Offical Statement from the Defence Minister Tom Greenburg.

I am pleased to announce that our nation is currently developing nuclear weapons. These will be vital in our war against Capitalism. The weapons are being produced in a Weapons manufactering plant outside of the city of Worcester. The plant will be moved once we have conquered the rest of Massachusetts.

The Central Massachusettsian army numbers in around 700,000 soldiers. The Country has the full intention to use nuclear weapons in any armed conflict in which it is involved.

Consul Tandon is alerted of this and quickly wires a message:

Comrade and friend,

We realize you have been developing nuclear weapons in a war against capitalism. We sincerely ask you desist from this madness, as only tragedy can follow. Since you have just listed the locations of the plants you can expect attacks on your country. Instead, we suggest you move your research towards nuclear power.

We share a dislike and disdain of capitalism, but conflict is not the path. Capitalism by its nature will topple over on itself as the corruption spreads because of greed. It will destroy itself, and we will not to even lift a finger. We beseech you comrade, please end this.

OOC: Do you mean capitalism or democracy? Because no matter how long communists quote that phrase, it doesnt change the fact that capitalism has existed virtually since the dawn of society and is going from strength to strength. Democracy, while I believe in it myself, is much less stable.

OOC: I'm only stating my nation's leaders opinion. I don't believe capitalism will topple over, even though I am a socialist. But hey, the main point is trying and stopping nuclear proliferation.

OOC: Ahhhh, ok....and true. I've just heard that phrase so much, I thought it was time to say my part.

OOC: Well, imyself being a Socalist-Capitalist mixture in mind should nto comment here, but democracy is in a way on its way out. It is becommming too powerful, and one day, Socalism, a stable industrialized government, will rise, being one of the ultimate powers.

The Commarchist Nation wishes for your nation to rephrase your project to nuclear energy, and nto weaponry, as the Capitalists have always had the upperhand in many things.

One day Comrade (OOC: I hate using that term!) socalism will in fact rise, and in that day, the Red (OOC: Once agian...) will rise over the Blue.

What peopel don't get is that Comrade was Russian, sure they set a good idea of communism, but hey, why not say Friend since that is mainly what it means. Also, calling every communist country "red" is a bad thing, sure China and Russia got the maroon goin' on, but hey, I'm Green and I have a socalist-like government.

OOC: I use comrade because it symbolizes all are equal and friends. Its seperate from Dr., Mr., Majesty, Your Highness, ect. It is basicly just a term used to replace these.

And for the red thing, Hadula's flag has many colors, symbolizing that they embrace all ethinicities, religions, and ideologies (barring those who violate other's rights) in the nation. Yes, we are bleeding heart, treehugging, liberal commies, but we are damn proud of it :D

As a fellow Socialist, I'd advise you STRONGLY not to fufill the image of Josef Stalin, and cease creating nuclear weaponry.

OOC: It is my firm believe that the only way that the world can be safe, peaceful and all around a good place to live is a world where capitalism and democracy are widespread and were socialism and the evils that Marx brought upon the world are finally vanquished.

IC: The Federation of Morathania asks Central Massachusetts to stop its building of nuclear weapons for offensive action. If you do not we will retaliate with air strikes on your nuclear installations. We only want peace in the world and we will work to disarm your nuclear capability. We hope that we can find a peaceful solution to this problem.
