I know you must be asking yourself if the rumors you hear are true, this has been sent to set you at ease.

The rumors to an extent are true. Yes, we did have a Democratic goverment until the people of yupon (originally lithuania) felt that the messiah, Mosay Yupon knows what is in the best intrests for them.

So it is true, we are a Monarchy. I feel as king of yupon that i have the best intrests of my people and country at heart. As such no civil rights will be fringed upon, except when it removes from the basic running of my nation.

so why has this been sent to you? Well, first and foremost, the Kingdom of Yupon is in distress. We have just waged a war against the corrupt democratic goverment of Lithuania. We lack population, technology, police and basic society.

What can you do to help?
Yupon is a very rich country. If I could afford to get the mines set up to farm vast ammounts of the natural minerals, I would.

as such:

Yupon is offering the following contracts to people willing to help in the reconstruction of Yupon.

Military base contract: this entitles the participant rights to build a air or army base upon the premises of Yupon. The contract will last 10 years. the land granted to the nation willing to build is a square mile. upon this square mile you are entitled to run it as you see fit. In other words, upon the land whilst contract is active, you may run laws as if of your own country.

cost of military base contract: 10 years policing/training. In exchange for your rights to reside within Yupon, you must train, equip and support the policeforce/ of Yupon. (and be expected to defend in the case of attack.)

Commerical mineing license: this entitles 10 corporations of different nations, rights to three mines of there own geoligists choice. Yupon is very abundant in Gold, Rubys and Diamonds.

cost of Commerical mineing license: 10 years social support. you must be able to supply many jobs, medical practices for local residents in surrounding areas, schools for the children of employees etc. in addition to the 10years social support, corporations are expected to buy/donate a Naval ship. either a superior destroyer/carrier.

The next lot for sale is of a different matter. I wish to remind diplomats of Nations that Yupon is on the repair of war. As such, considering I do this only in the intrests of my nation, I offer singular rights to all Uranium farming upon Yupon.

if you wish for rights to farm Yupons Uranium for 10 years you must really have the intrest of Yupon as your top priority. I expect no less than a fully legit defence pact. If you belive you can keep the intrests of the King of Yupon safe, then the mines of Yupon are open to you. Further more you must be willing to teach, and help Yupon fill the posistions required to run a functional Nuclear state.

Due to the great ammount of abuse the saturated Uranium mines of yupon can create, the king of Yupon wishes that any willing nations must for-go a U.N screening, as such Yupon will not welcome anyone that is not of "high moral fibre". (yupon would do the screening it self, but the severe lack of funds and knowledgable people makes it next to impossible.)

and the most common pact of all:

Trace pact: Yupon has great stocks of coal/trees/iron ore e.t.c anyone willing to lay down the initial expenditure to help Yupons economy flurish will be entitled to a 50 year contract of 10% of the profits.

like i say, Yupon is recovering, I understand the Uranium mines will put some peoples noses up, but I do this only in the intrests of my country. I am willing to invite anyone not at ease to my country, as my guest.

and I know there are always some people thinking the unthinkable.... and I tell you, we may be weakened and lack any form of defense except militia with crude automatic weapons, but my god will my people fight for my beliefs.

Yupon has no air force. Its navy consists of fishing boats man'ed by Yupon militia.

as such yupon has no need for its oil.

You will not middle man the licenses.
No non manegment jobs will be granted to other nations.
you can guarentee a increase in economy. as the king i expect any ventures I allow within my country to help the common person. As such i expect residents of Yupon working upon the sites granted by license to be entitled to:

We ask for these rights because we need materials for a architectural project in our island provinces to lessen the need for naval/aeronautical transportation. We do not have access to the naval units you specified, so instead we would rather wire a lump sum to you. Just name the price.

The Hadulan government is also interested in establishing a UTA embassy in your country. The Unspoken Truth Army is a humanitarian aid organization that will train your paramedics, police officers, and other personnel in basic arms training, medical training, contingency, and various protocols and procedures that need to be undertaken during a national emergency. We also will aid your country in time of humanitarian need with the UTA statioend in Yupon. We also request that willing citizens of Yupon be open to recruitment at out UTA embassy there.

Operating out of Tenuhatu, the Western-most region of Mattikistan, we primarily mine copper and silver for various purposes, and we also have a limited iron ore extraction operation. These materials are abundant within Mattikistan, and will continue to be profitable for at least two centuries or more.

However, we are always looking for new opportunities. Your mining contract is a most lucrative one. As a company that frequently operates on the frontier, we know the importance of providing the essentials for our employees. These usually include mini-hospitals, schools, small but comfortable temporary homes, limited entertainment facilities and all the necessary safety precautions, such as a private security force and fire suppression systems in all buildings.

We lack the ability to fulfil one of your terms, however; Mattikistan is a peaceful nation with next-to-no military whatsoever. Obtaining a cruiser would be difficult, however obtaining a destroyer or carrier would be next to impossible, as not even the military has those. We could compensate with one of two things, though:
Our sister-company, Johanus Shipping Corp., operates numerous cargo ships of sufficient size to be converted into air craft carriers. These ships are used to transport the ore which we do not sell within Mattikistan to foreign companies. The yupon Minister of Mineing looks confused... "you say you can judge the ammount of minerals in the ground by that machine?"

its been a few days now since the Hadulan geoligist's had found the perfect sites for their mines. Mosay Yupon was overwelmed with happyness that other nations were starting to invest within his kingdom.
Mosay couldnt help but laugh at himself about the convoys of Medical teams entering Yupon from Hadula. "if only they were here during the great war, maybe we wouldnt be in this great mess."

Mosay did not expect a ammount in money, he wished for the currency of Yupon to grow. He could only get this to start through welcoming trade.

The U.T.A camps had arrived with the geoligists. Mosay would not have had it any other way. the Yupon Militia social forces had been reciving basic side arms training for a few days. Not only were the goverment employed people of Yupon benifiting from Hadula's occupation. The ques for job application of the new alluminium mines stretched for miles.

Mosay had not been this popular since the beginning of the great war. Cheers of appreciation of the Hadulan occupants could be heard where ever they went. not in a long time had the U.T.A recived such a massive intrest in recruitment.

Mosay Yupon takes Estaban Riverra to one side. "will this do?" pointing to one of the only original arcitectural buildings that had not been shelled in the great war. "within its doors, its space is your law" says Mosay to estaban. "let this building symbolize the bond between the yuponian's and the Hadula's".

Mosay sat in his chair, vintage single malt in hand. " at last my country takes the shape I wish it to. All I need now is some Uranium miners and my country shall be ready for its next age."

Usually, I'm not the one who opens relations with other countries, but the mining operations ehre were directly affecting our country as well as yours. soon, you will meet Consul Damon and Consul Tandon, fellow members of the Triumverate. mosay feels he has made the right decision. Hadula seems to be rather developed in comparison to the yuponian's. To mark the first week of Hadula occupation within Yupon, Street partys plague the streets. The yupon police force is very pleased with their new Kevlar vests and silenced MP5's. and if it wasnt for the Hadula's they would still be having dificulty changing the magazines.

Mosay feels that their is more to be gained from Hadula as meets the eye. As such Mosay grants the planning permission of a trading port for the Hadula's. He apolagizes greatly that the simple concern of simple life is more important than their port. As such the Yupon's can not help in anyway towards the port, except the abundance of maunal labor offered by the yupon's.

yupon still lacks basic education and health. The only health at the moment is from the O.t.a camps in the desert, made of primative tents. Mosay sends a personal plee to riverra for a more permenant form of Medical treatment.
