Three ships dropped out of T-Space deep within the Segmentum Solar. The two escort vessels and the colony ship entered orbit above Prospero.

“This is the Imperial Colony Ship The Hopeful calling Prospero. We are not armed. Please acknowledge.”

After a few minutes a voice responded.

“This is Prospero calling the Hopeful. Please state the reason for your presence.”

“We are here to take up the offer made under the Mutual Non-Aggression Pact between the Balrogga Empire and Cam III. It outlined the option of the Empire to establish a colony on one of your worlds in exchange for the agreement of mutual defense. We have two escorts full of cargo and about 10,000 colonists itching to feel the ground beneath their feet.”

“Let me check for your clearance with the Diplomatic Corps. Please move your three ships to the following coordinates while we wait for clearance.”

After a couple hours…

“Prospero calling The Hopeful, Please come in.”

“This is The Hopeful. What can we do for you?”

“Sorry it took so long but we had to track down the proper officials. It seems you were not expected until next week. The clearance has been accepted for your colonization of the 4th planet.”

“Roger, we will continue on this vector until we achieve orbit. Is there anything else we need to do?”

“Negative. Just follow the escort we are sending to lead you to your new home.”

“Yes Sir. We will do so.”

After a few minutes a small craft approached out of the swarm of traffic and stopped about 1000 meters from The Hopeful.

“This is Harbor Control. You are instructed to follow me.”

The ship accelerated with the three other ships following. The vessels approached the 4th planet. The small ship halted.

“Here is your world. Please keep us informed of your shipping schedules so it doesn’t get destroyed before we figure out it isn’t an invader.” The ship shot off towards the Homeworld.

“This is The Hopeful to escort craft. Disengage the Grav Drive. Proceed under Torq power to the planet’s surface.

The three ships descended into the clouds.

Cam III sat upon his golden throne, letting his aide tell him about the colonization.
Wait, we are supposed to let them have that planet?
Yes, also we are supposed to come to their defence and supply them with whatever they need.

The Platfrom had finaly got round to moving to Prospero IV, something which would make Cam III very unhappy. They would have a premament position over the planet, overseeing EVERTHING that comes and goes from Prospero IV....

I wish to request permission to set up a resource infrastructure consisting of solar collection satellites and relays to transfer power from the Sun to Prospero IV. If you wish we can share results of this endeavor. I also would like to set up about 20 mining operations in the asteroid belt. I will use massive railguns to propel the products to the solar north polar LaGrange point and collect them by using a gravitational scoop array. It is the same system I have had set up in the Sol System for the last 60+ years. I am also planning on setting this same system for each world I colonize.

I would also like to put relay satellites for power transfer, an orbital base, 20 satellites at the system outer most region for possible detection of incoming hostiles, a shipyard, a starbase, and station some of the ships I purchased from you to help defend our system from invasion.

This is the master list of the eventual level I would like to achieve for maximum security from hostiles. As per our agreement, I will never use these against you. All ships have been modified with my drives and electronics systems.

I never heard from you about this matter.

Twenty large ships appeared our of T-Space. They were scatterred throught the system, mostky in the asteroid belts. The 10 KM ships appear as if they were carved from asteroids themselves.

Each ship approaches a region of astroids and then launch many drones. The Collectors swarm out of the ships and begin surveying and processing all they come across.

Other ships, small construction pods launch and then begin building the giant railguns used to transport the processed resources.

Near the sun three factories appeared and began construction of the SOLAR station and the solar collectors.

The factories constructed twenty 200 meter snooper satelites which were sent out to the edge of the system and Uplifted into T-Space to observe all incoming traffic from any direction. These satelites are connected to the System Defence Network.

Several ships dropped out of T-Space around the colony world, including a few colony ships and a starbase.

The following ships are to be permanently stationed to this system to help defend it from invaders.

The starbase will have a compliment of 50 Proteus Fighters for its defence. The shipyard will be set up at the Solar north pole to take advantage of the resources being sent there from the mining operations. The gravitational scoup will collect all the materials the shipyards need.



The vessels will be organized into patrols to be sure the entire system remains safe.

A space tower will begin construction as soon as all the rest are finished.

All systems fully operational. Defences are at full capacity. The Snooper Satelites have a detection range of almost a score of Light Years. We can easily see Sol from here (9Ly).

Construction has begun on the Space Tower. A second Starbase will act as the "head" of the tower. Construction crews have begun extending the bottom of the tower to meet with the base, just like the way we did on Terra with the Babylon Orbital City. All resources will travel between the planet and space through this mammoth structure.

The post was an attempt to announce the presence of said defences in case someone tried to say they entered undetected.

Any such attempts should be cleared through the landlord first (CamIII).

Please read the location of the system. It is the home system of Cam III. Through an alliance we agreed upon over a century ago I was to colonize one of his worlds in his home system.

Any ships in your system, and please notice I am neither confirming or denying their presence, would be undetectable to you.

I have entered your two home systems (before and after you had to move) at will in the past without you knowing and can do so in the present and future.

The Space Minus Transmitter came to life and the operator quickly delivered their message to the Commander.

“They are trying to do what?”

“The Watchers tailing a group of Starfuries has contacted us to warn they have changed course for the Colony at Prospero. They engaged their cloaking devices but they can be easily tracked by their gravimetric signatures.”

“Warn the Colony and contact the Cam Delegate. This should be interesting.”

“Delegate contacted. I have sent a message. We should hear from him shortly.”

“Excellent! I only wish I was there to watch.”



Prospero:

“The SDN is detecting the arrival of the invasion fleet. They are right on course at about 18 Ly out. They are following the course forwarded by the Watchers tailing them. We have their Emergence Point extrapolated.”

“Good, Alert the Cam Government and keep them informed of everything. Relay them a continuous feed of everything we detect. Send out a welcome committee.”

“Yes Sir”

Several ships moved out to intercept the incoming ships, remaining within T-Space. Before the invaders enter the system, the ships launch a full load of Torps and Uplift. They activate the singularities as the Starfuries enter the system. Several hundred black holes spring into being around and within the cloaked ships.

Unless you can explain to me EXACTLY how you can detect my ships in T-Space and the Space Minus Communication, I will IGNORE your attempts at detecting them. You knew I was watching you and I had a system to detect your arrival in place. If you have something that can, post your research threads.

Impossible because I invented it on NS. Your supposed T-Space Technology is IGNORED because of excessive GODMODDING.

You cannot "find" something I developed and never lost. Post the thread or prove someone else developed it.

Please post the damage to your fleet from 244 Black Holes that sprang into being where you emerged two seconds after entering the system.

IC: The Balrogga colony had been in the Prosperan System for many years now, and not one incident as befallen either party. Even though many wars have ravaged Cam III. A Black Tower had stationed it's self over the planet, in a defensive situation. There were many Zeus-class Grand Cruisers around the planet, also in defensive modes.

The Sephrioth ships moved into Prosperan space, followed by 5 DarkStars. The Seph ship presence had been noted by Prospero High Command, they did not think much of it. That was untill they neared strictly off-limits areas, the colony. Then two Zeus-class Grand Cruisers were sent out to stop Seph.

"Yes Sir. They were headed straight for the colony, not Cam's homeworld. The course is posted upon the screen. Cam's homeworld is upon the other side of the solar system from us right now and none of the other planets are even close. It is impossible with the vectors they were traveling on to be headed anywhere but us. They actually changed course a couple times to adjust their heading to arrive here."

"Good, forward all the data to Cam, I have a feeling he would be interested in seeing it too."

"Yes Sir!"

1) Don't pretend you were going to visit Cam. You already stated you were heading to my colony:

2) I feel there should have been more damage from 244 black holes playing with your ships. Each are the size of a staduim and they were set to cover a sphere around your entry point. I will let it slide this time because you might not have realized the size of them but in the future remember how big (and damaging) they are.

EDIT: The Event Horizon is the size of a stadium. It is impossible for the singularity at the heart of a black hole to be larger than a, well, singularity. The strength of a black hole is indictated by the size of the event horizon.

Honsou stromed through the solid gold gates of Cam III's chamber, F-ing and blinding all over the place.
"My lord, I have recieved word from the Balrogga delegate. Apparently the Sephrioth ships are heading for us, but they are obviously heading to Balrogga. They have breeched our security."
Cam III stood up, rearing to his full height of 8 foot and walked out of the Chamber, "Get your best men ready, were going to him."
"Sir! What ship?"
"Mine."
Honsou rushed out to the barracks and rounded up 20 of his personal best. He took them to a remote landing site, a 10km ship sitting there. He spotted Cam III ordering men onto it. He rushed up to him and presented his men.
"Good, I hope they will fare will in hand-to-hand combat."
Honsou interupted him, "Why?"
"We are going to protect Balrogga, by any means neccessary....

Suddenly several ships faded into existence and fired all their torpedoes at the invading ships. 244 incoming blips appeared upon the target's screen and then several black holes formed again.

The stadium sized maws of gravity formed around and within the slow moving planet killers. Where they interacted, metal was crumpled and shorn completely off to be drawn into the bottomless pits at the center of the manifestations.

Some of the ships who had the misfortune of being in the same location of the birth of these monstrosities appeared to implode into nothingness.

After the manifestation of the singularities, the ships fade out of existence to see if the invaders would flee, provided they still could...

Within an hour the Harbringer of Doom had reached the colony planet, Cam III stood on the bridge watching the black holes appear and disappear.
"Fire all wepons at the nerest ship!"
"Aye my lord!"
As soon as a ship neared the 10km ship it fired all it's weapons, thousands of lasers, torpedoes, plasma and parasitic torpedoes streaked their way to the ship. The parasitic torpedoes would eat away the shields allowing for the other weapons to attack the ship unhindered.
"Let the Balrogga people handle this, take us to the Sephrioth system. I think it's time I and him had a talk."

As soon as the ship disappeared into space, 15 Zeus-class Grand Cruisers, 5 Shiva-class Battle Barges and 10 Apollo-class Heavy Cruisers appeared to combat the Spehrioth threat....

39 out 40 planet killers were destoyered the last one was heavily damaged.

"Sir, they are going into some sort of warp tunnel"

The ship fired a barrage of torpedoes at the ship as it is powering it's warp engines. The ship dissappears into the Transwarp Conduit as they arrive.

Most of the torps, not having a target, goes passive. One gets there just in time to slip into the Conduit as it closes. One inside, it generates its singularity, throwing the whole conduit unstable and it starts to collapse.


OOC:

Watch the last episode of Voyager. The conduit collapsed and the Voyager had to hide within another vessel (a Borg Sphere) to escape being destroyed.

If this happens to your planet killer, so be it. If you escaped, good for you. The decision is yous. If your Titan System is close enough you might have made it back before the conduit collapsed.

As the crippled ship exits the Transwarp Conduit, the collapse of the conduit causes a huge explosion of energy to envelope the ship. The crippled ship barely emerges from the pyroclasmic cloud.

Within T-Space the Watchers record everything.

"Well, it looks like they let one get back home to carry the message."

"What do you mean?"

"In the days before modern warfare it was an accepted policy to allow a single soldier or ship to escape total distruction to bring word back home so the attackers wouldn't be foolish enough to try again. Most of the time it worked but sometimes kingdoms collapsed because it's rulers were not wise enough to learn."

"Oh, now I understand."

"Better report the message has arrived."

"Yes Sir."

The officer pressed a button and the Holoscreen sparked to life. The display showed the Sephrioth Commander. He wasn't very happy. Veins bulged upon his temple and when he spoke saliva sprayed about.

"Hmmmm, interesting. He has lost control of his senses. He is in a complete rage. Forward all data to Watcher Command. They will know what to do with this."

Minutes later on Babylon Space Tower.

"Sir, we have incoming from Watchers station in the Titan System. They intercepted fleet commands that bear immediate attention."

"Reroute them to my Neurolink."

"Yes Sir."

The commander sat there viewing the transmission within his minds eye. an expression of disbelief overcame him for a moment before his militaristic training took over and made his face expressionless.

"Double the Watchers. I want every ship tracked. I want every transmission logged and collected in a central AI. Request a Code Omega with the Ta'Nar. The fool is going to try and infiltrate us. If any ships enter Imperial Space shoot first and ask questions later."

IC: The Harbringer of Doom emerged near the Seph system, "Take us in, weapons ready, shields to full power. We go in hot if need be." The ship moved into Seph space, it kept on going untill it got top Sephron (I think that's your home planet.) It stopped and sent a transmission to Sephrioth's leader, Zak (or Zach, I don't know which.)

Do you even have an idea the size of the Galaxy? It's only a few thousand light years across (about 30, I think I read it is about 14,000 Ly to the core).

You are supposedly on the other side of the Universe. Research your facts before taking horrible guessess. Think of all the clutter you would have to differentiate when you are scanning the ENTIRE UNIVERSE!!!!!.

There would be no computer or systems of computers which could handle the extreme flood of data in tracking anything and everything within that range.

Rethink your statements and type in something reasonable. In Cam's Factbook he listed you and Orange as neighbors. You cound not be a neighbor if you are on the other side of the Universe. Prospero is about 10 Ly from Earth.
