Around 2 pm today in the Q-Colony 52, a colony used for international immigrants to stay for 380 before allowed into FC-Colonies or Fascia, was the target of a biological attack. A duffle bag left at an entering security check-point exploded releasing a bactierial protein known as Andromeda. The protein seemed to attack the flesh, muscle, and organic properties in all animals and humans. Upon inhaling the bactiera, the proteins rapidly swell within the body due to it being the ultimate habitat for the strain. As the cells enter the trachea, they seem to multiply, utterly making the immune system shut down. Then the protein begins digesting the host from inside out, growing. Between 30-50 minutes, any person infected with the protein is reduced to a semi-solid ooze which releases more cells of the infectious disease. Q-Colony 52 has been placed under lockdown. No persons are allowed to enter or exit the colony until more is known about the bacteria.
At a press conferance earlier today, Reichsfuhrer Lecter declared Q-Colony 52 a national disaster colony. It is able to recieve Confederate funding to help stop the disease, which seems to only worsen by the hour. The total death county has risen to 15,609 out of a colony with 50,000 immigrants and 25,000 staff personnel. This is Terry Nickles reporting for FNN...

I and the Dictatorship of Marak mourns the loss of the colonists and wonders if anyone has claimed responsibility for the attack? We wonder what kind of terrorist organisation would have access to such a sophisticated form of attack.

No one has claimed responisbility, but we believe it is a group known as Der Wehrwolves (The Werewolves). And if it is, the reason they are capable of such advanced stratagies, is the fact they have defacted Fascian scientists working within the militia.

Dontgonearthere posseses rather effecient medical nanites, this...problem could be solved within a very short time.
Of course, if you refuse, absolutly no suspecion will fall on your nation.

We do not refuse. We would greatly appreciate it if the supplies would be shiped to Astaru Port, Herbert. Once it is at that FC-Colony, the supplies will be carefully dropped into Q-Colony 52 for the medical personnel may deal with the disease.

We would like to enquire if it would be possible to obtain blood and tissue samples of Andromeda sufferors.

We are happy to see that FC is taking the proper measures to rid it's shores of undesireables. Should people view this as inhumane, perhaps you could sell these undesireables to a smaller nation, increasing their population base.
