Hawaiian Islands builds Civilian Houses and Civilian entertainments.
OOC: How can you people have proof that you have houses at your country without RPing it?
How can you call this an rp? Its just something everyone expects to be there. Its the same as everyone expects there to be land on their land and water in the seas. Its just expected that the people of the country would be smart enough to not stand in the rain.

Well...
In NS, we RP making defenses, war models, military projects, making trades, etc. But when I see the 'Future City' and see houses... I dont remember seeing houses RPed by them.
