In recognition of the suddenly-increased responsibility imposed upon the Naval and Air Forces by the acquisitions made by the YMJOC, the Government has ordered a doubling of Naval and Air Forces construction adn training. This will result in the rapid building of warships and aircraft and greater funding for more extensive training.
