The Empire of Dracoinus has dispatched a delegation of foreign ministers to Greater Prussia, Land of the Nation of Derscon.

This delegation is led by Thickel Finestone and his support staff including an escort guard of 10 Imperial Serpent Marines. They are on their way to discuss mediating the brewing conflict between the two Nations. Talks are scheduled to begin within the next week or two after they have had time to tour the devestation in the Grays Hill region, following the destruction of their military manufacturing complexes. It is hoped that talks will be able to come to an accord with respect to WMD's and excessive military arms trading to nearby Nations. It is the Empire's view that excessive trading puts the global community in jeopardy and hopes that the Nations of Greator Prussia will understand the conseqeunces of illegal arms trading.

The Czar looked at the message. "Those arrogant bastards!" he yelled. "Touring the site of the destruction!" The Czar turned down Orpheus in the Underworld by Offenbach and reread the letter.

"Assholes. I doubt these talks will go well. Especially with the other conflicts going on right now."

.... a member of the Finestone Delegation Party is asking a border guard about where to proceed.....

We are here from the Empire of Dracoinus, we are here to meet with your Commanders about Peace talks... Mr Finestone spoke with an air of confidence in his voice..

OOC: You should have posted a flight to RAMC -- there is no way you could get to Derscon via the borders since your location is nowhere NEAR me. Henceforth, I will post as if you reached the airport.

RAMC AIRPORT

The Imperial SS soldier snarled at the mention of Dracoinus. "Come with me." He led the Dracoinus delegation outside of the terminal (note: more like an airforce base terminal, since the city is a military base that is a city) and to the motorcade. "Here is your transport to Kremlin Palace." The guard looked back at the SS guard at the metal detector. Then he looked back at the leader of the Dracoinus delegation. "Please remove all weapons from your person."

OOC: understands, since I assumed that your Nation was on High Alert, I did not think it was appropriate to just "fly into" your Capital or Command City. Hence I thought it appropriate to arrive at a nearby Nation and then travel to your Nations border to avoid any further international incidents. Especially if you had any thoughts that our Aircraft had spy equipment on board. Thus the delegation was forced to travel by land to your border to not risk causing an incident. Therefore their "Aircraft" is outside of your Nations borders and they are traveling in a convoy of civilian vechicles.

So lets sub the Airport with a Border Check point.

IN: Sir, our delegation is here on Peace, we have not brought any personal weapons with us on this trip. However each of us are equipped with a tracking device (GPS, Direct SAT-Web link) that should our lives end in a lets say less then peaceful way, I am sure you will find that personal weapons will be of no use in that situation.

OOC: by the way there is only one "real" official in this delegation party, the rest are Bio-Mechanical Personel Clones (BMPC's) programmed and updated by a live GPS link. This link may be observed by your intel systems but uses a Terrabit Encryption sequence that is not used in any other application. BMPC are just like the real thing except that were produced, not born and have extensive nano-neuro networks that use carbon nano-tubes for data assembly and transfer. The tell tale signs of a BMPC's can only be observed by a brain wave meter, which reveals a higher Freq Alpha wave generation. And if made to bleed their blood has a high concentration of Alkalines (think internal fluid battery)

Outside Rekjyavich Andropov Military City

The motorcade was approaching the enormous gates to the city at top speed. The sentry positions aimed their machine guns, antivehicle weapons and sniper rifles at the oncoming mortorcade, in case anyone decided to pull a fast one.

The five black Suburbans rolled up to the gates to be greeted by three machine gun emplacements, an antitank emplacement, and twenty Imperial SS soldiers. One of them walked up to the stopped SUV and knocked on the window. He driver rolled it down and the SS officer looked in. Upon seeing the Dracoinus delegation, he motioned secretly to the guard at the Main Sentry Post. An electronic scan was done, finding odd electronics inside the suburban. The SS guard that was at the SUV walked back to the MSP and looked at it. He said something to the guard and walked back to the SUV.

"Okay," the Imperial SS soldier said. "Please step out of the vehicle. This motorcade will not be travelling inside the city." The SS soldiers escorted the Dracoinus delegation out of the vehicle and to the entrance in the wall. He led them into the room and shut the door on them, and locked the delegation in.

"Okay," the SS soldier said to the MSP Officer. "Activate it." The MSP turned on the EMP burst inside the room where the delegation was, effectlively renduring all electronics inside the room useless.

Inside the room, the door was opened on the side leading into the city. Ten Esercito del dio were standing at the other side.

"This way, please." The delegation left the room and were escorted to a single black SUV. They then proceeded to drive to the Kremlin.

Arriving at the Kremlin Gates, they were led out of the SUV and escorted to the Main Gate, which was in the shape of a pentagon. The Twenty five Esercito del dio stood on guard with eyes cold and emotionless. (( OOC: One other thing -- all Esercito del dio are genetically enhanced and have other stuff that I'm not telling you about yet ;) )) THe Officer In Charge approached the delegation.

"Who are you, and what are you doing here."

OOC: nice touch with the EMP room, but you forgot that they are Bio-Mechanical Clones, with Carbon-Nano Technology. So they do not have any "electrical circuits and diodes" in the traditional terms and are not prone to EMP interference, since there is no "solid-state" electronics. The only person affected is the one Human in the party and his traditional GPS unit. This could be a problem and I am currently working through which scenario will be an appropriate response.

IC: The delegation has complied with your demands of being subjected to an EMP wave with one objection, Mr. Finestone has a pacemaker for his heart and if you subject him to an EMP device he most assuredly will die.. says one of the Marines to the SS Guards... I would hate to think what could possibly happen as the result of losing Mr. Finestone under these conditions...
