Commander Jar Threll of the Ankhmeti Space Directorate had just been given command of the first Ankhmeti Explorer Fleet,and he wasn't going to mess up.It had taken much effort for Ankhmet to produce the Orbital Shipyard in the first place, and building 5 ships was a long process.But it was worth it.The clunky,slow ships of Ankhmet were not exactly terrifying, and they did sometimes lose bits when they go into hyperspace,but they did the job.Made possible by technlogy discovered at a crash site in a northern desert ruin, the ships were made only to do the job,not fight.They had just come out of hyperspace, 3 Isis class cruisers,2 Bast 'kitty' explorers and 1 ship that was the pride of Akhmet.It wasn't particularly powerful,it was prone to mechanical failures,and the nicest thing about it was probably the LCD touch screens, but it was the pride.The first Hyperspeed capable ship in the fleet.
