"Tell them that we are willing to work out an agreement that calls for 1,000,000 barrels of crude oil per month indefinitely, totalling to $18million per month for as long as they agree. Oh, and ask them about setting up an oil refinery there in exchange for maybe a slightly discounted price for our oil purchases."
