About 30 mintues ago a large nuclear explosion destroyed our city of Gibraltar. Up to a million people may have been killed and the most important trade route of the Gibraltat STraight has been shut down. We don't know who commited this act, but before we figure that out, we must help the wounded and try and clean up the area or other nations will suffer when their oil runs out.

We are calling on all aid and also calling on all nations to send some ships to help patrol the Straight and prevent this in the future. We have confirmed the loss of 20% of our naval power in the loss of a large destroyer, frigate, and all our hydrofoils and some PT boats.

We need to restore order and life to this area. Please help us, we are desperate

You are a ways away from my great country, but we are willing to help. In a Neutral move we will send 100,000 Security Troops, 10,000 Red Cross Volunteers, and an Assessment and tactical Advisory team within the hour. We will also contact the Airforce to make drops of any needed materiels.

Due to the lack of any information on this attack. The Armed Republic of Haven14 will not send an aid package. We will patrol the waters around the straight but untill further investagation is made into the bombing we will not send any troops or workers, this might be the first in a chain or terrorist either way untill it is known we restrict all haven14 citizens from gibralter. We will give refugee to your citizens though.

Vastiva has mobilized two CBN teams for airborne arrival in your country. They will be carrying equipment to aid in the initial clean up.

Given the method, we do not have high hopes for the area, but will do what we can.

In addition, two CBN MASH units will be arriving along with an armored battalion for our own security. We will also provide airlift for the victims for treatment within our country.

Our food resources are limited; however we can ship two freighterloads per month for a period of six months as emergeny aid.
Our two MASH units will have added four water purification companies, in order to aid some in the water problem.
Tent shelters are not a problem, though ours are designed for arctic climate, not desert; they will need additional internal air-conditioning units.
We sent two of our CBN teams, which is all we have free at the moment.
As funds were not needed in one locale, we are sending 5 billion USD via the UN Treasury Fund for rebuilding.

We do not perceive these measures as completely sufficient, but perhaps they will alleviate some of the suffering.

Our Airforce has agreed to make drops, they will drop the following:
10 tons of food per day in multiple drops.
Water will be shipped by our Naval Cargo Carrier. We will send one ship, It sounds small but the cargo hold will be about 1,000,000 gallons of purified water.
In addition to the security force we sent we will also send our 3rd engineers corps to work along side your engineers in the effort to build shelters for the homeless. They will be comming over on a transport ship seperate from the other troops as they will have simple building supplies with them. Permission to dock at your naval yard would be much appreciated.

To disrupt a major trade route like that is an unthinkable, disgusting act of barbarism. If you wish, Economical Development Officers can be dispatched, free of charge, to assess how quickly you can begin profiting from the area again, and to co-ordinate such an effort. As a by-product of re-establishing trade, EDOs tend to make areas more liveable, to encourage consumers to the area again. So even by the rest of the world's unusual values, they could be of some use. Think about it, anyway. OMilitary Ltd is always willing to lease troops at a substancial discount to nations who intend to hunt down anti-Economists, if you ever need reinforcements.

The Kingdom of Kopparbergs will send a mobile advanced hospital tent, complete with surgery equipment, doctors and nurses etc. They will arrive by airplane tomorrow morning (not an military airplane though, but escorted by a couple of F/A-18's).

Is there any need for special trained dogs which will seek for hurted people barried under junk? Kopparbergs has specialized dogs that are used to search for people after earthquakes and landslides. They have been in Turkey and Azerbadjan earlier and are now ready for another mission.
