police arrived, but already, many had been killed, the ground soaked with blood, and littered with childrens bodies.

Jarridia, ViZion, and their supporters - This is not the last you will see of us. Destroy Jarridia and ViZion with us, and you shall be spared.

Jarridia and ViZion, you have tried to destroy us, and have failed. Now, we are back, and you will see what real pain means.

Terror of the World, how can you do such things. Targetting children? That is completely implorable.

ViZion demands to know the nations who back T/W. We have found them before, and we will find them again. Those who come forward before being seeked out, you will not be harmed. Those who are found to support T/W in harboring and/or aiding them with supplies, you will be forced to surrender your government, or we will forcefully make your government surrender.

We have been through T/W's "reign on terror" before, and we are not about to let him do this again.

Those nations who have any information on who is backing T/W is asked to come forward. You will be rewarded.

Again, if you are aiding T/W in anyway at this time, but come forward before we seek you out, you will not be harmed, and your nation will not be in any danger by ViZion or allies. Those that continue to hide, however, will be in danger of invasion.

As for you, Weapons-Tech incorp, we cannot believe you would take advantage of a terrorist again upon CHILDREN to sell your services. For that, you will never gain ViZion's business, and we highly doubt you will gain Jarridia's, for your utter lack of care.

ViZion has begun to beef up security around many locations that have large gatherings of people, such as malls and hotels, along with locations such as schools and theme parks which have a large population of younger people there.

ViZion has also increased security of non-citizens entering ViZion.

ViZion is preparing to send humanitarian aid, along with investigators, to Jarridia.

OOC: Goronkoth, a little bg info on T/W... they're a terror organization, they have no homeland... they simply recruit and have cells in nations across the board... hell, they're most likely in me, knowing the history between ViZion and T/W... and I know they're in many other nations... we also know there are many nations who support them with money, supplies, and yes, allow them to stay in their homeland, as we have caught many nations red-handed in all of those categories in a previous war with T/W and its supporters... So, pretty much, we need to change regimes that support T/W, and that's how we'll kill them, since T/W has no physical nation or government. We almost killed them before, but there were 2 or 3 nations that we didn't find, and due to that, they were able to rebuilt.

We need good intel from nations, as that will help us find out who is aiding T/W.

Director Victor White sat behind is cedar built desk as he looked at the television enranged as it reported the death of Jarridian school children on international television, crossing his fingers that it was not the school of his eldest child, Gary White.

As the camera view changed, it panned across the title of the name of school, "Shelbin Middle School". His coffee mug in hand dropped to the floor clashing over, as it sprayed up it burnt him through the pant leg as he put his face down and started to mourn his sons' death as the phone began to rang, it was probably a Jarridian Police Officer or his spouse, Margaret White.

He picked up the phone as his left hand came up, his thumb and his index finger rubbed the tears from underneath his eyes and clearing his thoat as brought the phone to his ear and then began to talk, "Hello Director White. Who is it and how may I help you?"

A sound of a woman's voice of anxiety replied, it was his wife's voice, "Greggy is dead, Victor! Dead.. he's dead! The last words is say, hi to daddy and tell him that he loves you.. damnit Victor! He's dead!"

A few more tears slid through his curvy chubby cheeks as he replied, "Damn friggin... bastards... why do they have to pry on school children? I am so sorry... I'm so sorry... Maggie."

"Its not your fault..."

"Go to the Canadan Embassy. Right now with Lisa."

"I will..."

"I love you... get out of there now."

"I love you too... good bye and see you soon..." His wife hanged up the phone.

i ask the people involoved can i have the leader if we catch him. i have some new gene thoeroy that is quite painfull.

Hehe, I think Jarridia and ViZion would like to take care of him... after all, we're the ones he's primarily targetting, and has killed more of our children than anyone elses.

President Jarrod Branam was still lying in his empty bed, still greatly saddened by the loss of his wife, at around 6:30 a.m. The alarm went off and he slowly got up. He did his normal morning routine and was off to his office by 7:30. As he entered he noticed the George Waymath, the Director of Intelligence of the JIA, was waiting for him.

Jarrod sat behind his desk, where his coffee was already sitting. The steam rising gently over the cup. Jarrod took a sip, then looked up at George.

"Oh quite sorry George. Had to have just one sip, no one wants me to be cranky all day," Jarrod laughed, "Now how may I help you?"

"Haha, its ok Mr. President," smiled George, "but I wanted to inform you of the recent threats that have been coming in."

"Oh?" Jarrod said curiously as he sat the cup down on the saucer.

"Yes, for the past week now we have been intercepting communications. We were unable to get full translations, but it seems that terrorists may be planning to attack our soil and ViZion as well." said George.

"Ah," said Jarrod as he picked the cup up again,"we have been slightly increasing security since some suspicious nations were asking for airport terminals and such. I do not believe they will get in. How credible are these threats?"

George looked at Jarrod, "They aren't very credible, just some running suspicions. I mean, we certainly wouldn't want of those Terror of the World psychos running around within our borders."

Jarrod laughed and replied, "I believe Terror of the World is long gone my friend. Their days of activity within our world have ceased, thanks to ViZion and its allies."

George responded, "Maybe so, but I still feel we should be ready for anything."

"Most ceratinly. I will call in Keithan this afternoon and talk about re-establishing our security forces along the borders and airports" said Jarrod as he took a sip of coffee, "Anything else?"

"No sir, that is all" said George.

"Excellent. Time to read the newspaper. Have a delightful day George." said Jarrod

"You too, "replied George as he walked out of the office.

Jarrod thought to himself "This Terror of the World nonsense is really starting to get to people. I thought we destroyed the last of them many years ago. Ah well, never hurts to be prepared

The Story of Rebecca Stanley

Rebecca was 13 years old, with brown hair and blue eyes. She had just recieved a new bicycle for her birthday the week before, and she was excited to try it out on her first day of school. She came downstairs with her back-pack and ate breakfast while arguing with her little brother, Todd, who was 8.

She left the house around 7:30, because school started at 8:20. She gave a kiss to her mother, and like most mothers do, she told Rebecca to remember and be safe and look both ways before crossing the street. Rebecca nodded and went on her merry way down the grand avenue to the beautiful new school in Shelbin. Shelbin Middle School was the new pride of the Shelbin Independent School District. It was built with many state-of-the-art features. Within it, it housed a computer for each child, from 6th to 8th Grade, a massive cafeteria that served healthy food. The school had 2 gyms, a football field (American), and was painted blue and white (the schools colors). The halls were clean and bright. The windows allowed in so much light, that the overhanging lamps seemed almost useless. In the main foryer was a large picture of a Grizzly Bear (the schools mascot), it was indeed a beautiful specimen of the revamped Jarridian Education System.

Rebecca went to her first, second and third class, and then it was time for lunch. She walked into the cafeteria and sat next to her friends. She opened her lunch box and peered in at the lunch her mom had made her. A little not inside said "Have a great day sweetheart, I love you. -Mom". She smiled and started to eat the sandwich and talk to her friends. Suddenlt there was a loud noise and gunshots started ringing out, Rebecca crouched lower into her seat and witnessed a bullet going through her best friend's head. She shrieked and jumped up starting to run, but it was too late, she was shot in the back and fell to the floor.

Presidential Address after attack

Jarrod was reading over a few bills that the Senate was trying to pass when Kim Shaffer, Secretary of State, came in. She flipped on the TV and Jarrod looked at her strangely.

"What are you doing?" he said.

"We have an emergency Mr. President!" she said as she reached the channel.

Jarrod stood up reading the headlines, he said under his breath, "My god"

"Its awful Mr. President, over 1,000 students are dead sir, and the new school is nearly in ruins. We are sure that it was done by Terror of the World, just because of the attack type." said Kim as she turned to him.

"This is terrible! I will address the nation at once."

An hour later the cameras had been set up in the office and connected to the loudspeakers around Jarridia, so Jarrod was able to broadcast live all over the nation.

"Dear Jarridians. Today has been a very heartbreaking day. As many of you already know, Shelbin Middle School was attacked today by ruthless terrorists. Many young children have died at the hands of these cowards, and they shall recieve their just reward. This attack has done nothing but increase the resolve of Jarridia to rid this planet of terrorists.

Attacking people is bad enough, but when you pray on small children it is another. Terror of the World. I know its you, and I have one thing to say."

Jarrod took a deep breath, holding back the sadness in his eyes.

"I will find you. Even if it means that we have to march into every belligerent nation on this planet, I will find you. And I will destroy you, so help me god. What you have done today is indeed terrifying and painful, but what is coming to you will be much worse. Whatever nation harbors you will suffer the consequences as well. Jarridia will no longer stand your injustice to good and innocent people. You will pay, and you will go to hell.

Jarridians, do not fear. Security has been increased. The following changed have been made: our alert has been increased to DA 5, our highest level, the National Guard has been sent to aid the border patrol and ensure that no one sneaks through, Jarridian airports shall remain open, but all flights will be routed through one of our bordering nations before entering Jarridia, and finally all ships and trains will be stopped 5 miles from our soil for a thorough investigation. Jarridia will stand strong, and we will ensure that this sort of attack never happens again. EVER! God bless you all, and may the future bring you peace."

He sat back in his chair, his head hanging low, a few tears rolled down his face. He loved Jarridia more than anything, this was his home, his life. When it gets attacked, it is like his own life coming to an end.

Emperor speaks out against attacks on Jarridia

"The United Imperium of Crossman condems this horrible and disgusting attack on the nation of Jarridia. I call upon the international community to increase efforts to thwart terrorists before they can launch hiddieous and cowardly attacks such as these."

Archduke Philip IV's Address to the GDMO

Previously, when Terror of the World attacked Vizionairian malls, we had said that we cannot come to your aid presently, as we are embroiled in conflicts of our own right outside our home turf.

Today has shown that that was perhaps the wrong course of action.

Terror of the World is a virus that will not stop infecting the world until it is found, cornered, and eliminated, to be wiped off the face of the earth for good. Today's pre-meditated and murderous attack on thousands of schoolchildren extinguished their young, bright flames of life. It is beyond deplorable. It is beyond condemnable. It is utterly unhuman. It is the utter manifestation of evil.

First ViZion, then Jarridia. Who is next? Where will these bringers of malice and hate strike next? No one is completely safe. They dare to bring terror into our homes filled with peace, pride, and freedom.

Nations of the world, in order to better insure our own security, we must band together as fellow citizens and comrades-in-arms to rid the world of this great and terrible menace. We must stand together--tall, unified, and strong. We will help our fellow man. We will rise to the aid of all who have been harmed by this scourge.

And so, citizens of the Grand Duchy of Monte Ozarka, I have pledged the GDMO's full support for Jarridia's fight. At this moment, military police, medical, and engineering personnel are en route to Jarridia to aid in the relief effort for this and any future attacks upon Jarridian soil. Squadrons of nuclear agent detection planes are being deployed over Jarridian airspace to check for the presence of nuclear materials that may bely a nuclear attack.

We are already on high alert due to the situation in the South Klatchian Sea. Militarily, it is probably not the wisest course of action to send our military overseas while a potential conflict is brewing at our own doorstep. However, it is a risk we must take, for if we do not aid those in need, what are we fighting for?

And so, citizens of the Grand Duchy, citizens of the world, I ask you all to keep in your minds, hearts, and prayers those in Jarridia and ViZion who have lost. Pray for the lost souls, the lost loves, the lost innocence. Pray that we may eradicate terror organizations like Terror of the World, and pray that until we do so, we may avoid such a catastrophe within our own borders. However, believe that if such a thing happens, we will stand strong! We will refuse to let such a pest bring down our great nation. If we should come upon a time of dire need, others will flock to us...as we shall to them.

After the recent attack on the Jarridian school the nation of Phalanix is offering to lend 2500 of it's troops to search your nation for any remaining cells of the scum. Also security has been raised to a Red-5 level. In this instance even the slightest threat can equil a massive strike by the Phalanix Air Force and the Spec Ops units. The naion of Phalanix will also have it's flags at half mas for the lesses suffered by the falmilys.

ViZion wishes to issue the same statement we made in our own thread after we were attacked.

ViZion, as will Jarridia, is seeking vengence on T/W. Any nation who stands in our way, directly or indirectly, by supporting T/W in any fashion, will face the consequences. You have yet to see the fury of us. The people of ViZion, and of Jarridia, have revenge on their mind, and would not mind having blood on their hands to avenge the deaths of the thousands of children and teens who have been killed on the attacks of ViZion and Jarridia.

We issue this one warning, come forth if you have supported T/W, and you will not be harmed. If you do not, we WILL find you, and we will not let up until every guilty soul in your nation has spilt his and her blood, and your nation has felt twice the pain we have felt.

Those of you who are thinking of blocking our way, stand aside, or you will be considered a supporter of T/W, and you, too, shall face the consequences.

ViZion will not allow T/W to get away, not this time. We will not allow T/W to do this again, to ViZion, to Jarridia, or to any other nation.
