"This morning both the Ministry of War and the Ministry of Defense proposed a joint resolution to upgrade and replace all current Avadrian Infantry equipment. The resolution was passed on to Chancellor Norris, who approved it and of course passed it on to the Emperor for his final word. And we have just got wind that the Emperor has approved the resolution. And with that we are now at liberty to show the new look of our great nations military servicemen."
The screen switched from the young reporter to that of the new military gear:

"This photograph was taken during the new gear's testing phase and we have been told that this is the final design. By order of the Emperor, the new gear is to be on every infantryman within the week. The old gear will most likely be used for a civillian defensive corps."
The Image left the screen, focusing back on the young reporter.

The camera switched to an older looking man, sitting in a newsroom.
