Ok, I have reached a decision on what to with my land in Hataria. I am turning a decent portion of it into high-rise condominiums for vacation homes. Space is limited so buy now. Only 50 6-story condos will be built. Check map at bottom for details. Each square that has 2 numbers in it is a condo. Each condo is divided into 2 3-story portions. All numbers in the 100s occupy the top 3 floors. The 2-digit numbers are the bottom 3 floors. Stats for each condo:

Each Floor Containing 500 square feet of space
4 Beds and 5 Baths
Wrap around balcony on top floor of each portion of condo
Full Kitchen and Dinning room
Wine Cellar
Fully Furnished
5 Phones
4 42" Hi Definition Flat Screen TVs w/ satalite dish(charges for service must be taken up with cable company)

Hataria, this is what is happening to some of what used to be your nation because you insist that you still exist even though you don't

Please note: this is only a decent sized portion of my land in Hataria, the rest is reserved for my military and a vacation spot for Me, The God Falltothzu.

Condos 31-40 - 1.5 million each
Condos 141-150 - 2 million each
Condos 41-50 - 1 million each

All condominiums will be complete in 10 years(10 RL days) so purchase yours to day, while the choice ones are still available.

ooc: Excellent. I'd say my military base is probably complete by now. There are approxamately 10,000 soldiers at the Army side of the base and 4,000 saliors at the Navy side at any given time. So you have a double benefit from that base. Not only will the base deter attackers, but those 14,000 people will significantly boost the local economy.
