The USIH is gearing up to welcome its 3billionth Citizen.

Even though the arrival of the child is unlikely to happen until next year (tomorrow RL) party preparations have already begun.

Nations throughout the world are invited to send delegates or officials to the party which will commence shortly after the birth of the child and go on for several days.

Only non-essential personnel in most sectors will be allowed all of the time off, although time is being allocated throughout the country so that everybody can enjoy the celebrations.

IC: The Government of Falastur would like to give its heart-felt congratulations to the nation of Independant Hitmen, and all of her citizens, and would be honoured to send a representative to your celebrations.

The Eternal Empire of Jordaxias leader, Yang-Chen, would like to send his congratulations. Due to the magnitude of the event, he requests, if possible, to attend personally.

Jordaxia: Your leader Yang-Chen is more than welcome to personally attend the celebrations with President Anderson in the New White House, and then move around the capital city to join selected parties. As for security arrangements you leader may bring his normal amount of guards, although we must ask that no more than small, concelable weapons are carried. The IH Secret Service will have agents at all venues that are to be visited by the President and his guests. Rooms at the New White House will be made avaliable for you.

Falastur: Your representative will be most welcome and can choose between coming to the celebrations at the New White House or joining parties at their leisure throughout the country.
