Ocean Union would liket to present the world with a revolutionized fighter of the next generation. I present you the F-69 Splinter. It is a part of Project Black Lightning. F-69 is not anyway the same as before generations. This aircraft utilizes a few new things:

3D Thrust-Vector System
Fly-By-Light instead of Fly-By-Wire for faster and more efficient reflexes
Chromanium metal that is extremely strong yet flexible.
But the major thing is that this aircraft has no hortizontal or vertical stabilizers. Instead it uses split aielrons, 3D Thrust-Vector System, and Fly-By-Light in a powerful way to control flight. These discoverys have lead to the F-69 being much more stealthy than even current stealth aircrafts and much more manuveribility than aircrafts that have 3D Thrust-Vector System but have horizontal and veritical stabilizers.

Yes, we would like our 20 F-69's adapted for carrier service as long as it does not negatively affect thier performance to a noticeable degree. If the modifications would lead to lowered performace, we'd rather recieve ours in thier original configuration. If they can be adapted for carrier operations without noticeable performance loss, the additional funds will be wired upon your reply.

The performance won't change except I have to make the wings bigger to accomadate the more oil for carrier usage but the performance of the aircraft will stay the same.
