Do to recent threats of war against Kordo, President Kordo II has commisioned the creation of a new special forces team named Black Force to compliment Kordo's large army of regular troops. However, Kordo lacks expertise in special forces training and requests help from its neighbors. Also, any suggestions for equipment would be appreciated. Thank you for your help and suggestions!

ooc: Please bare with me for I am rather new to serious role playing, so if I do something extremly stupid please feel free to let me know.

If you meet our requirements, we will send you information for training your special forces not on in military operations but also in domestic and political. We must remain anonymous because our identity is clandestine. Please reply soon. Remember to use a closed line when wiring us the information.

We are glad you will be cooperating with us. Please give us a neutral location where we may meet. We will need a single representative of your country, we will be sending a representitive of our organization. Once the contract has been established, we will train your men. You will not be disappointed.

There is a small island named Catisca a few miles of the coast of Kordo. There you will meet repersenatives of our government who will work out the details with you. It shall hopefully be a very productive venture for both of us.

Good, we will meet there. Send your representative there as soon as possible. We will be waiting.

As the message is sent, the representative is notified and heads there by helicopter. Thankfully, Kordo is not far from the location he is currently stationed in, and it only takes a few hours to reach the island. He is dropped off at the meeting place, and waits patiently.

He is Pele Kawau (http://www.iownjoo.com/freeimghost/VeniceDamon/general.gif). The new leader of the LJFA.

Will Kordo, cousin of Kordo's president, watched the helicopter come in. Will had been put in charge of the new Black Force. Unfortunately, he and the men now under his command had little or no experience in special operations. Will was confident that that would change, and he looked forward to meeting this mysterious repersentative that had been sent here. If things went well, in a few months they would have a basic team trained and well equiped, and ready to start training future personel. And, if things did not go well with the repersentative, well, thats why they had a large garrision on the island.

The tall man sees Will Kordo and bows his head. He then speaks with quick, exagerrated phrases.

"It is a pleasure to meet you Will Kordo. There is little time. We are going to name our one price for teaching you this. Our native country is ruled by the Portugese invaders that colonized Hadula, and the government is too weak to support a real military. We want to take the country back to the natives, and install a miltiaristic empire. To defeat fascists, you must become fascists yourselves. If you will help us in our revolution, and military coup of the island provinces of Hadula, then your debt will be repayed. Also, you have a garrison on the island. That makes me think you don't trust me. Good, you got a head on your shoulders. I like that in a man. Trust is for the weak, caution is for the intellectuals, but foresight is for the victorious."

He smiles, and waits for his reply.

Will smiled.

"My government is prepared to pay well for any assistence given. We are prepared to give financial support as well as some arms. Indirectly of course. But let us save this talk for another time! Please come and enjoy our hospiltality, though your men will have to turn in their weapons at the entrance."
Will pointed to the lodge.
"Shall we go?"

Pele Kawau smiled, a bit hesitantly.

"Yes, well, I'm alone here, as I said I would be. Fine, lets go inside then."

As he sat down in a chair, he immediately pulled out a pencil and started writing on the table.

"Yes, well then. Your special forces first need military training. What sort of training does your standard military offer? Once I know the amount of training they have had so far, I could train them over the course of a few months in the areas they need to be polished. Currently, we should focus on military issues, politics and propoganda come next, but its just as important. That is how such infamous men as Stalin, Hitler, and such came to power. You must learn to bend minds by words and thoughts as well as arms and force."

"The men have for the most part standard military training, and many have served in my nation's police force. All are expert marksman, and many have training in other fields such as medical, demolition, and comunication. All are familiar with dozens of weapons and vehicles. However they lack training basic in special forces tactics."

Kawau nods as he writes on the desk.

"Very well, I think we have a plan on the military side of your forces."

He gestures towards the makeshift chart he made on the table.

First Month: Survival Behind Enemy Lines, Paratrooping, Hostages (from both sides)
Second Month: Assassination, Counter-Terrorism, CyberWarfare
Third Month: Biological Warfare, Nuclear Threats, Infiltration
Fourth Month: Industrial Intelligence, Battlefield Support, Invasion

Kawau smiles.

"Are you satisfied with this?"

Will smiles.

"Very interesting. And while I cannot speak for my government, my recommendation while be to go through with this deal. Now I must speak with my superiors. You in the mean time may inspect the grounds if you wish or you can be shown your quarters. I however, must make my report."

*Will walks to his office and dials the Head of Security*

"Hello? John this is Will. Yes, everything is fine. Yes, I plan to authorize deal to go forward. John, the reason I called is because I think our new partner may have brought some friends with him. I want you to begin a sweep of the island, and I want you to step up security until our friend leaves."

ooc: Kawau shouldn't directly hear this but if he can find out about it indirectly.

OOC: Explain the way you sweep the island. I will admit OOC that he brought some friends, but they are cleverly hidden. Explain the search procedure your men take. Its a test to see how good they are. If they discover his troops, then he knows your people have potentila. If not, well, its going to be a long, hard slog. He knew you were going to be suspicious of him and planned most of this out. Kawau may not be very booklearned (he is a high school dropout) but he is a very, very cunning man. And a very charismatic and skilled leader, though his ideology may not fit all. You must become a fascists to destroy the fascists.

Will looked up from his intelligence reports.

"Ah, yes John, how goes the search?" Will asked

"Well sir, we began searching the island in standard grid formation, concentrating on the swamps on the north end, and the caves on the west side" responded John

"Did you find anything or anyone?"

"No not yet, but we have found several areas that appear to have been inhabitated recently by humans. And sir I request permision to search by air in order to allow are ground troops to concentrate on the areas where signs of troops have been found."

Suprise showed openly on Will's face. "John, you know as well as I do that this base is top secret. Even letting Mr. Kawau come by air was a risk."

"Sir there is a huge security risk if we allow these troops to stay. And there is no guarantee these troops leave once Kawau leaves."

Will sighed. "Very well, but keep it discrete. We don't want anyone to know that we are sponsoring freaking terrorists in exchange for training."

OOC: Whoever was listening next to him really, its a hint to where his soldiers are hiding. He is testing your investigative skills.

Will smiled.
"I've always enjoyed the beaches on this island. Infact as I child I played in the caves near there often. Some were large enough to fit a sizeable amount of people inside. In fact, I was plaining to vist the caves with some of my men to see if they could be converted into bunkers. Would you care to join me?"

OOC: Propoganda. Kawau recorded a message of himself to the news station. Currently his second in command is leading the revolution while he is here, as he wants to show that he is very grateful to the people of Kordo.

"I remember father always falling asleep. How he could do that on those blistering sands, I don't know. But me and my brother.. Dear brother... We used to cover him in the sand, up to his neck. My fatehr was such a deep sleeper, he would wak up an hour later, covered in that scorching sands. I also remember that each time we got the paddle, but we did it anyway."

He chuckled.

"Sure, I'll come to the caves, its an interesting idea, I am skilled in engineering, so its possible I may elaborate on it more."

"Shall we go now perhaps?" Will asked. "I understand some 'engineers' made a very interesting discovery in one of the caves."

Will smiled. "Apparently they found some indication of some of the original inhabitants of mainland Kordo. They were, from what our studies indicate, a very technologically advanced civilization. They seemed to be suffering from sort of disease when the first colonists arrived in Kordo. After fighting with the colonists they seemed to have simply vanished, leaving only a few ruins behind. In a previously undiscovered cave system (the island is quite large) we have discovered large numbers of ruins and some technology. Our scientists have already began analyzing the technology, and peliminary results look good. This seems to be a profitably discovery for us both."

"This is ery intriguing, hopefully we wil llearn more as the night goes on. I think the ruse has gone on long enough. Come on, boys, the trainees will be here soon."

The ground itself shuddered as three dozen camoflaged men stood up from the sand of the extensive beach.

"I didn't expect your men to find them. Lead me to the cave, they will start training your men."

Will's smile faltered for a second but quickly returned to normal.

"A pleasent suprise! I am always glad to welcom more guests. But surely, the few men in remaining in the swamp would like to come with us? I hear a storm is blowing in and the swamps can flood very badly. I would hate to have them injured either by the storm or 'accidentily' by my guards. Hmm?"

Before Kawau could answer Will began again

"No, perhaps I should have them brought in. It is very easy to get lost there."
