Emperor Lou Siffer has today announced that he will increase the following departments' budgets by over 1000%: the Department of Genocide, the Department of Torture, the Department of Senseless Slaughter, and the Department of Brutality. He vows to use any means necessary to have his nation unanimously recognized as the most evil one on the planet. He has just today ordered the arrest of 50,000 random people, mostly children and babies, to be sent to slave labor camps for life. Ten orphanages, one-hundred schools, and thirty nursing homes are to be bombed. 15% of the people in every city are to undergo the most abominable torture conceivable, before being massacred, along with their families. Tomorrow, additional measures will be taken until Siffer's demands are met.

Hmm. Looks like I missed the war. A shame really, seeing as Akaton loves attacking nations like DT. However, seeing as the war is over, I can give you some RP tips. To make a good war RP, have some dialogue between leaders, or troops in battle. If you have a few characters, or RP a specific unit or something, it makes the war much more interesting to read, and cut down on godmoding accusations.

No, no, no...he's not using 100% of the budget on these; and you can have 1000%. He said he increased the following budgets by 100%; but you can do more: supposing the Department of Genocide's budget was, say, 800,000; if you increase the budget to $4bn, then you have increased it by 500%. Increasing it by 100% is doubling the budget. Get it?
